Philosopher Peter Singer of Princeton University has no problem with necrophilia which is sickos who have sex with the dead–as long as consent was given when the person was alive! The Princeton professor suggests that the not-yet-dead person must give his or her permission before the event. But then, even a Princeton professor would have difficulty getting permission after death.

News flash: a funeral worker admitted to having sex with more than a hundred dead women!

But, it gets worse, if that is possible, because Singer says that sex with animals is acceptable! In a disgusting essay, Singer says sex across the species barrier is not an “offence to our status and dignity as human beings.” Devastating news for Singer: his saying it does not make it true.

The shocking news out of Germany is that many Germans have opted for a lifestyle of bestiality! In fact, bestial brothels are big business. Moreover, some “zoos” are not in fact zoos but places where one can go to “pet” llamas, goats, horses, etc. Sex with animals is not illegal in Germany (since 1969); however, it is illegal if a pervert whispers in the ear of his animal friend that dedicated Muslims are a threat to the nation or that the holocaust did not happen!

Dailymail.co.uk states that “bestiality brothels are spreading through Germany faster than ever thanks to a law that makes animal porn illegal but sex with animals legal.” Animal porn is a no-no but performing animal perversion is yes-yes!

Of course, the perverts came out from under the rocks and out of the closets to oppose any law that would infringe on their “rights.” One such pervert said, “Mere concepts of morality have no business being law.” He does not know that laws are based on concepts of morality! It is illegal to have animal porn but it is legal to sexually assault an animal! My, my but those Germans are great lawmakers.

It’s also very interesting that “A 2002 study found that 96 percent of juveniles who had sexual conduct with animals also admitted to sex offenses against humans.” Any justification of animal sex is greasing the skids to sex attacks on humans.

The Daily Mail reported a case where a Southwest German farmer noticed that his sheep were beginning to shy away from humans, contrary to what had been their usual behavior. The farmer installed a television camera in his barn and discovered that multiple men paid a call on his sheep and raped them during the night. No surprise that the sheep became sheepish or human-shy. It seems the sheep had higher standards than those of the perverts.

A local deviate defensively declared, “The law states that doing so is perfectly legal, so long as the animal involved does not suffer any harm.” But how is “harm” defined?

One such pervert said of his female ass, I don’t have to buy her clothes. I don’t have to buy her shoes.” Sure, that’s enough reason to commit a sin against nature and join one of the most despicable groups in the world.

Dogs are the number one choice followed by horses, donkeys, sheep, camels, and chickens. Yes, really!

Only God knows what diseases may mutate and infect the human race since all sin has its consequences. Last week fifteen teenagers were treated for rabies after they reportedly sexually assaulted an infected donkey in Sidi Kamel, Morocco, according to local media reports. Yes, sin has consequences.

A documentary entitled Asses of the Caribbean chronicled the activities in which pubescent boys were having sex with donkeys in Columbia. It is thought by the thoughtless that such activity will increase the size of the penis and enhance their relations after marriage. Some even continue to visit their donkey friends after marriage. Many women, under those circumstances, would do a “Lorena Bobbit” on the pervert and no donkey would have to be concerned with him again.

Brazil is known for sunshine and beautiful women but a study of men with penile cancer revealed that 45% of the men had sex with animals! LiveScience reported that men who have sex with animals are twice as likely to get penile cancer as those who don’t and had higher incidences of sexually transmitted diseases. The subjects reported a variety of frequencies for their sex acts, “ranging from monthly to daily.”

Animal sex is legal in Hungary and they are one of the largest producers of animal sex videos. They have many animal brothels in that nation. They went out of their way to legalize animal sex in 1971.

South Africa has its problems with animal sex as revealed when a woman was arrested for having sex with two dogs! And a man was shot for resisting arrest for having sex with his pig. While animal sex is illegal in South Africa, officials believe there are thousands of unreported cases of animal sex each year.

The Danes in Denmark are big into animal sex and are known for animal sex tourism with 24% of the people not wanting stricter laws. The Independent newspaper reported that there has been “a rise in the underground animal sex tourism in Denmark.” The cost in Danish bestiality brothels depends on the animal chosen, ranging from $85 to $170! Perversion ain’t cheap.

The Swedes also have a problem with animal sex and they love to rave about being the “perfect society.” Sure.

Mexico is notorious for animal sex especially the Donkey Show in “Boys’ Town” on the U.S. border. Young men from the U.S. and Mexico can watch Mexican señoritas have sex with a donkey.

Even the U.S. has states where animal sex is legal! Washington State finally made animal sex illegal after a 45-year-old Boeing aerospace engineer died from being anally sodomized by a stallion! All caught on camera!

U.S. states where animal sex is legal are Nevada, Texas, West Virginia, Wyoming, and Washington, D.C.

God warned about this perversion in Lev. 18:23 where He said, “Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.”

He warned again of animal sex in Deut. 27:21: “Cursed be he that lieth with any manner of beast. And all the people shall say, Amen.”

God revealed His displeasure with animal sex when He added the death penalty for animal sex in Ex. 22:19: “Whosoever lieth with a beast shall surely be put to death.”

But then, homosexuality and adultery are forbidden in Scripture but that hasn’t stopped American lawmakers from giving such sins the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval.

Such perverts are traveling in the fast lane and may someday realize that they were traveling in the wrong lane–that has a dead end.

The word “boycott” came from an 1873 incident in Ireland when retired British army captain Charles Boycott became agent for a large estate in Ireland. It was bad timing because the farmers were being gouged with low wages and high taxes. They had formed the Land League to seek relief from their financial burdens but received no help from the new agent. Boycott refused to lower land rents causing the residents and farmers to refuse to speak to him, provide him laundry service, sell him supplies, or work his fields. Even his mail carrier threatened him. The ploy spread across Ireland and newspapers referred to the tactic by his last name: boycott.

A boycott is usually considered threatening to a business so can any Christian legitimately participate in such action that results in that kind of pressure? One must first prove to himself whether a boycott amounts to force and if it is to be allowed. Most people realize that if they don’t go to work tomorrow, they will be fired or at least not be paid. That is a mild form of force; however, it is legitimate. It is not wrong for your employer to tell you that you will be fired if you do it again.

In a commercial exchange, the buyer is almost always in control. He decides whether he will purchase the item or service and how much he is willing to pay for it. That is coercion or pressure.

Not only are Christians to prod people to do right, we are to pressure them when they do wrong. The Bible commands us to “shun” some (II Tim. 2:16); and to “turn away” from others (II Tim. 3:5); then “mark them . . . avoid” those who are not doctrinally correct (Rom. 16:17); furthermore, we are to “receive them not into your house neither bid them Godspeed…who do not hold to the doctrine of Christ (II John 10). We are even told to not be involved with and to separate from Christians who walk in disobedience (II Thes. 3:6). At times, we are to “come out from among” compromisers and evil doers (II Cor. 6:17). That would require all who are members of an unbiblical church or denomination to leave that group. That means leaving family and friends and joining a fellowship that teaches truth. That is coercion and it means STOP’s boycott activities are scriptural.
Furthermore, no lucid individual says it is wrong for a person to be selective in the spending of his own money. If he does not like the business owner, does not like the service, or the excessive charges, etc., he can choose to spend his money elsewhere. So, why is that perfectly legitimate if done by one person but wrong if multiple people do the same thing?

Christians are commanded to be salt and light in this world. The function of salt is largely negative since it prevents decay while the function of light is positive. Light always, without exception, drives away the darkness. Christians are failing this generation by not being the preserving salt and the prevailing light. Consequently, Americans are asking, “Where am I going in this hand basket?” I think we know America’s destination.

If Christians are silent, where will the pressure to do right come from? Some tell us that boycotts are ineffective and when they fail, it only makes us look foolish. Well, I’d rather be perceived as a fool and a failure rather than a follower of the wrong side of this cultural war. Christians have a responsibility to live their daily lives so that those around them will know they do not support evil causes. We are at war and except for the final outcome, no one is guaranteed to be on the winning side of every battle. One thing for sure, I don’t want to be on the sinning side! Wars must be fought even if they are not won; moreover, there have been some very successful boycotts by pro-family groups.

It is declared that we cannot know the position of every business firm so it is impossible to be consistent. That is true but it is a senseless argument. If I am uninformed about a firm’s position on homosexuality, abortion, etc., then it must not be a big problem and a boycott is unnecessary; however when we know a firm is pro-homosexual then we must react.

As a Christian, everything I have belongs to God. I am a steward of all I possess and will one day give an account to God of how I used His resources. If the cultural wars are won by the permissive crowd it will change America forever. It will mean the killing of more innocent babies. It will mean general acceptance of immoral behavior that will destroy lives, damage our healthcare system, and deny Christians the right to express their faith in the market place. I refuse to leave such a society to my grandchildren without taking a stand–even if I fail.

We live in a society that refuses to recognize right from wrong, but with the ancillary that we have an obligation to choose the right and oppose the wrong. However, opponents tell us that right and wrong cannot be established but are arbitrary. To those people the Bible is not a guide for human behavior. After all, it condemns the lifestyles of most people; so shallow people think by not believing the Bible, they are free from its condemnation. The message from the media and many weaklings in the clergy is that God is dead, morality is irrelevant, and perversion is in everyone’s future. So, why fight it? I choose to fight.
We who are committed to STOP will do our best to encourage pro-family firms by telling our friends about them and spending our money at their businesses. At the same time we will boycott anti-family (usually pro-homosexual) firms and tell our friends about it. That is the Christian thing to do.
So, no Coke and Girl Scout cookies, and I hope you will do the same. Anyway, that kind of stuff might send you to Heaven quicker than your scheduled departure!

In the past 25 years I have been shocked by the looseness among Christian youth. They are very free with their hands in handling the opposite sex. They seem to hug everyone including the mailman. Their speech is suggestive and offensive, but then they are only repeating what they see and hear on television, movies, and recordings. Most of their pastors and parents are silent.

I decided very early in my ministry that I would never be alone with a woman, kiss, touch, or hug a woman who was not a member of my family. So I am not a hugger of females–or trees. Admittedly, my position may be a little extreme; however, I took the command of the Apostle Paul literally when he said in I Cor. 7:1: “It is good for a man not to touch a woman.” Yes, he was speaking of people getting married during the distressing political circumstances that would come to Christians in the Roman Empire; however, I took it literally as a young man and I would do the same thing again! One thing is sure, if you don’t hug them, you won’t sleep with them.

The Orthodox Jews teach that youth should not touch each other until marriage. I think the Jews can teach modern Christians something. Of course, inappropriate touching is always preceded by evil thinking. Evil thinking is often prompted by what is seen. We should follow the example of the psalmist who wrote in Psalms 101:3, “I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes.” (Could that apply to television shows, movies, and computers?)

II Tim. 2:22 warns us to “Flee youthful lusts.” Lust must be disassociated from attraction since attraction is a normal and God-given response to beauty. However, lustful men objectify the female until they assume “ownership” and do whatever they want with her, at least mentally. Many men assume the right to conquer her and touch, even take her body. To blame his vileness on the woman as many attempt to do, no matter how she is dressed, is stupid, silly, and strange. Blaming the woman is unreasonable, unfair, and unscriptural.

In Matthew 5, Christ revealed a new thought for mankind: if a man lusts in his heart, the sin of adultery has been committed. However, He does not place the blame on the woman but goes on to tell a man to (hyperbolically) pluck out his eye if it causes him an offense, meaning if he is caused to stumble. While that does not give permission for a woman to dress like a harlot (after all, if you dress like one, you cannot complain if some think you to be as you dress), it clearly removes the woman as justification for the man’s sin. Consequently, flee youthful lusts and be careful what you look at. Job 31:1suggests what men should do: “I made a covenant with mine eyes; why then should I think upon a maid?” With that thought is the understanding that if you don’t see the maid, you won’t be tempted to lie with the maid.

The extension of this thought is obvious: we must be careful what we see. Christians or even lost people who care about morality should not read salacious literature. Students should refuse to read books filled with obscenity and immorality that is presented as normal and acceptable. Porn on the Internet should be repulsed, modern movies filled with vulgarity and nudity should be refused, and most television shows should be rejected.

One of the most surprising, shocking, and stunning things to me is the caviler way modern Christians react to the culture: books, movies, television, recordings, etc. A deacon friend defended his watching filthy movies on cable television. He said that the nudity and vulgarity didn’t bother him. I did not believe him, nor do I believe Christians can watch Internet porn, modern movies, and television without being corrupted. As the first and second century Christian leaders preached about the theater of their day, “You watch adultery and learn how to commit it.” To say that filthy talk and immoral plots do not affect you is to gainsay the very philosophy of education.

The human mind has a capacity to slowly accept, approve, and act out what is observed. Of course, at first you are appalled at evil but you get over it. You no longer feel uncomfortable when you see a nude scene or a couple climbing into bed or same-sex immorality. Moreover, after hearing the dirty, four-letter words for a while, they nestle in your mine and come rather easily to your lips. In your innocent days, you would have been horrified but now, it is acceptable. After all, everyone you know has adjusted. First you find the vileness appalling then acceptable, then approving. Then comes anger when someone confronts you for that sin.

Recently we were with some folks when something traumatic happened that momentarily shocked all of us and a lady responded with a loud expletive. It seemed so natural. For a second after we realized that we were not in any danger, she embarrassingly said she was sorry for her vulgarity. I said that it was probably because of watching movies and raunchy television shows. Her reply was interesting and telling: “Well, that happens when you are around people who talk that way.” But my response is, “Why would they be around people who express themselves by cursing?” I thought about sending her a bar of soap. That worked in my generation.

It is not good for a man to touch a woman and I don’t want to be insensitive to where I think I have a right to handle the opposite (or the same!) sex. I’d rather be too narrow than too broad.

Politicians, professors, preachers, pundits, perverts, and ordinary people packed the committee room at the Indiana State Capital in October of 1978. The occasion was the introduction of my bill to make sodomy illegal again in Indiana, as it had been for a hundred years. In fact, I used the same language that was the original law before radicals repealed it a couple years before I was elected to the Indiana House of Representatives.

After I made my case for the bill, quoting classic studies from highly reputable experts that supported my position that homosexuals are not “born that way,” do recruit, do molest far more than heterosexuals do, and are very dangerous people, the chairman asked for comments. Two preachers came to my defense then the opposition from Indiana University, the media, and academia came down hard on me and my bill. You might think that I was suggesting cameras in every bedroom and stringing up homosexuals from the maple trees on the capital lawn. Or, as Thomas Jefferson suggested, that they be castrated! No, I only suggested 12 years in prison as had been the law for many years.

A professor spoke in defense of sodomy enumerating some famous homosexuals in history. All he proved was that some famous people in history were sexual deviates! No one disputes that. Some famous people in history were drunks, child molesters, thieves, wife beaters, and killers. I could not restrain myself and laughed in his face and into the cameras when the professor declared that King David and Jonathan “were lovers,” (something I had never heard before that time). Sorry, but it was so outrageous, it was funny. He then did it again when he said that God did not destroy Sodom because of sodomy but (are you ready for this?) it was because the Sodomites were not hospitable to their visitors! I still have his handout making his position.

Perverts (perfectly good word) made the pitch that they were not looking for special rights. They only wanted to be left alone. They wanted to move to a nice suburban home with a picket fence, park matching Volvos in the driveway, and live happily ever after. “Just leave us alone.” I suggested that they wanted far more than that. I said, “You want the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval upon your wicked lifestyle, but you’ll not get it as long as Bible believing Christians are around.” (The Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval guarantees the reliability of products advertised in their magazine and has done so since 1909.)

I may have been wrong because it seems the constant assault by the media, the brainwashing by the public schools, and the failure on the part of churches to teach biblical truth have won the day for perverse living. No longer are the sodomites the bad guys corrupting society but those who warn against them are perceived as “haters” and “bigots.” I tell the truth about sodomy and am called a hater and those who twist the truth like a pretzel are perceived as noble, kind, and liberal. Homosexuals along with liberal politicians will lie, distort, connive, and conspire to make what any sane person knows is abnormal and unnatural into something that is legal, acceptable, even desirable! It is a strange, strange world!

Even many religious leaders tell us that the Bible is not clear and after all, few juries would send someone to jail for “loving another way.” However, they don’t understand that it is a matter of truth; moreover, with anti-sodomy laws, there would be prosecution for restroom recruiting, cruising, etc.

If Wisconsin had had an anti-sodomy law, the police could have saved many lives from being snuffed out by sodomite Jeffrey Dahmer who molested and killed at least 17 boys, then had sex with them, then ate some of them. One night, one of them escaped and ran into the street naked, drugged, and bleeding from his rectum. Jeff went after him and noticed that his lover had been stopped by the cops. Jeff told them his “19-year old lover” (who was really 14-years-old) and him had had a spat and the kid was returned to Jeff (who was characterized by a Roman Catholic nun as a “boy with a good heart”). Within hours, the boy was dead, his body partly eaten by the “boy with a good heart”! Seven skulls, a heart, several severed hands and penises were found in his apartment! If Wisconsin had had an anti-sodomy law, they could have arrested Dahmer.

My bill did not pass because of wimpish Republicans who joined with Democrats to kill it in committee. They also killed common sense.

The Federal Government is considering the outcome of the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Bill that would penalize decent Christians and protect pedophiles and would make this column illegal and expose me to a prison term. So be it.

Bring back anti-sodomy laws in each state. At least it might keep some of them deep inside the closet if they aren’t in prison and that’s better than nothing.

News accounts reported that she is a “sex surrogate” who treats men who have difficulty with sex, mainly virgin men or those having trouble with premature ejaculation. She is paid $300.00 for each two-hour session. Not sure about tips or if credit cards are accepted, or if she gives green stamps. Her husband has no complaints with her “work.” I’m not sure if it is because he likes the extra income or is missing a backbone.

This committed sex worker works out of her home even though her husband is present. Not sure whether he handles the paperwork or controls the timer or what. He met her when he was a client needing help with erectile dysfunction. I don’t know much about this issue, but I should think that there are little pills that will take care of that rather inexpensively although the side effects could include dandruff, sweaty hands, bad breath, loss of hair, splitting nails, wrinkled skin, weight gain, and a heart attack or two. But then using the pills would mean a big savings plus not facing the judgment of God for sexual immorality. It would be interesting to know if she or her “patients” have ever taken “something” home they didn’t plan on!

I also learned that there is a “professional” group that certifies sex surrogates. It is called the International Professional Surrogates Association. Their president said that about “half of the organization’s clients are middle-aged virgins.” She declared that these “people are socially handicapped,” and they “need encouragement in a safe, gentle environment.” Sure. She should have said that they simply wanted sex but saying that might be too crass, crude, condemning, and even cruel, although correct.

I suppose using a “certified” sex surrogate makes the activity appear moral and acceptable instead of abhorrent and abominable. Without proper certification some people might think that it is a form of prostitution. Certification of sex surrogates, like certification in other fields such as education, medicine, religion, law, etc., will guarantee safety, quality, and sincerity, at a reasonable price. We’ve all noticed class, competency and cost efficiency in those fields, haven’t we?

The organization got started with the help of sex experts Masters and Johnson in the 1970 (how does one become a “sex expert”?) and had about 300 certified members. However, it was rather controversial (really!) and when the AIDS plague slapped the world in the face, the membership dropped to about 40 today. The AIDS epidemic of the ’80s “reduced the career’s appeal.” I can’t imagine why!

In recent years, men have become very interested in being certified as sex surrogates. Now that really surprises me: men want sex and are willing to be paid for it! Shouldn’t have any complaints about overtime. About 40% of sex surrogates are men who are willing to give a woman two hours of their time, talk, touch, tenderness–and sex for $300. We are told that women really benefit from on-hands sex treatment! Wow, if that really became popular, it could close down the Street Walkers of America.

Elisabeth Lloys is a professor at Indiana University, the home of Alfred Kinsey who was a certified but depraved child sex molester who masqueraded as a sex expert. She reviewed 32 different studies and discovered that a third of women “never have an orgasm” during intercourse. Her answer: male sexual surrogates to the rescue! My, my, such dedication and commitment to American womanhood! Aren’t men so thoughtful and giving!

Now, the modern “proper” response to all this is a yawn, a smile, and a sickly, “Well, you know, whatever works,” or “different strokes for different folks,” and even religious leaders (who can’t even lead in silent prayer) acquiesce with a strange silence. After all, we must not be judgmental or discriminatory against sexually deficient people. If we are critical, we might even be self-righteous and be using criticism as a cover for personal sins that are just as reprehensible.

The Old Testament prophet Jeremiah wrote about people like this who could not blush over their abominable sins. In Jer. 6:15 he wrote, “Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush.” Sure, we have always had people who did vile things but they never boasted about it–until recent years. Now, villainous people cannot blush and try to make their critics feel uncomfortable, unfair, and unreasonable. Not this dude!

This sexually active grandmother lives in California which, of course, is no surprise since that is the land of fruits, flakes, and nuts–lots of them.

Adultery seems to be too much pain for so little gain! I wonder if General Patraeus thinks his roll in the hay was worth the destruction of his reputation, career, and maybe his marriage.

God has not rescinded the Old Testament law forbidding adultery. In fact, it was strengthened when Christ commanded, “But I say unto you, that whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart” (Matthew 5:28). He further said, “But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery” (Matthew 5:32).”

Apart from the Bible command, there are social reasons to prohibit adultery. One reason is because of paternity of children. If a wife is a cheat, how can a husband be sure that a child born to her is truly his? He should not be financially responsible for another man’s child. He also wants his estate to go to his own not another man’s child. Few sane people would disagree that sexual immorality has driven society to the cusp of the abyss, and it is in the best interest of everyone to have decent, caring, unselfish, and vow-keeping marriages.

Adultery is so serious, it is the only cause God permits as an excuse for breaking up of a marriage. It should be much more difficult to obtain a divorce, thereby forcing couples to solve their problems rather than breaking up a small civilization (the home) because of “irreconcilable differences” or “She’s a bad cook,” or “He keeps me awake with his snoring.”

I think it is astounding that any man would go to bed with a female not his own wife. When a man seeks sex from another woman, he often gets far more than he expected–such as syphilis and gonorrhea or even AIDS.

It is time for each state to reinstate adultery as a crime! Those who glibly say, “You can’t legislate morality” are “know nothings” since every law legislates someone’s morality. And yes, such a law would not be possible to enforce, but it would be a crime for anyone to have unmarried sex. That fact alone would keep some people from crossing the line into law-breaking.

With such a law it would make it easy to prohibit or prosecute those who would promote immorality especially to children, such as the Planned Parenthood pamphlet that was given to school children: “Sex is fun, and joyful…and it comes in all types and styles, all of which are OK. Do what gives pleasure and enjoy what gives pleasure and ask for what gives pleasure. Don’t rob yourself of joy by focusing on old-fashioned ideas about what’s ‘normal’ or ‘nice.’ Just communicate and enjoy.” States should make such jerks criminals for corrupting children and promoting sexual immorality.

Adultery is already an offense in the U.S. military but it is not forbidden by the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). Adultery is usually prosecuted, if at all, under the General Article that “prohibits conduct which is of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces, or conduct which is prejudicial to good order and discipline.” Prosecution usually depends on the circumstances such as rank, publicity, background, and other considerations.

When General David Patraeus, although retired, admitted to adultery with his female biographer it brought discredit upon the military and himself. The knowledge by the world that he broke his vows to his wife of 35 years produced a loss of confidence in his military and intelligence capabilities. He destroyed his life, his career, and maybe his marriage because of adultery. Maybe a strict prohibition against adultery would have helped the general keep his zipper up. Loss of rank, retirement and brig time might also help with that.

The consequences to society from adultery are great enough to add adultery as a crime in each state and use it as a tool against married people who break their marriage vows, unmarried people who live like barnyard animals, and politicians who expose themselves to blackmail by illicit sex.

The status of morality in America is shameful, shameless, and sad and it reinforces Madison’s statement in the “Federalist Papers”: “If men were angels, no government would be necessary.” We are not angels so some laws are necessary. And to critics who tell us that it is no one’s business what consenting adults do, we say, “Nonsense.” We already have laws restricting what consenting adults can do: drug use, watching child porn, conspiracy to commit crimes, bestiality, sadomasochism, suicide pacts, sodomy (in some states), etc.

Civilized nations have always accepted the Ten Commandments as part of their criminal code and if it should be illegal to steal and kill, why not restore adultery as a crime?

According to Plutarch, Demosthenes declared, “We keep mistresses for our pleasures, concubines for constant attendance, and wives to bear us legitimate children and to be our faithful housekeepers. Yet, because of the wrong done to the husband only, the Athenian lawgiver Solon allowed any man to kill an adulterer whom he had taken in the act.”

Killing a wife’s lover may be a little extreme but it was legal in Texas until 1974 to kill your wife and her lover if caught in the act of adultery. Many Texas and other state juries would still be reluctant to send a man to jail for “defending his honor” by killing his wife’s lover.

Whatever state governments do, adultery is still sin and making it a crime would label it as harmful to everyone.
