Minneapolis – Don Boys https://donboys.cstnews.com Common Sense for Today Sun, 05 Mar 2023 04:46:50 +0000 en-US hourly 1 https://wordpress.org/?v=4.6.29 Former Officer Derek Chauvin Will Get a Fair Trial Then to the Hanging Tree! https://donboys.cstnews.com/former-officer-derek-chauvin-will-get-a-fair-trial-then-to-the-hanging-tree https://donboys.cstnews.com/former-officer-derek-chauvin-will-get-a-fair-trial-then-to-the-hanging-tree#respond Sun, 04 Apr 2021 20:41:41 +0000 http://donboys.cstnews.com/?p=2821 It is not usually wise to prejudge a trial, but I’m convinced Derek Chauvin is like the suspect who asked Judge Roy Bean, “are you going to give me a fair trial?” The Judge, also a saloon keeper and known as “The Only Law West of the Pecos,” said, “Yeah, we’ll give you a fair trial, then we’re gonna hang you.” The judicial system in Minneapolis is almost equivalent to Judge Bean’s justice. I’m convinced the judicial system in Minneapolis is determined to go through the formalities of a fair trial then on to the hanging tree for Chauvin.

Like most people who first viewed the arrest and death of Floyd, I quickly responded in horror at the apparent mistreatment by the police. I wrote at the time, “Americans have been awakened, agitated, angered, and appalled at the killing of Floyd, and that includes me. I’m appalled that everyone has been so quick to make a judgment without knowing all the facts. Yes, it looks bad, very bad, but I want to know the whole story. No one has suggested that everyone involved could be wrong! Floyd, the four cops, even the bystanders who were too intimidated to physically confront the police.

“I’m appalled that innocent, legal protesting of whites and blacks became an excuse to burn, loot, and destroy over 300 stores, thereby destroying the jobs of innocent people. It is obvious that it is not a skin problem but a sin problem.”

Following Floyd’s death, radical lowlifes used protesting to excuse looting, hooliganism, rioting, burning, and killing while officials did nothing to facilitate their imprisonment for decades.

However, today a white man is being lynched in Minneapolis for doing his job as he was trained to do it. He is being lynched because he is white, and everyone seems to think whiteness equals evil, slavery, oppression, duplicity, anger, bigotry, etc. So, even if Chauvin didn’t actually kill Floyd, he deserves to die seems to be the consensus of the radical rabble.

He is being lynched because he was a police officer, and it is commonly believed that white cops go to work every day looking for a black man to shoot. It doesn’t seem to matter to officials and the public that it seems almost always the black “victim” is a felon, a drug addict, committing a crime, or resisting arrest.

Between 1997 and 2007, police in Texas arrested Floyd a total of nine times; he got five years in the slammer for home invasion and putting a gun in the abdomen of a pregnant woman in front of her child. He took money and jewelry to purchase drugs.

After Floyd’s death, police found 274 pills inside his car, along with 18 grams of cocaine and 3 grams of rock cocaine. Furthermore, Floyd admitted to snorting Oxycodone daily and had been addicted for 5 years.

When Floyd died, he had 3 times the fentanyl that would kill a healthy man, and the chief medical officer Andrew Baker announced, “The autopsy revealed no physical evidence suggesting that Mr. Floyd died of asphyxiation.”

Then why is there a trial if there was no crime? Floyd is dead because he resisted arrest after gulping illegal drugs. Chauvin lost his job, family (his beauty queen wife divorced him days after his arrest and changed her name), and reputation—all for working while white (WWW).

But what about “I can’t breathe”? It was not the knee on his neck that killed him but the illegal drugs. One of the primary symptoms of fentanyl overdoses—is “slowed or stopped breathing,” leading to unconsciousness and death. Floyd complained about not breathing before the officer kneed him, as the video clearly shows.

We are told that the defense is trying to blame the victim, but there are other victims. The store where Floyd attempted to pass a counterfeit $20 bill is a victim. The police who were trying to enforce the law and have now lost everything are victims. The families of the police officers are innocent victims. The many business owners who had their businesses looted and burned to the ground are victims. The innocent taxpayers of Minneapolis who have to pay for the arrest, trial, and possible incarceration are victims. The taxpayers, who will have to pay for the repair of destroyed streets, buildings, etc., are victims. The innocent citizens of the city are victims because they lost protection after the far left disrupted, destabilized, and defunded the police; therefore, victims could not get immediate help following 6,776 calls to 911 for rape, murder, and violent crimes.

The alleged victim is dead because he refused for 20 minutes to obey the police and because his body was full of illegal drugs. Floyd did not deserve any mistreatment, but he killed himself. And his family just received a payoff of $27 million from taxpayers of Minneapolis because police officers did what they had to do to keep law and order. Additionally, the family gets $15 million from a GoFundMe page that stupid and gullible people funded.

That’s not a bad payment for a serial felon who also had four televised funerals, a gold coffin, a procession with white horses pulling a white carriage, and his photo enhanced with a halo and angel wings. The usual high-profile suspects at the funeral included Al Green, Shelia Jackson Lee, Joe Biden (video), Al Sharpton, and other so-called civil rights leaders.

I’m appalled that civil rights leaders take advantage of every shooting, fair or unfair, of a black person. Such losers as Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and Louis Farrakhan have built financial empires on the backs of poor, gullible blacks. And the media and others sit down with such leaders and treat them as successful celebrities when I think they are only a notch under the mafia.

Of course, none of Floyd’s offenses deserved the death penalty. Nor does his death make him a hero. And for sure, not a saint.

I’m appalled at seeing police officials, even a couple of chiefs, FBI agents, U.S. military, and politicians abasing themselves in support of the protesters. They were not grieving but groveling to BLM hooligans. And it’s appalling to hear them reject and ridicule All Lives Matter in favor of Black Lives Matter.

Al Sharpton preached the Houston funeral wearing black rubber gloves, a white robe representing “purity and virtuousness” with three black chevrons on the sleeves representing doctorial accomplishment. Al might know how to spell virtue, but he doesn’t know the meaning from personal experience. He married in 1980, separated in 2004, and had a longtime relationship with a much younger woman whom he married about a year ago. And the three black stripes are the closest Al will ever get to an earned doctorate since he never finished college.

He calls himself a Baptist but for sure, not the kind of Baptists with whom I run.

After comparing George Floyd to Jesus at Floyd’s funeral, Reverend William Lawson said, “The next thing we need to do is clean out the White House.” Sounds like a political rally, not a funeral.

On a business wall along one street was a massive likeness of Floyd with large white wings and an impressive halo. Both inaccurate and blasphemous. Even if all the excessive accolades about Floyd were true, he did not qualify as an angel; besides, dead people, even godly people, don’t become angels.

Additionally, angels don’t have wings. Nor do the dead have halos.

Near the likeness of Floyd were the words “Big Floyd.” Interestingly, Floyd was a porn star known by that name, but it is sacrilegious to mention that truth. Another large photo of Floyd had him wearing a white hat with a scale of justice on the front and “I can’t breathe” on the side. Of course, there was a large halo over his head.

The raised Communist-Black Power clenched fist was common during the funerals.

It is nauseating how Floyd’s family, friends, and fools in the media have presented him to the public. He was not a good man, as his former “partner” and mother of his six-year-old daughter said. Roxie Washington was Floyd’s “former partner” who bore his six-year-old daughter, Gianna. At a press conference, when Gianna was asked how her dad’s death has affected her said, “I miss him.” The mother and former live-in girlfriend said, “He was good, and this (pointing to his daughter) is proof he was good.” No, an illegitimate child is not “good.” She is a sweet little girl who is totally innocent and too young to know she is being used by everyone.

Quincy Mason, Floyd’s 21-year-old son (I don’t understand that), last saw his father when he was five years old, yet the race-baiters like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and attorney Ben Crumb appear to be using Quincy as a prop. In a Minneapolis news conference, Ben clearly was telling Quincy what to say. Quincy had not seen his father since he was 5 years old and didn’t know Floyd or recognize his televised photo when he died.

News reports revealed that Floyd has a 22-year-old daughter “from a previous relationship.”

Courtney Ross (married mother of two) is the girlfriend of Floyd living in Minneapolis. She said they “had been together for three years before his death.” On CNN, she described him as an “angel on earth.”

None of the many news reports reveal anything about marriages, just many “relationships,” “partners,” “girlfriend,” etc., so Floyd was a serial fornicator, child producer, serial felon, and drug addict. It is considered unwise, unfair, even unchristian to speak ill of the dead, but it is distortion, dishonest, and devious to do a complete makeover of a very wicked person. This has been expertly crafted to fit the far-left agenda to produce money and motive for revolution.

Mayor of Minneapolis Frey said Floyd was killed because he is black. No, he was killed because he resisted arrest and had filled his body with illegal drugs.

We have been told the color of your skin determines how you are treated in America—one law for Whites, another for Blacks. Floyd was every black; Chauvin was every cop. The Minneapolis trial is putting America on trial. If he is found not guilty, there will be massive disruption, destruction, and deaths—all planned by BLM, Antifa, and other anti-American forces.

Revolution is coming.

Van Jones told CNN if Chauvin isn’t convicted, “it will be perceived as open season telling cops they can literally get away with murder in broad daylight.” He added, “The system is on trial here,” but a system is not on trial. The far left is making the trial, like everything else, a matter of race. If they don’t get their way, that is a reason for the lowlifes to loot, burn, destroy, and even kill.

Cicero warned “that we do not recklessly and presumptuously assume something to be true.” Most Americas, always giving the benefit of a doubt to the underdog, want to believe the Floyd narrative pitched by those in line to gain from his trial. But in doing so, we believe a lie. It seems the truth does not matter anymore.

The left could have chosen a better candidate than Floyd to be their cause célèbre but it is working—an innocent, although possibly aggressive police officer is being sacrificed to the gods of leftist extremism.

If perchance Chauvin is found not guilty, there will be massive riots since the left takes advantage of every crisis, and many innocent people will die—including jurors. If he is found guilty, many innocent people will die since the leftist mob will be empowered to further push the leftist agenda.

Roman Catholic priest Thomas Aquinas wrote, “He who is not angry when there is just cause for anger is immoral. Why? Because anger looks to the good of justice. And if you can live amid injustice without anger, you are immoral as well as unjust.”

As the world watches, a police officer is about to be lynched (east of the Pecos) for trying to apprehend a resisting felon, and all decent people should be angry.

Everyone Should be Agitated, Angry, and Appalled Over the Treatment of George Floyd! https://donboys.cstnews.com/everyone-should-be-agitated-angry-and-appalled-over-the-treatment-of-george-floyd https://donboys.cstnews.com/everyone-should-be-agitated-angry-and-appalled-over-the-treatment-of-george-floyd#respond Thu, 11 Jun 2020 17:13:41 +0000 http://donboys.cstnews.com/?p=2580 America is in trouble. Some say we are at the start of the Second Civil War. Leftist America-haters, always quick to use any reason to denigrate America, took advantage of a scandalous, shocking, and shameful crime in Minneapolis to protest, i.e., destroy, burn, loot. As of today, downtown Seattle has been taken over by arrogant Black Lives Matter (BLM) revolutionaries who have demanded the mayor resign.

No, not a farce, no, not a South American nation but in the USA! And leading politicians and media people still think it is about racial injustice.

For the record, I’m for the fair and equal treatment of everyone. All corrupt cops should be held accountable and jailed if guilty of illegal activities. I believe strongly in the right to protest. I have protested as a citizen and as a member of the Indiana House of Representatives against officials (mostly Republican colleagues) because of misuse of power against Christian schools.

I must first establish my bona fides for me to speak to this issue. As a Christian, I believe no one should be mistreated, and I must treat everyone the way I want to be treated. The most evidence to be used against me was when I went into the rundown store in Wayne County, West Virginia, owned by “Uncle Charlie,” the only black man in the county. As a nine-year-old innocent, I stood at the candy counter and pointed to the chocolate covered candy drops saying to Charlie, “I’d like to buy five of those nigger-toes.” That was what I always heard them called.

That was the time when Booker T. Washington became my hero after I read his Up From Slavery. I was as innocent as the driven snow.

There, I have admitted it for the first time, but I never used the offensive term in derision or hate so you do not have a race card to play. My grown children never heard me use that term. Their black friends at the Christian school I ran were always welcome in our home. It didn’t matter, and it never occurred to me that we were doing something unusual in having black guests. They were simply friends.

I would be delighted to have Ben Carson, Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Clarence Thomas, or Lloyd Marcus as a neighbor. Not being privileged to have as a neighbor one of the aforementioned blacks, I do have a black neighbor. One Sunday morning, I drove down our driveway, and at the street, I saw water spewing into the air near the water meter. I also saw two neighbors, one white and the other black, digging at the spot where water was shooting out. They had noticed and started to work on repairing it for me. They knew I was totally incompetent about things like that and knew we were ready to leave for church. When we got home, the repair had been made.

It didn’t matter to me what color my neighbors were, where they went to church, whether they were liberal or conservative, Democrat or Republican.

My wife and I don’t just talk about helping blacks, but we have given thousands of dollars to black friends who have specialized ministries in America and the West Indies, to support blacks in African nations of Zambia, Liberia, and others. We helped blacks in devastated Haiti and in providing water wells in African villages.

I wonder how many white liberals, who often pull out the race card, also pull out their checkbook to actually help blacks. Their lack of support would not surprise me because leftists are the biggest hypocrites, gasbags, and phonies alive.

So, I have a lifetime of not caring about race when it comes to friends, neighbors, or co-workers. But, the main reason I can’t be a racist is that I have a minority daughter-in-law and two sweet interracial grandkids.

There, I’ve just ripped up your race card; however, the racists will try to put it back together. I will be castigated by my critics as being a racist. However, I might be wrong; I might be ignorant; I might be unkind or thoughtless; but I am not a racist. You have no race card to play.

Now, to speak to the issue of low-lifes using protesting as an excuse for hooliganism and rioting.

Americans have been awakened, agitated, angered, and appalled at the killing of Floyd, and that includes me.

I’m appalled that innocent, legal protesting by whites and blacks became an excuse to burn, loot, and destroy over 300 stores, thereby destroying the jobs of innocent people. It is obvious that it is not a skin problem but a sin problem.

I’m further appalled that the same thing has happened in scores of other cities when low-lifes used the tragic death of Floyd as an excuse to steal from others—often Blacks. Floyd was sent to prison five times for possession of drugs, armed robbery, and possession of cocaine. He was released from prison in 2014 and left for Minneapolis to work with a Christian group. At his arrest, he was high on illegal drugs, dropped a bag of drugs, used a fake $20 bill, resisted arrest, and died as a result. Not the actions of a “hero” or an “example.” Of course, none of his offenses deserved the death penalty. Nor does his death make him a hero.

I’m appalled that far-left opportunists have made a hero and martyr out of Floyd even portraying him with wings and a halo. First of all, people who go to heaven go there only by trusting in the death and resurrection of Christ, not by good works, turning over a new leaf, baptism, or joining a church. Humans don’t become angels, but additionally, angels don’t have wings or have a halo.

Pastor P.T. Ngwolo, of Resurrection Houston Church, who held services at the projects, said, “I have hope because just like Abel is a Christ figure, I see my brother [Floyd] as a Christ figure as well.” Ngwolo may speak the truth at times, but he spoke blasphemy then.

I’m appalled that Blacks have been kicked in the teeth, often by other Blacks, for centuries. If black lives matter, what about the millions of innocent black babies aborted? What about the many black youths who drop out of high school and get involved in drugs? What about 70% of black babies born without a father.

I’m appalled that a professor said looting was not really a crime but is an “expression of power,” and mistreatment of Blacks justified the looting and burning. And very few criticized the jerk who said it.

I’m appalled at seeing police officials, even a couple of chiefs, FBI agents, U.S. military, and politicians abasing themselves in support of the protesters. They are not grieving but groveling to BLM hooligans. And it’s appalling to hear them reject and ridicule All Lives Matter. It was appalling to see the mayor of Minneapolis grovel, kneel, and sob for a full minute at a Floyd memorial service, but the mob was dissatisfied with his humiliating gesture and ridiculed him. The mayor is so uninformed not to know that such bullies are never satisfied.

I’m appalled that Minneapolis and other city officials are so stupid (sorry, but no better word) as to close down their police departments to be replaced with social workers. Don’t these officials know that black neighborhoods make seven times more distress calls for help than do white neighborhoods?

I’m appalled that irresponsible civil rights leaders still use Travon Martin, Eric Garner, Michael Brown, and Freddie Gray, as black heroes. However, all had not learned a simple lesson: don’t resist a man with a gun. Yet, their family and friends always portrayed them as being loving, always there, unselfish, having a great future, etc. All of them were dumb as a post and were not good examples for others to follow.

I’m appalled any principled person would propagate the “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot!” scenario since it did not happen and was the catalyst for BLM fanatics. Leftists continue to assert that Michael Brown was gunned down by a white cop as Brown held up his hands to surrender. No, Brown was reaching for the cop’s gun, so he was not only a thug but a stupid thug. BLM came out of that incident, all based on a lie. Yet, dishonest people still call BLM a civil rights group.

BLM are cop-killers who chanted “Pigs in a blanket, fry ‘em like bacon!” at the Minnesota State Fair. Following the death of Eric Garner, BLM protesters chanted, “What do we want? Dead cops. When do we want them? Now!”

As I see it, Black Lives Matter is a domestic terrorist group.

I’m appalled that alleged Evangelicals like Christianity Today refused to tell the truth about Floyd but did a distorted puff piece headed, “George Floyd Left a Gospel Legacy in Houston.” No, he left a life of crime in Houston. CT characterized Floyd as “a person of peace who…opened up ministry opportunities in the Third Ward housing projects.” Without mentioning his very long rap sheet, the magazine said, “But in Houston’s Third Ward, they know Floyd for how he lived for decades—a mentor to a generation of young men and a ‘person of peace’ ushering ministries into the area.” He would be remembered as “a mentor to a generation of young men and a ‘person of peace.’”

With no similarity to reality, the piece declared, “The people who knew him personally will remember him as a positive light. Guys from the streets look to him like, ‘Man, if he can change his life, I can change mine.’” But Floyd had a multi-year history of criminal activity that had put him in prison five times. He may have been a temporary example for a while after his last release from prison but he reverted to his life of crime and is no example for anyone.

I’m appalled that civil rights leaders take advantage of every shooting, fair or unfair, of a black person. Such losers as Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan have built financial empires on the backs of poor blacks, and the media and others sit down with them and treat them as successful celebrities. In reality, such men are only a step above the New York and Chicago Mafioso who sold protection to mom and pop businesses in the first half of the 20th century. If a businessman didn’t want “protection” his leg was broken. If he refused a second time, both legs were broken. If resistance continued, his store exploded.

See, he should have bought the protection. That is the business civil rights leaders are in. They are selling protection but wearing $1000 suits and $400 shoes.

Black leader Booker T. Washington wrote, “There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs—partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays.”

It does pay and very well. And I’m still appalled.

All Rioting is Repulsive and a Run-up to Revolution! https://donboys.cstnews.com/all-rioting-is-repulsive-and-a-run-up-to-revolution https://donboys.cstnews.com/all-rioting-is-repulsive-and-a-run-up-to-revolution#respond Mon, 01 Jun 2020 21:04:09 +0000 http://donboys.cstnews.com/?p=2575 Martin Luther King, Jr. was wrong when he declared, “A riot is the language of the unheard.” No, a riot is the language of the unhinged, the unlawful, the uncouth, the uneducated, and the uncivilized. It is always an attack upon the culture, the community, the commandants, and civilization. It is a throwback to when “men did that which was right in his own eyes.” Riots are a message of hopelessness and an admission that thousands of years of advancement have failed, and all hope is gone, so we have given up and are regressing into a New Dark Age.

Just preceding King’s statement above, he said, “Certain conditions continue to exist in our society, which must be condemned as vigorously as we condemn riots.” Oh, all right, but I haven’t noticed that happening. He seemed to be saying, “Hey, folks, honest people will look at the whole picture and be consistent in their analyses and condemnation.”

Liberal officials and civil rights leaders seldom are honest but constantly look for an opportunity to blame Whitey. They do their best to place blame rather than encourage minority communities to make tough decisions to rectify their problems. It is easier to blame others than begin the difficult journey back to strong families and communities.

Leftist politicians don’t want the minorities to solve their problems since they want to keep them dependent upon the government. It keeps generations voting for the obnoxious, the opportunists, and the oppressors.

As a result of the Minneapolis shooting, 140 American cities have had violence, the White House is dark as 50 Secret Service agents have been injured and the President of the USA is sitting in an underground bunker.

People have been killed because a black man died after resisting arrest. Assuming that George Floyd was totally innocent and the police officers were wrong, that is no reason for sane people to riot. It is time to use this incident to see that it doesn’t happen again. If there is guilt, then handle it as decent people should in the judicial system and if necessary, by peaceful protest.

Decent people don’t jump to conclusions. Decent people don’t want to see the guilty go free or innocent people suffer. Decent people don’t want to hurt anyone or destroy anything. Decent people will not use the death of a man to unfairly advance a left or right agenda.

Mostly black opportunists have taken control and are using a very bad incident in Minneapolis to their own advantage. Fires were set, stores were looted, and a police station was burned as cops fled the building. Rioting has spread to Louisville, Charlotte, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and other cities. Some have been killed.

Question: Would it not be wiser, fairer, and more reasonable if the police had shot the first looter in Minneapolis? That would be tragic, but after all, he or she was a thief and knew the risk of thievery. The message would be clear: burn and loot, and cops will shoot. That knowledge would tend to quell the most ardent fanatic in the Black Lives Matter rebellion.

It is obvious that the reason the bad guys take control is because of the weak-kneed, pussy-footing, cowardly, jelly-spine mayors, and governors.

Michael Moore, who thinks his purpose in life is to annoy people, added his two cents (overpriced), “Good citizens burning down the evil police precinct in Minneapolis after all police were out and safe. All police should go home.” Good citizens! That is astounding, but then Moore descended into what appears to be a marijuana-spawned dream of an old revolutionary decades ago.

He continued to display his dementia by declaring, “Police headquarters must be demolished by the city tomorrow as a show of contrition to black America. Rebuild Police Department with decent kind people, aka ppl of color.” Moore seems to be crazy as a loon. He desires to appear to be so pro-black, so progressive, that “decent kind people” is synonymous with people of color. Is he so stupid that he doesn’t know that there are good and bad people of every race?

Rap superstar Cardi B (he, she, it, they, etc.) says Minneapolis protesters had “no choice” but to loot. It is incredible that no one has held Cardi’s feet to the fire for making such a statement. The rioters did have a choice. They could have stood peacefully with their signs. They could have written letters to the media. They could elect leftwing progressive Democrats to all political offices. No, I believe they have already done that.

And how has that played out in the five biggest cities in America—all run by progressive Democrats and all experiencing protests and looting?

Tennis has-been Martina Navratilova opined, “Time to riot everywhere,” so the riots are spreading “everywhere.” One black jerk wearing a mask even said, “It’s real bogus, they gotta hit it right, otherwise this is what’s gonna happen, ain’t nothing left here so when we start coming to the suburbs, when we come to the government center, then what y’all gonna do?”

Well, if the mayors in these cities do what historically most mayors did when their city was under siege, such protesters would get a load of buckshot in their rear-ends.

If Blacks want to really protect innocent blacks and promote their leftist agenda, they could really do more than burn down black neighborhoods. They could start by pulling up their pants; staying in high school; then getting a job and learning how life works; getting married and staying married, producing three or four kids; training those children by helping them learn to read good books, even the Bible; taking them to a good church served by a pastor who has a high opinion of the Bible; getting involved in leftist politics and helping elect more people like Biden, Hillary, Pelosi, thereby producing a socialist nation where everything is “free”—except the people.

But that won’t happen. It is too slow and takes too much discipline. So, they will continue to riot.

Would I be accused of advancing my agenda if I ask if normal people have noticed that there are never any riots, fights, trash, beer cans, or cigarette butts on the grounds when conservatives have a right to life rally? Or pro-family, anti-LGBTQ rally? Or home school rally? Or pro-gun rally?

It seems too many minorities have a chip on the shoulder attitude and are continually looking for an excuse to protest, but others turn that into burn, loot, and kill.

Local authorities had better take control now; or thugs, tyrants, and totalitarians will be the catalyst of a revolution that will destroy America, where even the sincere protesters would not want to live.

All according to plan!
