I am now approaching 60 years old and it has taken me nearly my entire life to understand and sift through the deliberate deceit of the Roman Catholic Church. Over the past few years, the Holy Spirit has breathed a sense of urgency into me to cause me to research the religious history pounded into me as a youth. I have separated myself from the Catholic Church personally but not officially yet, which I propose to do. However, despite my sadness of having been lied to, I am eternally grateful for that “impulse” that motivated me to question and research vital beliefs. Frankly, as a youth, I used to wonder why we never studied directly from the Bible. Now I understand. I would like to associate with a community of believers but am unable to find a Church that works for me. Today, I consider myself the purist form of Christian with my beliefs based entirely on the Word of God.
