There is abundant evidence that hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and ivermectin will cure COVID-19 if simple protocols are followed, making dangerous, rushed vaccines unnecessary. Moreover, any vaccination could be deadly so why are children forced to have them when they are almost totally without risk of COVID.

The abundant positive evidence in the treatment of COVID-19 with HCQ and ivermectin is thrilling, truthful, and troubling. It’s troubling because many federal officials refuse to admit it, resulting in needless deaths.

On March 23, 2020, Dr. Vladimir Zelenko reported he had treated about 500 Coronavirus patients with  HCQ and had an astonishing 100% success rate. “Since last Thursday, my team has treated approximately 350 patients in Kiryas Joel [Orange County, NY] and another 150 patients in other areas of New York with the above regimen. Of this group and the information provided to me by affiliated medical teams, we have had ZERO deaths, ZERO hospitalizations, and ZERO intubations. In addition, I have not heard of any negative side effects other than approximately 10% of patients with temporary nausea and diarrhea.”

Wow, that’s impressive; however, the political physicians respond by saying it is “anecdotal evidence, not scientific.” Hey, if I am gasping for breath with COVID, the above is impressive evidence from dedicated physicians on the frontlines who have far more experience than the non-practicing physicians in federal ivory towers. In the same vein, the federal physicians only have at best “anecdotal evidence, not scientific,” for the “vaccines.” No actual scientific proof.

Dr. Zelenko declared, “All I’m doing is repurposing old, available drugs which we know their safety profiles, and using them in a unique combination in an outpatient setting.”

His critics always run to the negative study done by the VA showing HCQ was ineffective; however, for political reasons, the study results are often quoted but not the fact that the protocols were not followed! HCQ must be given early in the disease along with azithromycin (or doxycycline), and zinc be a lifesaver for the elderly. That was not done. Doctors waited until the Angel of Death was standing outside the patients’ rooms before the HCQ (alone) was finally administered in the study. We must discover who is responsible for those orders. 

Even Junior High school kids would not be so irresponsible and dishonest.

Critical articles concerning HCQ often mention it was used in various trials that failed, but they think we are too stupid to point out they did not use azithromycin. Other trials did not use ordinary zinc, yet both are required for success.  

I have been taking HCQ, azithromycin, and zinc once per week as a prophylactic, but I did not get it from my PCP. During a visit more than a year ago, I said to him, “Because of my advanced age and lung disease making me high risk, I would like a prescription for hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin in the event I get COVID-19. Since it has been used for 65 years for other afflictions, I realize it will be an off-label prescription, so I have put this request in a letter for documentation to be placed in my medical records.”

My young doctor’s immediate reply was, “No, it is a dangerous, a very dangerous drug.” Of course, he spoke before thinking which everyone has done at times. I told him, “No, it is not dangerous, let alone a very dangerous. It is even sold over the counter in all African nations except 6, many South American nations, most European nations, and Mexico.” Evidently, it is not dangerous, although aspirin can be dangerous for some people. Since then, I discovered that my eldest daughter was prescribed HCQ for arthritis a few years ago.

I have also discussed this with some of my friends of 40 years and subscribers who are medical doctors. They have confirmed the wisdom of my request. Furthermore, I have friends and subscribers in Zambia and South Africa taking HCQ for decades for malaria, testifying to its safety. I am taking it now as a prophylactic, and my minor arthritis shoulder pain of ten years ceased within a week of taking only three or four pills that week.

Most people would agree it is wonderful I lost my arthritis pain; however, the nonthinkers suggest that it would be very dangerous to use it against COVID! I hope my critics don’t mind if I receive two benefits from the harmless drug.

Many famous physicians have used HCQ successfully without losing a COVID-19 patient! Also, renowned epidemiologist Dr. Didier Raoult, leader of a French research team, administered HCQ and azithromycin to 80 patients and observed improvement in EVERY CASE except for a very sick 86-year-old with an advanced form of coronavirus infection.

Harvey A. Risch, M.D., Ph.D., a professor of epidemiology at Yale School of Public Health, provided very positive HCQ information in Newsweek. The Newsweek article was similar to his article in the American Journal of Epidemiology. His information justifies the lengthy quote.

“As professor of epidemiology at Yale School of Public Health, I have authored over 300 peer-reviewed publications and currently hold senior positions on the editorial boards of several leading journals. I am usually accustomed to advocating for positions within the mainstream of medicine, so have been flummoxed to find that, in the midst of a crisis, I am fighting for a treatment that the data fully support but which, for reasons having nothing to do with a correct understanding of the science, has been pushed to the sidelines. As a result, tens of thousands of patients with COVID-19 are dying unnecessarily. Fortunately, the situation can be reversed easily and quickly.

“I am referring, of course, to the medication hydroxychloroquine. When this inexpensive oral medication is given very early in the course of illness, before the virus has had time to multiply beyond control, it has shown to be highly effective, especially when given in combination with the antibiotics azithromycin or doxycycline and the nutritional supplement zinc.

“On May 27, I published an article in the American Journal of Epidemiology (AJE) entitled, ‘Early Outpatient Treatment of Symptomatic, High-Risk COVID-19 Patients that Should be

Ramped-Up Immediately as Key to the Pandemic Crisis.’ That article, published in the world’s leading epidemiology journal, analyzed five studies, demonstrating clear-cut and significant benefits to treated patients, plus other very large studies that showed the medication safety.

“Physicians who have been using these medications in the face of widespread skepticism have been truly heroic. They have done what the science shows is best for their patients, often at great personal risk. I myself know of two doctors who have saved the lives of hundreds of patients with these medications but are now fighting state medical boards to save their licenses and reputations. The cases against them are completely without scientific merit.

“Since publication of my May 27 article, seven more studies have demonstrated similar benefit. In a lengthy follow-up letter, also published by AJE, I discuss these seven studies and renew my call for the immediate early use of hydroxychloroquine in high-risk patients. These seven studies include: an additional 400 high-risk patients treated by Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, with zero deaths; four studies totaling almost 500 high-risk patients treated in nursing homes and clinics across the U.S., with no deaths; a controlled trial of more than 700 high-risk patients in Brazil, with significantly reduced risk of hospitalization and two deaths among 334 patients treated with hydroxychloroquine; and another study of 398 matched patients in France, also with significantly reduced hospitalization risk. Since my letter was published, even more doctors have reported to me their completely successful use.”

However, HCQ is not the only drug that is cheap, safe, effective, and available. The June 1, 2021 issue of Desert Review reported incredible success with another common drug, ivermectin, with COVID patients in India’s capital, Delhi. That state experienced a 97% decline in COVID while the state of Tamil Nadu’s cases tripled to the highest in India without it, and their deaths skyrocketed ten-fold! Justus R. Hope, M.D. wrote, “It is an absolute vindication of Ivermectin and early outpatient treatment. It is a clear refutation of the WHO, FDA, NIH, and CDC’s policies of ‘wait at home until you turn blue’ before you get treatment.”

Dr. Brian Tyson, co-owner of All Valley Urgent Care in El Centro, California, and Dr. George Fareed have treated over 6,200 COVID patients and made ivermectin a part of their standard regimen since October. “Dr. Fareed and I have treated over 6,200 patients for COVID and have not lost a single patient who was treated before day seven,” Tyson said in an interview with TheBlaze.

All right, the thinkers will wonder why federal and state health officials push COVID vaccinations with missionary zeal when they are so problematic, especially when there are common, cheap, harmless drugs that make vaccines unnecessary. That, my friend, is the problem: Cheap drugs would make vaccines superfluous. No doubt, there are many answers, such as there are buckets of billions available to the insiders. There are also massive egos involved. So, who will get the glory as well as the gold? If HCQ or ivermectin knocks out the coronavirus, then Fauci’s vaccines are unnecessary. Remember the Salk polio vaccine; how about a Fauci covid vaccine.

After doing COVID research for almost two years, I had a shocking thought today: I have read of no refutations of the major critics of the vaccines, only generalized declarations about the dedication of federal health workers, the great health care system because of vaccine success, the threat of millions of people dying if everyone doesn’t get the jab, etc. Why has no one gone after Drs. Peter McCullough, Vladimir Zelenko Didier Raoult, Harvey A. Risch, Brian Tyson, and others? The reason is those physicians are all heavyweights, and the federal health critics are over-matched and outclassed, so they refuse to confront, contradict, or have conflict with them.

Many state health officials are simply deficient, distant, and even dumb while the average physician who may be expert in surgery, family practice, OBGYN, etc., cannot be an expert in virology, immunology, or epidemiology.

All of us are dependent upon a few highly educated people in a very narrow specialized field to decide about this health issue.

The mainstream media consider Dr. Fauci the font of all wisdom, maybe like the Oracle of Delphi, but the oracle was a sham. It seems Fauci’s purpose in life is to annoy people when he is not involved in bat or puppy research.

He is very successful at that.

Is COVID a sham, a scam, or a scheme? It is for sure a scare. You have the right to decide for yourself after looking at the available information.

I’ve made up my mind, and my life depends on my decision.

The evidence indicates the COVID-19 vaccines are not safe and effective but dirty and dangerous! However, there is impressive proof that HCQ and ivermectin will cure COVID when protocols are followed.

I seem to remember something about “first do no harm.” Moreover, the common, safe, inexpensive treatment for COVID is saving lives, not causing harm. Political physicians muddy the water by saying people have died from an overdose of one of the therapeutic COVID treatments; however, people have also overdosed on water, aspirin, Tylenol, etc.

Furthermore, one of the conditions for an Emergency Use Authorization  (EUA) is there must be no approved therapeutic available for the disease. Ahh, so there is the rub because hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and ivermectin are now available and saving COVID sufferers as they have been used for decades to cure other diseases.  However, by using the available, inexpensive, already approved drug that works well for COVID-19 would make the EUA vaccines illegal (as well as being harmful).

Can’t have that. Gotta sell vaccines and save reputations.

Many famous medical experts tell us that the COVID-19 vaccines are unnecessary since long-time common drugs are very effective for those infected with the Chinese Communist coronavirus. Wait a minute; does that mean millions of people have died unnecessarily? And millions more did not have to spend weeks and months hospitalized, suffering enormous pain and disability?

Well, hundreds of private physicians say yes while political physicians say no. It should be remembered the private physicians have treated hundreds of COVID patients successfully with common drugs, and government health officials have treated none.

America’s Frontline Doctors allege in their suit against the state of Alabama, “The Vaccine manufacturers could not obtain the Emergency Use Authorization for a COVID-19 vaccine if there was an effective alternative treatment. So, they had to rig false studies to purport that hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) was not an effective alternative treatment.”

HCQ has been used millions of times in America since 1934 with no serious problems; however, it is now a generic drug, so there is little money for Big Pharma. But there is gold and glory in experimental COVID-19 vaccines.

In a revolting turn of events, the two most prestigious medical journals—Lancet and The New England Journal of Medicine—were forced to retract fabricated articles, meaning they were fake, false, and even fraudulent. The two articles were written using the same Surgisphere information to prove how dangerous hydroxychloroquine is—not for malaria, lupus, or arthritis but for COVID! Wow, that’s big news and shows how dishonest, desperate, or depraved some medical officials are.

The articles were not retracted for a few mistakes but for being totally wrong: a hit piece valued by the pharmaceutical companies. The Guardian exposed the hoax with a heading: “Surgisphere: governments and WHO changed Covid-19 policy based on suspect data from tiny US company.”

The Guardian’s lead paragraph was stunning: “The World Health Organization and a number of national governments have changed their Covid-19 policies and treatments on the basis of flawed data from a little-known US healthcare analytics company, also calling into question the integrity of key studies published in some of the world’s most prestigious medical journals.”

The devastating article revealed that the tiny Surgisphere company had a science fiction writer (not a scientist) and an adult model on staff. The study allegedly included data from more than a thousand hospitals as a basis for the non-study.

Both magazines played cute with their retraction making excuses for their complicity without revealing the fraud. The magazines wrote of not verifying some of the material. However, that was an obvious ploy. They published the original study because it was in the best interest of Big Pharma to denounce, denigrate, and destroy HCQ as a quick, easy, inexpensive treatment for COVID-19.

The political physicians charged failure in HCQ trials to derail, distort, and destroy any evidence to support the validity of inexpensive, effective home treatments. One study, designed to fail, gave lethal amounts of HCQ to study participants, reported the deaths and hid their clandestine deceit to rig the study. Sounds like premeditated murder to me.

Many physicians (some famous), have used this drug successfully with hundreds of COVID-19 patients without losing a single patient!

“In the future, I believe this misbegotten episode regarding hydroxychloroquine will be studied by sociologists of medicine as a classic example of how extra-scientific factors overrode clear-cut medical evidence. But for now, reality demands a clear, scientific eye on the evidence and where it points. For the sake of high-risk patients, for the sake of our parents and grandparents, for the sake of the unemployed, for our economy and for our polity, especially those disproportionally affected, we must start treating immediately.”

How could any sane person not be impressed with such results from one of the world’s most qualified medical experts with vast experience dealing with COVID?

Ivermectin is also having remarkable success in treating COVID patients as a cure and a prophylactic. It is safer than Tylenol and has been dispensed about 4 billion times, killing threadworm (infection with a type of roundworm that enters the body through the skin and lives in the intestines) and curing other diseases.  Additionally, it is 86% effective as a prophylactic for COVID-19. Because it is used for other diseases is no reason not to use it to save COVID-infected people.  

Satoshi Ōmura and William C. Campbell were awarded the Nobel Prize for discovering ivermectin in 2015.

“Ivermectin works. I’ve seen that in my patients. Ivermectin can really be the game-changer against COVID-19. It’s safe, it’s cheap, and it works,” declared Dr. Alessandro Santin of the Yale School of Medicine.  

Yale, you know, the little school in New Haven.

Paul Marik, M.D., Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, Eastern Virginia Medical School, asserted, “Ivermectin for COVID-19 is effective and has been given to us on a silver platter. It can completely change the history of this disease. Ivermectin is one of the safest medicines you can give a human being. It has been in use for 40 years and is on WHO’s list of essential medications.”    

Many countries are now using ivermectin against COVID-19; fifteen of them country-wide with official endorsement according to the British Ivermectin Recommendation Development (BIRD) panel, March 25, 2021. Yet, U.S. health officials ridicule ivermectin as a “horse dewormer” as they seek to hawk their hastily produced experimental vaccines. Interestingly, over 100 members of Congress treated Covid 19 with ivermectin!

I have always thought most of Congress needed deworming, but I never expected it to happen. It’s also interesting that they have no trouble getting the drug, and you and I must almost bully our way to the prescription counter to get it.

A surprisingly supportive article in the July/August 2021 issue of the American Journal of Therapeutics overwhelming supported ivermectin as a treatment for COVID.  The study concluded, “Using ivermectin early in the clinical course may reduce numbers progressing to severe disease. The apparent safety and low cost suggest that ivermectin is likely to have a significant impact on the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic globally.”

So, two groups of highly trained professionals, allegedly dedicated public servants, are telling opposite stories about the same issue. Whom do you believe? I tend to believe those who have the most to lose if they are wrong, and I look suspiciously at those who have much to gain. While that is not a perfect formula to follow, it is close to perfect in an imperfect, selfish, egotistical world.

I believe the independent physicians who have everything to lose rather than political physicians who have everything to gain by pushing the quick and expensive vaccines.

When uneducated, unthinking, and unconcerned people sense danger, they look to the government—when often the government is the problem.

With the Chinese coronavirus, the world has experienced the first world lockdown, and it was done based on dubious evidence. Not only businesses (which I may add, are in business to do business) shut down and stopped doing business, but all schools, parks, and most churches closed their doors. Attending church or continuing your business one-on-one was illegal, but you could legally protest in huge crowds!

The funeral for former congressman John Lewis in Atlanta was said by the media to have abided by facemasks and social distancing guidelines; however, that was an obvious lie. The audience was seated close together and the singing team and soloist were not masked or separated. So, it’s legal to protest and go to state-approved funerals but not go to church or run your business!

Since when did any official have the authority, power yes, authority, no, to tell churches they must close? Or, if they could open, they could not sing or have more than ten congregants? Never has a nation or the world made such a sea change so quickly.

But that could never happen to us. But it did. “But, it can’t last forever.” Are you sure? “Well, government officials will never let it get so bad that we run out of food and water.” Are you sure about that?

When God warned Noah that bad weather was coming and the earth would be inundated, he followed God’s instructions that involved long term planning. And many years of hard work. He was ready when the rain began. While a global flood had never happened before, Noah thought it best to prepare for it.

The normalcy bias could have killed everyone.

Five years ago, I wrote the following that is more relevant now than it was then.

The normalcy bias is a mental condition individuals experience when facing a disaster. It causes people to become vulnerable to approaching danger as they underestimate both the possibility of a disaster and its potentially dangerous impact. This often results in situations where people fail to prepare for a disaster, and that failure can be catastrophic on a state or national scale.

It is a mental condition that convinces a person that since it has never happened before, it can’t happen. Or “it won’t happen to me.” After all, this is America. We are special; however, we are not immune from natural or manmade disasters.

The town of Pompeii, located on the Bay of Naples, was a flourishing resort for wealthy, powerful, and élite citizens of Rome in the first century A.D. The city of about 20,000 citizens was located about five miles from Mount Vesuvius and citizens, slaves, tourists, and artisans jostled through the well-paved city streets. They passed elegant villas, taverns, cafes, bathhouses, and brothels to attend the arena that could seat 20,000 people.

Everyone knew about the volcano at Mount Vesuvius nearby, but it had been silent for over 1700 years. Nothing to worry about, but in August of 79 A.D., the mountain blew its top sending ashes, rocks, and hot gases 21 miles into the sky that could be seen for hundreds of miles.

Pliny the Younger was living with his uncle Pliny the Elder, an admiral of the Roman fleet who died in the eruption that had 100,000 times the thermal energy of the Hiroshima-Nagasaki bombings. The younger Pliny watched the eruption from across the bay and then wrote, “I believed I was perishing with the world.” However, there was plenty of time to flee the eruption, yet about 2,000 people watched in wonder as death fell around them! The hot, heavy ash made it difficult to breathe, and then a 100-mile-per-hour surge of poisonous gas rushed down the mountain, killing every living thing in its path. When the mountain stopped shaking, spitting, and sputtering the next day, the silent city of the dead was covered with up to 20 feet of ashes, rocks, and lava.

Highly intelligent people watched the eruption until death devoured them, an ancient example of the normalcy bias.

When Hurricane Katrina slammed New Orleans Aug. 29, 2005, thousands of citizens refused to leave the city, and city officials didn’t even attempt to evacuate them. There were scores of parked buses that could have saved hundreds of people, but the mayor refused to give the order, and 1,461 people died. The National Hurricane Center warned on August 28 that the area would be “uninhabitable for weeks” after “devastating damage” caused by the storm. Finally, the day before the disaster, Mayor Ray Nagin ordered a mandatory evacuation, yet thousands of people refused to seek safety!

The media have defended those who decided not to evacuate the area “because they were mostly poor.” Wait a minute. Are we to believe that all those people did not have automobiles, did not have friends or family with cars, or could not afford a $50.00 bus ticket out of town? However, they could have walked away from danger! They didn’t leave because “I’m different,” or “It can’t happen here,” or “It can’t be that bad,” or “God (or government) won’t let it happen to me.” Normalcy bias killed again.

The mind seems to make an attempt to protect us from traumatic events that come our way. When some things are too troublesome, traumatic, or tragic, the mind often shuts down. One survivor from the Muslim terrorist attack on September 11 in New York City reports of going blind when she saw some of the 200 humans hitting the ground after falling 100 stories outside the Twin Towers. The human mind is an incredible organ, but obviously, there are some things too terrible to comprehend.

When faced with major danger, the mind goes into one of three modes: it will “suggest” flight, fight, or freeze. Many people freeze–and die.

Americans have had it too good, nice, easy, cushy, soft, and pleasant all their lives. Disaster does lie ahead; so each one, especially heads of households, must prioritize, plan, and prepare. You cannot plan for every contingency, but you can for some. And remember that “hope” is not a plan. And “thinking about it” is not a plan. Nor is “worrying about it” a plan. A plan requires a plan. If you don’t have one, then get one.

Trusting God is very important; yes, God feeds the sparrows, but He doesn’t put worms in their nests.

What’s in our future? It could be a total financial collapse of our economy far worse than the Great Depression. Such suggestions are no longer coming from just me and other “prophets of doom.” Highly respected economists tell us that it is only a matter of time. Not if, but when the big bubble bursts.

Jim Rogers is a famed billionaire investor co-founder of the Quantum Fund with George Soros. Jim said that we are in for a major financial meltdown that will be the most shaking financial event “we have ever seen in recorded history.” But surely not. “It just can’t happen to us.”

A study done in Britain revealed that Britain is only “nine meals from anarchy.” The Daily Mail said that it would take only “nine meals–three full days without food on supermarket shelves–before law and order started to break down, and British streets descended into chaos.” Furthermore, the food you eat for dinner tonight had to be brought an average of 1500 miles. What if the food or the trucks or the fuel or the drivers or the highways were not available to deliver that food?

“But that could never happen here,” says the average American as he snaps open another can of beer.

A financial collapse would bankrupt state and federal governments, and the feds would renege on their financial obligations. Tax payments to the IRS would plummet, and our national debt would really go into the stratosphere. Already billions of dollars in the hole, the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation, an agency that guarantees pensions of major corporations, would go belly up. So would Social Security. Everyone would be on his own. “But our government would not permit that to happen.”

The disaster that does you in may be an epidemic that shuts down every school, church, theater, or even all public transportation. Hospitals and clinics will be overwhelmed, taking only the most diseased and dying. “But that couldn’t happen here.”

It may be an attack by one of the rogue nations such as China, North Korea, or Iran dropping an EMP device over a major heartland city knocking out all electronic devices including all electrical power, all automobiles, all cell and land phones, all elevators, televisions, radio, traffic lights, air traffic control, air travel, etc. In other words, we would be back in the 18th century. A major solar bombardment would have the same effect! “But that just couldn’t happen, could it?”

Naïve, confused, closed-minded Americans say, “The President would never declare martial law and incarcerate mass numbers of people who refuse to be vaccinated.” No, it hasn’t happened here, but something similar has sure happened elsewhere. Why can’t it happen here?

Tomorrow morning a dirty bomb may explode in the heart of Dallas or Washington revealing the fact that some suitcase bombs are circulating in Muslim circles. A mushroom cloud does not portend a normal life for anyone in America. But then, “It’s never happened here.” Yet!

It may only be a natural disaster that destroys your city, rendering you without utilities, food, employment, etc. But that disaster might ignite your normalcy bias that ends up killing you or your family. It is better to prepare and not need it than to not prepare and need it.

Hope is not a plan. Wishful thinking is stupid thinking.

Remember, it wasn’t raining when Noah entered the Ark!

Most nations are staring into the face of financial chaos and political upheaval precipitated by an obvious moral collapse—the slaughter of innocent babies inside mothers’ wombs; the same-sex “marriage” abomination; the child abuse known as transgenderism; the shocking number of illegitimate babies born each year; the lack of discipline in our homes; the incredible amount of divorces; unhealthy if not undisciplined citizens dependent on legal and illegal drugs and alcohol; etc.

The above horrific list is indicative of moral collapse, so the monetary chaos, exacerbated by the malicious coronavirus, is directly ahead of us, followed by military control.

France traveled this path over 200 years ago and is a perfect pattern of where we are at this time.

When France came to our aid during our struggle for independence in the late 1700s, (mainly to strike a blow at England who had recently humiliated them in the Seven Years’ War), it left France teetering on the edge of bankruptcy. The problem was exacerbated with years of bad harvests and crop failure in 1788, followed by a long period of financial discontent, decline, and disorder that precipitated a fearful atmosphere in the citizens. Many thought their problems were government-based, and they were generally right.

The regional failed harvests of 1787 and 1788 and an inadequate transportation system created a food shortage for the most populous nation in Europe whose population had doubled from 1715 to 1800. Peasants couldn’t afford the high cost for bread, and with the shortage came even higher prices.

Commoners demanded price controls on many items resulting in the absence or shortages of necessary items. This was followed by the failure of the silk harvest that raised prices on clothing. That meant the lowest class (that had gained land and money, but limited power) spent so much money on essentials, they could not purchase other goods. All this further complicated the fragile economy.

The French Revolution (beginning in 1789 and ending in 1799 with the ascent of Napoleon Bonaparte) was precipitated by the above foolish fiscal practices that ruined the economy. France had been a moral cesspool for decades. When the people got scared and hungry, the bloody revolution followed. Hungry people think with their stomachs and always gravitate to a strongman who promises them food and order.

The purpose of the French Revolution, as espoused by the philosophers, guilds, and Masonic Lodge, was to destroy the castle and the cottage and the church. Reform was not their desire; it was a revolution to destroy the monarchy, the family, and the church. To show their contempt for Christ and the Roman Church, they even produced a new calendar.

Americans are witnesses to attacks upon the same entities today—government, home, and the church.

French citizens were divided into the First Estate (the Catholic clergy), the Second Estate (the nobility), and the Third Estate (the commoners) under the absolute rule of Louis XVI. The three groups, called the Estates General, had not met for over 150 years, but was called to meet May 5, 1789. It was expected to approve a new land tax that did not exempt the nobles.

The commoners (Third Estate) consisted of 98% of the people, yet they could be outvoted by the clergy and nobles! On June 17, the deputies of the Third Estate declared themselves the National Assembly. On the 19, the clergy reluctantly decided to join the Third Estate.

The commoners, thinking the military had been ordered to attack them, took control, forcing the clergy and nobles to go along with significant reforms, but they went kicking and screaming all the way.

The rebellion was growing with intensity and numbers as mobs spread from Paris to the countryside culminating in the attack on the Bastille July 14, 1789. This Storming of the Bastille, when commoners were looking for guns and ammunition, is considered a French national holiday and the beginning of the revolution.

Commoners looted and burned the homes of the tax collectors, church leaders, and landlords venting decades of resentment of the aristocrats. Officials in Paris received reports that mobs had formed all over the country, producing the Great Fear or “Who’s going to be attacked next?” So, the short-lived ruling Assembly (created by the Third Estate—commoners) knowing they were sitting on a seething volcano, decided to make changes before the nation was in total rebellion.

During the night of August 4, 1789, the Assembly “entirely” abolished feudalism—that had been dying since the 1400s as an aftershock of the Black Death pestilence. Along with that vote went oppressive regulations, taxes, and preferential treatment of the clergy and nobles. Peasants now owned land, and some merchants, physicians, and artisans had attained wealth but no political power. That night also brought equal punishment for all classes; the opportunity of anyone being a candidate for public office—except Jews; the abolition of purchase of public office; and a better and fairer division of land. It also meant religious freedom from the iron grip of the Catholic Church, suppression of large payments to the Pope, removal of unmerited pensions, favoritism in taxation, and other benefits for ordinary people.

Wow, the people were heady with their success as the Assembly issued 19 Decrees; however, during the following years, various groups, including the king, tried to claw back some of the privileges taken from them. Freedom was in the air, and King Louis’ head was resting uneasily on his shoulders. He knew his head would be removed if the mob took total control. That happened when a group of insurgents led by the extremist Jacobins attacked the royal residence in Paris and arrested the king on August 10, 1792.

The following month, a Republic was formed, and the monarchists knew it was over. Louis lost his head literally in January of 1793, as did his wife Marie Antoinette nine months later.

Different groups twisted the liberties (guaranteed by the 19 Decrees), creating a dictatorship and the Reign of Terror from 1793 to 1794, directed by Robespierre. In their attempt to remove every religious influence, Robespierre was appointed to the Committee of Public Safety, and he disempowered the Catholic Church.

Revolutions can seldom be controlled, and a 10-month Reign of Terror was a tragic time when suspected enemies of the revolution were guillotined by the thousands. Many of the killings were carried out under orders from Robespierre, who now controlled the Committee of Public Safety.

The Terror ended in 1795 with the arrest and execution without trial of Robespierre and many of his allies proving once again that revolutionaries always turn on their own. The Directory took control of the nation from the National Assembly and repudiated debts and closed down elections.

France was about to explode in anarchy under a total dictatorship where no one was safe. Anyone who was not outspoken in support of the Directory was suspected of being the enemy. About 40,000 people were guillotined during the Reign of Terror, according to some historians.

However, Thomas Carlyle (died 1881) in his highly acclaimed history mentions 44,000 revolutionary committees, established throughout France, “like as many companies of reapers or gleaners, gleaning France, are gathering their harvest” enthusiastically sending them to Paris to be guillotined. Additionally, there were bands of Jacobin fanatics who roamed the nation with portable guillotines that were set up in the town squares while others dragged their victims to the square to be beheaded. Note that there were 44,000 such committees doing that bloody work. Moreover, some beheaded victims were skinned, and breeches made of their skin, according to Carlyle.

In the name of liberty, equality, fraternity, or death, 300,000 people were publicly executed by firing squads, drownings, and other methods of mass murder; and ultimately, many millions died in the 25 years of war and upheaval that followed.

Standing in the shadows was a young upstart (a military genius) with delusions of grandeur seeing himself as the future ruler of France and Europe—Napoleon. He had rapidly risen through the ranks of the military during the revolution. After seizing political power in a 1799 coup d’état, he crowned himself emperor in 1804.

And on that night, every ruler in Europe went to bed, trembling in terror.

Monetary chaos will always follow moral collapse, followed by military control. Get ready for the worst “train wreck” in history. And you can be sure that there is an American “Napoleon” prepared to take control.

Whatever his political affiliation, he will be sure to keep his foot on your neck. It won’t matter to your neck whether it is his left or right foot. The result is the same—loss of personal freedom.

The November election will be the showdown when Kool-Aid drinking Trump-haters will go to any length to thwart the will of Americans who want a return to a stable, safe, and secure nation. Wiping the purple Kool-Aid from their quivering lips, they will lie, distort, purchase votes, steal votes, and stuff ballot boxes and other nefarious acts to defeat Trump.

Now we face another shutdown that will destroy millions of small businesses and some large businesses. Business bankruptcies are in the stratosphere, and small and large companies are closing daily.

Low-life protesters, mixed with naïve do-gooders, are not only protesting but also demanding resistance, reparations, and revolution as they throw Molotov cocktails and swing unregistered bats. The evil leaders behind these protests are not concerned with the alleged mistreatment of Blacks. The illusion of concern is only cover for the real goal—to keep Trump from reelection and to do so if it means destroying America.

My warning over six years ago appears to be coming to fruition. Get ready for the worst economic times in US history. The bells have been going off for months especially since the start of the shutdown: massive unemployment; paying people not to work; student loan forgiveness; national debt now past $25 trillion; major push for reparations amounting to $6 quadrillions; promises of universal income even for non-workers; a second stimulus package in days; demands for pension bailouts; even Minneapolis asked for the feds to repair the damage done to their city that local officials refused to condemn and deal with; etc.

I wrote the following column in 2014 that is very appropriate today. One word was corrected, links were added, and minor punctuation was changed.
Only a fool would publicly predict what will happen in the near future regarding the U.S. economy; however, I suggest that we will have a slowdown, shutdown, or shakedown–maybe all three. We are already in the slowdown; however, I think it is also probable that the other two disasters are in store for all of us. The “storm” is far from over.

One portentous indication of trouble just surfaced on Jan. 3 when it was revealed in a headline: “Billionaires Dumping Stocks.” The article on the Newsmax website reported that Warren Buffet is “dumping shares at an alarming rate.” He sold 19 million (no misprint) shares of Johnson & Johnson, and he is very disappointed in Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, and others.

Billionaire John Paulson also dumped 14 million shares of JPMorgan Chase and all of his shares in Family Dollar and Sara Lee.

Then there’s billionaire George Soros, the radical leftist that conservatives love to hate, who sold almost all his shares of JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs. Obviously, George doesn’t have any confidence in financial stocks. Hummm, wonder what he and his fellow billionaires know that we don’t know?

Maybe these wealthy elite know that a massive correction is coming on Wall Street. Highly revered economist Robert Wiedemer, the author of the best-seller Aftershock, says that the stock market could fall 90%! Wiedemer predicted the collapse of the housing market in an earlier book.

Standard and Poor’s suggested that Wiedemer’s prediction “demands our attention,” while Philip Gross, founding CFO of American Online, said the book was “A compelling argument for a chilling conclusion.”

CNN reported that about half of Americans agree with the doomsday predictions: “48% [of Americans] see a second Great Depression.” I think it will be called “the Greatest Depression.”

We must remember that our government is $17 trillion [now more than $24 trillion] in debt, almost $150,000 per taxpayer! But then we must take our pencil from behind our ear and add Social Security obligations, Medicare, etc., totaling more than $100 trillion!

The average American needs to look at the facts, analyze his financial condition, and make some difficult decisions. Does he believe Obama who said, “The private sector is doing fine,” or does he consider that statement like Obama’s assurance that “You can keep your doctor, period.”? Or maybe he believes the Washington Post that assured us with a headline: “No Housing Bubble to Pop” or the Washington Times’ headline, “No Housing Trouble,” or the conservative National Review’s article, “Hate to Burst Your (Housing) Bubble, But There Isn’t One.” Or the revered Wall Street Journal: “Housing Bubble? The Market Won’t Pop.”

Pop, pop, pop, pop. They were all wrong!

Or the average American could believe the financial wizards on the television shows who never said a word about the imminent massive collapse of Enron in December of 2001. The financial experts were telling us to buy right up to the collapse! And they never apologized!

Everyone knows that those experts and many others were wrong about the housing bubble as they have been wrong about many things.

So, when the stock market hits bottom, 50% of Americans are out of work, bankruptcies soar skyward, and cities and states go belly-up as is happening as I write, you will know the nation is on the cusp of a shutdown mode. Does that mean riots in the streets accompanied by martial law? Wiedemer thinks not, since “that did not happen in the Great Depression.”

However, the astute economist may know finances, but he apparently doesn’t know human nature: this disaster will be far worse than the 1930s, and Americans today don’t have the character those citizens had. Plan on it: panic, suicides, hunger, food riots, gang violence, etc. A recent British study declared that we were “nine meals from anarchy!”

I don’t feel lonely anymore way out on the limb!

How do the optimists in their rosy glasses defend their positive view in light of our massive debt? Today, the U.S. has more government debt than any country in the history of the world! In fact, we have more national debt than all the nations in the European Union put together!

So, what is the Fed’s answer? Well, the Federal Reserve has been printing $85 billion per month; that’s more than a trillion dollars a year! That means the dollars in your pocket are worth less, or is that worthless?

Presently, when a nation wants to purchase a product from us or any other country, they usually make payments in U.S. dollars. They could choose the British pound sterling, the Chinese yuan, or the euro; however, only a few nations bypass the dollar. That is going to end. We have begun to see the “flight from the dollar.” China, Russia, and the United Nations, as well as some Muslim nations, are already on record that they want to back off the dollar as the world’s reserve currency.

Why is the U.S. dollar so special and is used by almost 70% of nations as the reserve currency? It is because the market for U.S. Treasury securities is “liquid and deep.” “Liquid” means the dollar can be sold quickly, and “deep” means a large amount of dollars can be sold without impacting the price of the currency.

When I have traveled in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Australia, etc., I never changed dollars into the currency where I was traveling. I always used U.S. dollars, but those days have changed. It is now common for the dollar to be refused, as I experienced in Africa and Japan.

Sam Zell, the 60th richest man in the U.S., told CNBC: “My single biggest financial concern is the loss of the dollar as the reserve currency. I can’t imagine anything more disastrous to our country…I think you could see a 25% reduction in the standard of living in this country if the U.S. dollar was no longer the world’s reserve currency.”

James Richards wrote in his Currency Wars, “If the currency collapses, everything also goes with it…stocks, bonds, commodities, derivatives and other investments are all priced in a nation’s currency. If you destroy the currency, you destroy all markets and the nation.”

In light of the above facts, it seems we are in the slowdown, and the shutdown or collapse is staring us in the face. So, how will the politicians extricate the U.S. from the bottomless pit—dug by the same politicians?

Enter the shakedown phase.

The London Telegraph of January 4, 2014, reported, “Much of the Western world will require defaults, a savings tax and higher inflation to clear the way for recovery as debt levels reach a 200-year high, according to a new report by the International Monetary Fund.”

Author Ambrose Evans-Pritchard opined that the debts of many nations are so huge that it “will require a wave of haircuts, either negotiated 1930s-style write-offs or the standard mix of measures used by the IMF in its ‘toolkit’ for emerging market blow-ups.” He says that what debtor nations must and will do is use huge taxes, massive inflation, and debt repudiation to stay afloat. He says we will all get a close-cut financial “haircut.”

I think he means a scalping, not a haircut.

That amounts to a shakedown. There will be no other choice. Weary, worn, wrathful citizens will be forced to pay for the failure and corruption of generations of pompous, prissy, profligate politicians.

Slowdown, shutdown, or shakedown? All three are in your future, ending with a showdown! I’m afraid that the sky is falling after all.

What is not known by most people is that China is the source of the three most deadly plagues that smacked the face of our planet in the last 2,000 years. Now, over vociferous denials and charges of xenophobia and racism must be added the Chinese coronavirus.

Running smack dab into the solid wall of facts, China is vehemently trying to distance itself from the Chinese coronavirus that is now smacking down people in over 200 nations and territories with about 600,000 deaths and counting.

China lied about the coronavirus originating in China; they have been lying about the number dead; now, China is charging that it did not start in China. USA Today reported that Chinese officials circulated a false claim that the coronavirus “originated in the United States and was passed along to China.”

The truth is if there were an Olympics for Deadly Pestilences, China dictator Xi would have gold medals draped all over him.

Correcting many historical reports, Galina Eroshenko and associates reveal in their scientific study that the Y. pestis triggered three world pandemics. Y. pestis, (the Black Death) lashed mankind starting with the sixth century Plague of Justinian (killed up to 100 million) to the Black Death in the fourteenth century to the third wave in the nineteenth century.

The study reveals, “Y. pestis has originated in China, and that the strains, which caused three historical plague pandemics also had their origin in China, from where they were regularly brought into Europe by Chinese merchants and military commands.”

The Plague of Justinian raised its ugly head in 541 and 542 A.D. and lasted until 750! It was named for the Byzantine emperor Justinian I, who ruled from 527 to 565 A.D. It affected about half the population of Europe, and was responsible for the highest number of deaths during any epidemic in history. Estimates believe “100 million people died during this time, which was half the world population.”

This plague spread so quickly because it was carried by lice-infected rats. Those rats “traveled all over the world on trading ships and helped spread the infection from China to Northern Africa and all over the Mediterranean.”

Even the emperor was infected but survived, although his empire disintegrated.

That was the first pandemic from China.

The Black Death that decimated Europe in the Middle Ages was used as a weapon by China, according to the Encyclopedia Britannica. The Chinese were fighting the Genoese trading port of Kafa, now Feodosiya in Crimea. It was 1347. The Chinese catapulted plague-infested bodies into the town as a weapon against their enemies. It worked as Genoese ships returning home spread the plague to Sicily, North Africa, Italy, Spain, and France. From there, it raced into England, Scotland, and the Baltic countries. Four or five years after arriving in Europe in 1347, the pandemic surged through the continent in waves that killed millions.

That “second pandemic” raced across the globe, taking down millions of helpless people and was stamped, “Made in China.” It was an effective killer that caused the depopulation or total disappearance of about 1,000 European villages in the early 1400s.

Even the wealthy and royalty did not escape the pestilence by running and hiding. They ran but couldn’t hide.

The “third pandemic” of Black Death erupted in 1855 in the Chinese province of Yunnan. Over the next few decades, this plague prowled the planet taking it to all inhabited continents. Most of the devastation took place in China and India, but there were also scattered cases from South Africa to San Francisco. The worldwide outbreak eventually killed about 15 million people, and the World Health Organization considered it active until 1960.

By this time, the world was far more interconnected than it had ever been. People traveled more frequently; the world’s military was “on the go,” and trade had exploded with the invention of the steamship. The ships carried grain and other foodstuffs to all occupied continents, and grain means the presence of rats and rats mean fleas. Ships sitting at anchorage with vessels from other nations had a constant exchange of rats, thereby quickly spreading the rats and plague worldwide.

Media propaganda suggests that we may see a similar killing with the Chinese coronavirus. It is raging in over 200 nations of the earth with unknown prospects of slowing.

Wait until it really hits the 55 nations of Africa! A few days ago, after I wrote this, the virus jumped 47% that week!

USA Today even mocked the President declaring, “Coronavirus treatment: Dr. Donald Trump peddles snake oil and false hope.” No, the peddlers of snake oil, that includes most of the mainstream media, have been proved again to be blind, benighted bigots desperately supporting a failed political candidate, a false political philosophy, and a fake political objectivity.

The new study is additional proof that corruption at the CDC and NIH is deep and wide. That would almost always be true when piles of money in research funds, federal grants, personal gifts, royalties, and patent rights are involved. Interwoven in all this are egos, reputations, and fear of exposure. Even highly educated people lose control when they are threatened with a loss of salary, subsidies, and status.

President Trump should look at the inner sanctum of the CDC and all its affiliates and fire incompetents, grafters, and opportunists. He should look at all contracts each employee has with any university, clinic, hospital, or research group. He should have each employee disclose all past agreements or gifts, salary, expenses, or benefits of any kind from any pharmaceutical company.

Dr. Tony Fauci is the face of U.S. disease control, and recent events suggest he peddles hokum using scientific jargon. As a health expert, he has as much credibility as Jerry Springer. As a reliable health spokesman, he flashed, he floundered, he flopped. And unemployed Americans have picked up the tab for his mistakes.

In January, Fauci told us that the U.S. “did not have to worry” and the coronavirus was “not a major threat.” Then he said, it was “a bad flu.” On March 20, he corrected Trump on national television for saying hydroxychloroquine was a “fairly effective” treatment because “it was never done in a clinical trial.” Two weeks later the treatment was deemed the “most highly rated treatment” by more than 6,000 international doctors.

It is most interesting that when the critics disparage hydroxychloroquine, they cite studies that did not follow the protocols. If the treatment is used at the first symptoms, it has been 100% successful in treating about 500 coronavirus patients, according to Dr. Vladimir Zelenko in March. Zelenko said, “We have had ZERO deaths, ZERO hospitalizations, and ZERO intubations. In addition, I have not heard of any negative side effects other than approximately 10% of patients with temporary nausea and diarrhea.”

The patients received hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day for 5 days, azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days, and zinc sulfate 220mg once a day for 5 days. With no deaths.

This seems simple. If you want an effective COVID-19 treatment, then follow the proven protocols. If you want to bash Trump and see more people die, do the studies, but don’t follow the proven protocols. You can still say, “we’ve done the hydroxychloroquine treatment without any success,” but don’t reveal that you did not treat patients early in their disease and didn’t use azithromycin and zinc.

After all, you may be a bigot, a hater, and a Democrat, but you aren’t stupid.

But let’s go back to Fauci. He told us on February 29 that malls, movies, and gyms were acceptable and on March 9, cruises were safe. On April 15, he suggested that sexual hookups via the internet were acceptable!

Fauci and Birx used the Imperial College Model to convince Trump to close down the U.S. economy. Everyone now knows the Imperial College model was a total fraud, and the cure (closing down the economy) was worse than the disease threat.

Remember, people will do almost anything when their salary, subsidies, and status are threatened.

A friend of mine is a Harvard-trained lawyer who wrote to me in response to one of my recent columns. He exposed a “symbiotic relationship” between Emory University (in Atlanta) and the CDC. It seems some of the scientists were working both sides with generous salaries or grants. That has been going on for decades in many universities where professors do non-work in return for generous grants or salaries. That is similar to physicians who write (or put their names on research papers) and get them published in a medical journal for a fee. That would be in the same category as physicians who receive exotic vacations to “lecture” at annual events at vacation hot spots with accompanying fees and expenses.

The above are standard operating procedures for scientists in many professional disciplines. It is considered the way to do business; after all, one must remain friends with editors, publishers, and commercial companies and do a great deal of back-scratching. And back-scratching is far more pleasant if done on one of the Greek islands, a Black Sea resort, or a week in the Cayman Islands.

My friend reported a case where the NIH “granted liberal awards in research to Wayne State University (in Detroit) that was “bull…. research, going nowhere and pretending to go through the paces.”

There are numerous examples of forged or fallacious or fuzzy research in many fields of science—so-called—but those are rarely exposed in the scientific journals.

Furthermore, Big Pharma carries a big stick in the halls of Congress, and any member who even looks kindly at an anti-vaccine lobbyist (or even a photo of Robert Kennedy, Jr.) gets whacked over the head.

Nothing must limit the sale of vaccines or suggest any hanky-panky down in Atlanta by the boys in white coats. After all, when one gets his or her doctorate and is ordained by the medical brotherhood into the inner sanctum of a federal health position, they receive medical sainthood while still alive. He or she can do no wrong, and if they do, they may be examined, then excused, and exonerated. After all, it could be dangerous to their system if a wrongdoer is punished since everyone knows where the bodies are buried.

Maybe a slap on the wrist.

So, seldom do heads roll, and the grants, generous salaries, and national reputations continue, even blossom during times of pandemic. Americans hang on every word of Fauci, Birx, Redfield, and Associates when, in my opinion, they should be making license plates.

The CDC hypes, even inflates, the number of infections and deaths by various diseases then encourages governments to purchase a considerable amount of vaccines on which the CDC owns patents. You might think they would not be so obviously mercenary and brash. However, the Natural News quoted the AP to that effect: “The Associated Press (AP) explains in a recent report how the CDC uses these and other wildly inaccurate calculations to push its own agenda, which usually involves scaring governments into buying more emergency medications and vaccines to prevent what is commonly hyped as the potential for widespread disease and death.”

Just one of many examples of shameless profiteering took place not long ago by the top honcho at the CDC, Dr. Julie Gerberding, who became Director in 2002. Forbes magazine listed her 32nd among The World’s 100 Most Powerful Women in 2007 and 24th in 2008. She made the list in 2009 but failed to make it in 2010 and the following years.

Dr. Gerberding was the Director of the CDC when the MMR vaccine fraud took place from 2002 to 2009. It seems Dr. Gerberding looked at the charges against the CDC of covering up a vaccine-autism connection relating to the MMR vaccine made by Merck Pharmaceutical. She looked behind the curtain and basically said, “Nope, nobody there.” As Hogan’s Hero Sergeant Shultz would say, “There was nothhhhhing to it.” The MMR vaccine was safe for young children.

After giving the vaccine a pass, she left the CDC in 2009 and became President in 2010 with—you won’t believe this—the maker of the MMR vaccine, Merck’s vaccine division. After leaving the CDC, she sold about half her Merck stock options for almost $10 million. She sold more Merck stock in 2016 for a total of over $16 million but retained Merck stock worth about $9 million.

Inquiring minds want to know if Julie was hired at a very generous salary and benefits as a payoff for her favorable decision dealing with Merck’s MMR vaccine. That’s an example of the “famous revolving door” effect.

At Trump’s March 20 daily report of the pandemic, Dr. Fauci ridiculed the effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine. Is it because he has delusions of a future “Fauci vaccine” for the Chinese coronavirus dancing in his head? Surely, he would not be so crass, cruel, and classless.

President Trump was right again about hydroxychloroquine, and the experts at the CDC and NIH all have egg on their faces.

The federal health system needs Trump’s attention the way an innocent baby needs attention every few hours, and I don’t mean their need for food. To jump to a different metaphor, Trump needs to clean out the stables at the CDC.

A good start will be to tell Dr. Fauci, “You’re Fired.”

During the London plague in 1665, city officials took control of most aspects of the peoples’ lives. They did so based on previously passed laws that were still available to them. Daniel Defoe, wrote in A Journal of the Plague Year, “This shutting up of the houses was a method first taken, as I understand, in the plague which happened in 1603, at the coming of King James I to the crown; and the power of shutting people up in their own houses was granted by act of Parliament, entitled An Act for the Charitable Relief and Ordering of Persons Infected with Plague. On which act of Parliament the lord mayor and aldermen of the city of London founded the order they made at this time, and which took place the 1st of July, 1665, when the numbers of infected within the city were but few.”

Similarly, laws (many oppressive and intrusive) were passed all over the world to deal with the Chinese coronavirus, and some of those laws will stay on the books for many years. Concerned citizens must be vigilant that any oppressive laws be temporary—not permanent.

During the 1665 plague, all funerals had to be held before or after sunset, and no friends or other mourners could attend. There was to be no eating at taverns, and the unspent money was to be given to the poor. I have found no indication if or how that was enforced.

While the Black Death was raging, London officials appointed examiners, “to continue in that office for the space of two months at least: and if any fit person so appointed shall refuse to undertake the same, the said parties so refusing to be committed to prison until they shall conform themselves accordingly.” The examiners were to visit homes and to discover any sickness and to ascertain if possible what diseases were present.

Wait a minute! What if the appointed people had other responsibilities? What if they were afraid of being around dead people? What if they were terrified of being infected and putting their families in danger? Too bad, they would be imprisoned.

During this time, female “searchers” were appointed to make sure the dead had died of the plague and report the deaths to town officials. Also, chirurgeons (ancient for surgeons) were appointed whether they wanted to serve or not.

The home of every infected person was “marked with a red cross of a foot long, in the middle of the door, evident to be seen, and with these usual printed words, that is to say, ‘Lord have mercy upon us,’ to be set close over the same cross, there to continue until lawful opening of the same house.” All letters were required to be in upper case.

What if an atheist refused to pay tribute to the Lord with the painted petition on his door? Too bad, no exceptions. And the ACLU was not yet doing their thing.

The searchers, chirurgeons, keepers, and buriers were not to be on the streets “without holding a red rod or wand of three foot in length in their hands, open and evident to be seen.” What if a person did not want to be identified as such? No option.

It was ordered, “every householder do cause the street to be daily prepared before his door, and so to keep it clean swept all the week long.” It was the city’s responsibility to keep the streets clean; however, it was now a homeowner’s job.

Laws were passed that prohibited “hogs, dogs, or cats, or tame pigeons, or conies,” to be kept within any part of the city, “or any swine to be or stray in the streets or lanes, but that such swine be impounded by the beadle [a parish constable of the Anglican Church, often charged with duties of charity] or any other officer, and the owner punished according to the act of common council; and that the dogs be killed by the dog killers appointed for that purpose.” Sorry, but all creatures were forbidden.

An order was published by the lord mayor, and by the magistrates, according to the advice of the physicians, that “all the dogs and cats should be immediately killed, and an officer was appointed for the execution.”

Defoe reveals that 40,000 dogs were killed and “five times as many cats.”

Town officials declared, “all plays, bear baitings, games, singing of ballads, buckler play, or such like causes of assemblies of people, be utterly prohibited.” Anyone defying the order was to be “severely punished.”

Markets were closed, but the lord mayor permitted “the country people who brought provisions to be stopped in the streets leading into the town, and to sit down there with their goods, where they sold what they brought, and went immediately away.” But, no chit-chatting.

Denmark has passed an emergency law that allows the government to force people to get a vaccination, although one is not available for the coronavirus. Also, citizens who refuse to be tested for the coronavirus will face fines and potential prison time and will be prevented from entering shops, grocery stores, public institutions, and hospitals while also being restricted from using public transport.

Rahm Emanuel declared in 2008, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things that you think you could not do before.” When citizens are fearful, politicians get afraid of appearing not to be in control. Their first fear is the fear of losing the next election. So, be careful when congress is in session. They will usually solve any problem before us with welfare or warfare.

Both can be deadly to personal freedom.

It appears we not only have a temporary shortage of toilet paper but a permanent shortage of common sense.

You can exist without toilet paper since mankind did until 1920. It didn’t come to West Virginia until about 1940 based on my personal experience. But we couldn’t afford it. Food has been around a little longer and is considered indispensable while toilet paper is only important.

The Daily Mail reported on a British study that revealed any city or nation is only “nine meals from anarchy.” The report said that it would take only “nine meals–three full days without food on supermarket shelves–before law and order started to break down, and British streets descended into chaos.”

The reason for empty shelves and empty stomachs isn’t important since it could be a national lockdown resulting in disruptions in the food chain or political unrest, or a natural disaster. People will react as they have in all nations, in all ages, and under all circumstances—panic, fighting, looting, thievery, even killing to get food.

I remind you that all of mankind’s trouble started with food when Adam and Eve refused to obey God about food. And it has been a constant struggle for mankind since that day. Man’s chief drive through the ages is to find enough food and water to sustain himself. In the Garden of Eden, the human race received a mandate that man would have to fight the bugs and beetles, weeds and weevils in order to produce enough food to sustain himself and his family. God didn’t promise us a rose garden but He gave us the ability to grow one for ourselves that includes beans, potatoes, corn, onions, and tomatoes—even okra and beets if you are really hungry.

However, it would require work, a dirty four-letter word.

If we don’t work, we don’t eat; therefore, we starve. Some people are too lazy to work and some simply think it is foolish to work if they can convince others to provide them a place to stay and food to eat.

Animals instinctively know that food is required to survive as the daily struggle is evidenced with the life and death battle in the wild kingdom. Recently, we saw hundreds of hungry monkeys fighting over one single banana in Thailand after the coronavirus pandemic caused a massive drop in the number of tourists who normally feed them. Days later, they (the monkeys) fought over a cup of yogurt.

It may be the tourists tomorrow.

Moreover, there is no record of monkeys ever fighting over toilet paper.

In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, people looted “in order to feed themselves and their families.” However, much of the looting in all disasters is greed, not groceries—and stealing is never justified.

The major cities and nations of the world are locked down; streets are empty; schools are closed; stores, restaurants, and markets are vacant; airplanes are parked; the world has stopped because of an invisible bug—the Chinese coronavirus.

What if there is a sudden shutdown of oil supplies—no fuel for trucks that move food to our cities; no diesel to run farmers’ tractors; production methods are now such that 95% of all the food we eat in the world today is oil-dependent. So what happens when wells are not pumping, trucks are not running, and grocery shelves are empty?

Tim Lang, Professor of Food Policy at City University, London declared, “We are sleep-walking into a crisis.” London imports 80% of its food, so London is close to a major crisis.

We are in big trouble if farmers can’t produce food, truckers can’t deliver to grocery stores, and farmers quit the farm and move to the city.

Zerohedge.com reported the average farm income has fallen to near 15-year lows in the U.S. resulting in bankruptcies, suicide, and farmers giving up and leaving the farm. Farmers are not sleeping well because major commodity prices have plunged “by about half since 2012, farm debt jumped by about a third since 2007, bad weather prevented farmers from planting nearly 20 million acres in 2019 alone, and U.S. soybean exports to China dropped 75 percent from 2017 to 2018 amid festering trade tensions.”

Obviously, there are major problems down on the farm so that means problems at the dining room table. Farmers are fleeing the farms and if they don’t farm, we don’t feast.

USA Today reported that more than 450 farmers killed themselves in nine Midwestern states from 2014 to 2018 all related to failure to successfully produce food.

Americans spend more money on food than on almost anything else in their budget. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, nationally “we spend more than $7,700 per year on groceries and going out to eat. For rural and suburban consumers it’s their third highest expense after housing and transportation.” City residents spend more on housing followed by food than anything else.

This coronavirus may change us in many ways including the way we eat as happened with other plagues. During the Middle Ages, a person’s status determined what he ate and how he dressed. Consider, for example, the average diet of an English peasant before the 1300s when their diet consisted of bread and oatmeal pottage; very little bacon; and thin ale. Following the plague, their diet consisted of beef and mutton instead of bacon; wheat bread instead of barley; fresh fish instead of salted herring. The peasants ate better after the plague than before!

However, the peasants were held back in their attempt to get better food by lecturers, literature, and legislation criticizing the “greed” of the workers and tried to restrict their ability to earn better wages and eat better food. In other words, the poor needed to stay poor.

William Langland’s Piers Plowman in 1360 reminds us that beggars even ate better following the pestilence and they refused the cheap ale and wanted the “brownest that brewers sell.” Moreover, they demanded fresh fish instead of bacon.

Poet John Gower in the 1400s declared if a person was hired to serve in a household, he scorned “all ordinary food… he grumbles… and he will not return tomorrow unless you provide something better.” The peasants, while earlier were pleased to eat “course food,” now felt empowered and became demanding.

It was obvious that the peasant class knew they had far more power since workers were few, so they demanded the right to dress up and to eat up. The upper class did not like their uppity ways; however, it was inevitable that the world had changed and was going to change even more.

Sumptuary legislation (an attempt to regulate personal habits on moral or religious grounds to preserve class distinctions) prevented people from eating food that was not appropriate to their status and was intended to control conspicuous consumption. Such arrogant laws restricted the kind of food available to people based on income and social position. For example, the English sumptuary legislation of 1363 declared that lads “shall have meat or fish to eat once a day,” and at other times “food appropriate to their estate, such as milk, butter, and cheese.” Likewise, live-in servants were to receive “appropriate, not excessive, food and drink.”

It seems the English had come through the plague but their common sense had not improved.

I suggest people stop, take a deep breath, be thankful you’re not living in the England of the Middle Ages, go home and read the books you have boasted of reading, including the Bible, and get to know your kids better and thank God for life, liberty, and health—then plant a garden to be sure of having food this summer.

These facts are not disputed: China has been working on biological weapons for decades and has the “largest Level 4 Biohazard Lab in Asia, which studies directly into the world’s deadliest pathogens including SARS and coronavirus. In 2017, experts warned that a virus could escape the labs in Wuhan because of lax containment standards.” Did the deadly virus escape or was it released as the following information seems to indicate?

Be careful, future events may prove you jumped too quickly—in the wrong direction. We need to keep in mind that the Martians did not invade New Jersey in 1938, but Orson Welles did laugh all the way to the bank.

Did China purposefully release the coronavirus upon the world as a means of reducing their population or was it accidentally (and prematurely) released? One of my readers who is a highly placed, highly informed, highly principled, and highly active American wrote me recently saying that one of his Chinese acquaintances (in regular contact with residents in Wuhan) revealed to him that the coronavirus was designed by Chinese scientists as a “biological weapon” that was originally designed to drop over Hong Kong to kill off all the population and to “re-populate with Chinese Communist loyalists (that would exclude Christians.)”

He also said, and later confirmed, that the original whistleblower who exposed the coronavirus, Dr. Li WenLiang “was a Chinese Christian who exposed the plague (a scientist) who mysteriously died.”

By the way, the Chinese source of this accusation is also highly placed, highly informed, highly principled, and highly active and trains leaders in the underground, unregistered church in China. I do not know him but I do know of his impeccable reputation and his dedicated, deserving, and dangerous work with the underground evangelical churches in China.

I have read thousands of books, most of them were historical, philosophical, or theological; many thousands of articles and columns but today I read the most important, shocking, and prophetic speech of my life that supports the premise of this article! In December of 2005, elite officials of the Chinese government met in a large, garish room to hear a world-shaking diatribe by General Chi Haotian, the Vice-Chairman of China’s Military Commission.

His threats are being demonstrated throughout the world as you read this. Moreover, the General is still alive and in good standing in the Chinese government and his shocking speech has not been repudiated by the Communist government. British and American China-watchers, with fingers crossed, have declared the speech a forgery—without any proof.

General Chi began by referring to a national survey taken in China as to how the populace would respond to war. He was not speaking of a “normal” war when a few million die, but many millions die. More than 80% admitted that they would shoot women, children, and prisoners of war. He told the elites that the good times “had come to an end.” He wondered if the people would support the Party if China’s global development necessitated “massive deaths” in enemy countries. The survey gave them the support they wanted although Communist tyrants don’t usually ask the people what they will support.

But this was different, very different.

China is hugely overpopulated and must do something. The keyword is must. They are convinced they have no choice but to involve the whole world in their “global development.” They believe their backs are against the wall and they must push out across the world. After all, they have that right since, according to Chi, they did not originate in Africa (as most modern evolutionists teach) but they arose “independently in the land of China” and have roots going back “millions of years.”

They will expand to other lands whatever the cost in lives—Chinese and others.

Chi reminded them that they were at the peak of civilization during the Tang Dynasty that thrived from 618 to 907 A.D. because of their “natural superiority.” He told them their “natural superiority” would be at its peak again.

He told them their ancestors left them with “the two most essential heritages, which are atheism and great unity,” so based on that foundation they are ready to claim their heritage and conquer the world. The Chinese must look to other nations because the “pressing issue facing us is living space.” He told them that most wars in history were fought because of the need for space.

The General then did an unusual thing: he spoke of how bad things were in China! That seldom happens without a one-way trip to the local re-education camp or a trip to the bang-bang wall. He admitted, “Our resources are in very short supply. The environment is severely polluted, especially that of soil, water, and air. Not only our ability to sustain and develop our race, but even its survival is gravely threatened.…Anybody who has been to Western countries knows that their living space is much better than ours. They have forests alongside the highways, while we hardly have any trees by our streets. Their sky is often blue with white clouds, while our sky is covered with a layer of dark haze. Their tap water is clean enough for drinking, while even our ground water is so polluted that it can’t be drunk without filtering. They have few people in the streets, and two or three people can occupy a small residential building; in contrast our streets are always crawling with people, and several people have to share one room.”

Translation: We gotta do something, fast.

He confessed, “We are now relying on imports to sustain our nation” so Chinese leaders “must lead the Chinese people outside of China.” Snatching some land from Taiwan or some other nation would not be enough but he lifted his eyes and saw Australia, Canada, and America. Those are places where the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) can colonize thereby removing millions from their swarming cities. He asserted, “United States, Canada and Australia have the vast land to serve our need for mass colonization.” He went on to say, the Chinese were “entitled” to the foreign lands.

Chi made it very clear that China does not want to destroy America, only colonize it with millions of their people. So, we don’t have to worry about bombs, only bugs. He admitted, “Only by using special means to ‘clean up’ America will we be able to lead the Chinese people there. Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many people will we be able to reserve America for ourselves.” Over half of American citizens must be left alive to serve the advanced Chinese that will live in the former America.

The general was overcome with a dark foreboding: “Biological weapons are unprecedented in their ruthlessness, but if the Americans do not die then the Chinese have to die. If the Chinese people are strapped to the present land, a total societal collapse is bound to take place. …This yellow land has reached the limit of its capacity. One day, who knows how soon it will come, the great collapse will occur any time and more than half of the population will have to go.”

General Chi characterized the Chinese as “revolutionary humanitarians” who did not wish millions of Americans to die but if there is a choice, it should be Americans, not Chinese. He closed saying, “Marxism pointed out that violence is the midwife for the birth of the new society. Therefore war is the midwife for the birth of China’s century.”

And war it is, although biological war. In Wuhan, the birthplace of the coronavirus is located the largest Level 4 Biohazard Lab in Asia. Did the virus escape as has happened before? Was it released by Chinese agents? Was it accidentally released?

Whatever, the virus is loose on the world and is lashing the face of more than 140 nations at this moment and unlike bombs, bullets, and battalions, the coronavirus has no return address that exposes its origination in China.

Keep in mind that the speech may be bogus; however, with China’s history of genocide for centuries and the hatred by China’s leaders as represented by the CCP, the speech could be false at the same time they are actually planning to implement its general proposals!

China does have a biological lab in Wuhan but it is difficult to focus on a snowflake during a blizzard.
