The hatred expressed for Trump and all America Firsters by the self-righteous and falsely tolerant people in the world is reminiscent of the worst brutality, barbarism, and bloodshed of history. The acceleration of Democrat-sponsored baby-killing, high taxes, offensive regulations on business owners and individual citizens, stratospheric inflation, public perversion and transgenderism, invasion of our borders, etc., will only accelerate if a Democrat is elected in 2024. The leftist loonies (the BLM and Antifa crowd) want a revolution where they are in control, the homes are decimated, the churches are powerless, and the poor are forever poor and always vote Democrat.

Former President Donald Trump offered himself as the antidote to the above when he announced as a candidate for President in 2024. Without any political experience, he was elected in 2016 and fulfilled many promises, unlike any other President. His America First agenda and his theme of Make America Great Again resonated with patriotic Americans.

I was slow to support him because he appeared to be rude, crude, and even lewd regarding women. He often caused problems with his arrogance and unwarranted, unnecessary, and unseemly attacks on people who disagreed with him. He seems to lack common sense and decency in dealing with critics while some close to him declare he is sensitive to others.

My first choice in 2016 was Cruz; however, that was not to be. America turned to Trump, who made bold promises and managed to keep most of them. Trump was not politically astute, which was clear by not permitting his rough edges to be smoothed. He was too boisterous, too braggadocio, and too bombastic. He refused to be corrected because he thought he was never wrong. He was very careless with his highest appointments, one of my concerns with his wisdom.

In 2017, Donald Trump came with promises of change, and it’s no wonder that his largest share of voters were evangelicals who hoped he would reverse all of Obama’s anti-family and abortion policies. Although Trump did a good job of reversing some bad abortion and other policies, he refused to deal with homosexual “marriage” and even promoted it globally!

If re-elected, it is expected that he would attempt to make sodomy great again. Don’t think ancient Sodom would think that wise. For sure, it would be disgusting, divisive, and disruptive—not what any thoughtful leader wants.

Trump appointed openly homosexual Richard Grenell to serve as the United States Ambassador to Germany from 2018 to 2020. He is a graduate of Evangel University (Assembly of God school in Springfield, Missouri) and Harvard. He lives with a “domestic partner.” He said, “I’m a better Christian for being gay.” His appointment was a slap in the face of every decent person and Christian in America.

I will forgive that major blunder if convinced Trump will “save America.” If another candidate is more promising, I will vote for him.

Trump is proud of his production of the COVID vaccines that have now been shot into the arms of about 6 billion people around the world. I think it will prove to be, if not already, the worst health decision of any American President.

However, he kept his word, especially in putting America first. I can live with him unless another candidate convinces me he or she will make America great again and put America first in every decision made.

There will be other Republican candidates for the presidency, and that could be healthy. Let each one make his or her pitch and criticize each other, permitting us to decide whom to trust to really make America great again.

Trump or any other Republican can win the presidency if he makes the following promises—

My fellow Americans:

America will adhere to a new foreign policy that will keep Americans safe and solve the problem of terrorism. We will return to our roots and follow the wise advice of our Founding Fathers. We will no longer get entangled in foreign alliances. We will no longer meddle in the affairs of other nations nor consider ourselves the policeman of the world. We will always consider first our national interests. We will not presume that we know what is best for other countries. What may be best for us may not be best for them.

We will no longer try to topple governments as we did in Ukraine in 2014 and set up democracies. Of course, we will always encourage liberty everywhere. We will not carpet-bomb cities filled with innocent civilians. We do not believe “total war” is morally right or militarily justified. However, be assured those culpable individuals who attack America will be punished as a deterrent to others.

On my first day in office, I will inform the Mexican Government that they have two weeks to stop the constant flow of illegal aliens crashing our border. If not, the U.S. has many options to help them change their minds and border policy. Furthermore, I will have the Mexican cartels declared as terrorist groups and if the Mexicans can’t or won’t immediately stop the deadly drugs flowing into our nation, I will have our elite troops handle the problem.

Moreover, I will authorize the use of troops on our southern border to secure that border and arrest, fingerprint, and photograph each illegal alien before he or she is deposited forthwith back in Mexico. Any second offenders will be imprisoned and put to work on a Texas or Arizona work or chain gang. Furthermore, any American firm that knowingly hires an illegal alien will be heavily fined. Following a second offense, their business license will be revoked.

Furthermore, I will authorize federal authorities to cooperate with state officials to apprehend all illegal aliens and remove them to the southern border when they can return home.

Also, I will shut the welfare window. No more foreign aid to any nation. We may decide in the future that it is in our best interest to help some nation, but it will be temporary and as unusual as snow in July.

There are 200,000 troops stationed in 177 countries throughout the world, and we will start bringing them home. They will be sent to foreign nations only in event of declared war or in the interests of the U.S. This is not isolationism, but it is an America First policy. Any other policy is insane. Japan, Germany, and the other nations where our troops are stationed must now protect themselves or depend on NATO and similar groups.

Americans don’t hate Muslims or anyone else since it is wrong and unproductive to hate; however, we will no longer plead with Muslims, at home and abroad, to love us. We will no longer express guilt and self-loathing. Federal officials will no longer try to prove that Americans are not racists. It is up to Muslims to prove they are not terrorists!

As to the Middle East, we don’t know what is best! Israel has been a long-time friend of the U.S. and I proved that by moving our embassy to Jerusalem. We will support their right to exist within secure borders and support their right to defend themselves against those who want to “drive them into the sea.” We will not support a Palestinian state carved out of Israel but would support a separate state if it is carved out of surrounding Muslim-dominated nations.

We have disagreements with both the Israelis and the Palestinians. They have both acted uncivilized, unreliable, and undemocratic. They must settle their own affairs, with or without the assistance of surrounding nations. I pray to the God of the Bible that they will solve their differences, but they will do so without U.S. dominance or interference.

As to our reliance on Middle East oil, I will on my first day authorize drilling in Alaska, the Gulf of Mexico, and off the coast of California. At that time, I will authorize the opening of the Keystone XL pipeline and its extension. I will also immediately expand the mining of our vast coal supplies.

We will try to be sensitive to the environment and its impact on the climate; however, I believe that people are more precious than plants or bugs or snakes or fish, or spotted owls. Our drilling equipment may cause a caribou here and there to abort her young, or a bear may singe its rear end on our pipeline, but we will live with those tragedies.

American oil will flow. Moreover, of course, we will still buy oil from South America and even Middle Eastern nations; however, we will not buy oil from states that support terrorists. They can pour their excess oil over their pancakes each morning for all we care. Or drink it! This government will no longer pretend that terrorist leaders, kings, dictators, etc., are gracious gentlemen, nor will American officials shake their hands while smiling like idiots.

We will encourage American entrepreneurs through tax incentives and other measures to pursue the development of alternative fuels.

Individual households and businesses can be assured that taxes will be cut, not raised, while we pay off our national debt by eliminating the Energy Department, Commerce Department, Education Department, and hundreds of unnecessary and overlapping commissions that harass and limit private enterprise. Government assistance will be ended or curtailed to only the neediest cases.

We have some difficult days ahead that will require an adjustment by all of us. Nevertheless, we see a bright future after a few years of sacrifice. This administration will keep you informed since you are the Boss. You fund our world travels and generous salaries as you do for all Federal employees.

If elected in 2024, I will take the job seriously; therefore, we promise that any further bills that come to the Oval Office from Congress must meet five criteria to qualify for passage: It must be constitutional. It must be necessary. We must be able to afford the proposed law. It must not expand government and limit individual liberty. The last criterion is that it must not undermine the family, decency, and general morality. If a bill does not pass those five criteria, it will not get the required signature.

No doubt there are knees jerking all across America (left ones, of course), and those people can cast their vote for new leadership and these policies in the next election. Until then, learn to live with it. When I am re-elected, I will do as I have promised. And may the God of the Bible bless America! Finally, during this Christmas season, when we honor the birth of Jesus Christ, who died to provide a way of salvation for sinners, I wish the best for you and your family. Good night to everyone.

Of course, like former Presidents Bush, Obama, and Biden, Trump does not have the convictions, courage, or character to make such a statement; however, he could probably win if he espouses most of it. So could any Republican—though none have the backbone to make the speech.

It seems all politicians need a spinal transplant, especially our next President!

Nothing would shock me.

However, I am weary of reading about Joe Biden’s decency and his faith. If Joe—longtime swamp critter—is so decent and true to his faith, why does he stand opposite to what his Roman Catholic Church teaches? He has supported the slaughter of innocent unborn babies all his political life and now even supports killing the kids up to the time of birth!

The church also stands against fornication and adultery, but that hasn’t changed Biden’s personal morality.

Joe is a major supporter of sodomy when his church stands against it. He stands for same-sex marriage, which is contrary to biblical teaching, standards of moral behavior, and common sense. He equates sodomy with love and romance when it has always been known as a crime against nature. It is an aberration and abomination and is appalling, yet Joe applauds it.

God warned all of us about calling good evil and evil good.

Moreover, Biden even supports children deciding whether they are male or female, although that can be decided by each doubtful person with a quick downward glance.

Joe stands with the male athletes who pretend to be female while they humiliate all females in various competitions. He asserted, “Let’s be clear: Transgender equality is the civil rights issue of our time…There is no room for compromise when it comes to basic human rights.” Recently he came out for transgenderism for children, even to permitting an 8-year-old to make the decision!

So, how can Biden be a Catholic when he stands against what the church stands for? What does a Catholic have to do to be kicked out of the church? But then Hitler and Mussolini died in the arms of that church. I hope Americans have higher standards for their President than church officials have for members. (To their credit, some Catholic leaders have declared that Biden should be refused communion, but he should be excommunicated since he does not support his church’s teaching.)

Joe is known for lying and cheating from his youth. He is known for touching and hugging girls and women. A decent person cannot watch some incriminating videos taken at White House events without cringing in disgust.

A Secret Service Agent declared, “We had to cancel the VP Christmas get together at the Vice President’s house because Biden would grope all of our wives and girlfriend’s a****.” The agents said Biden always swam in the nude when his wife was absent and female agents resented his nudity. “He would mess with every single woman or teen. It was horrible,” the agent said.

In 2009, Biden “cupped” the breast of a Secret Service Agent’s girlfriend, and other agents had to hold back the agent from assaulting him. While I believe in turning the other cheek, I would not do so under those circumstances. I would have decked the Vice President.

Yes, Virginia, there is a time for violence even for an active Christian. While I haven’t been violent since high school, I could get there quickly if anyone touches my wife, daughters, or grandchildren inappropriately.

Additionally, the agent claims that Biden would walk around the VP residence naked at night. “I mean, Stark naked… Weinstein level stuff,” he added. No Christian or decent pagan does things like that in the presence of other people.

And he may become your President!

The mainstream media refuses to deal with such base, brazen, and bizarre activities. At least seven women have charged him with unwanted touching, kissing, smelling their hair, etc. Nor has the accusation of sexual assault by Tara Reade been addressed. It was not mentioned in the debates and town halls.

Shocking, but it is even worse.

Joe often tells a romantic tale of meeting Jill on a blind date following the death of his wife and child in a car accident. But, it was just another one of Joe’s lies. You can’t trust Joe Biden when you ask him about today’s date. Lying seems to be in his blood, as does cheating.

Bill Stevenson and his wife Jill gave themselves to work for Joe’s first run for the U.S. Senate, plus Bill gave Joe “$10,900 in cash.” Jill especially gave herself to Joe and his campaign. She got sexually involved with Joe, according to Bill. Joe got elected, Bill had his home wrecked, and Jill married a U.S. Senator. Bill claims, “‘Biden Stole my Wife.’ Joe Biden and his wife Jill ‘had affair when she was still married’” was the headline of The Sun.

So, the home wrecker wants to fix America. What he wants is to turn America into a Socialist state to satisfy Bernie, AOC, and that Indian woman from the Peoples’ Republic of Massachusetts.

Jill admitted in her 2019 autobiography Where The Light Enters that Joe really pushed her for a date, and after repeated refusals, she accepted. That date went further than they planned, and they spent the next two nights together as well.

So, Jill admitted to adultery on their first date. It didn’t happen that way since it started with a work-place affair during Joe’s first senatorial race.

Biden’s running mate, what’s-her-name Harris, is no better.

Everyone in California except a few disoriented homeless street people know 29-year-old Harris slept her way to the top. Her former lover, 60-year-old Willie Brown (the very definition of slime ball), said, “Yes, I may have influenced her career by appointing her to two state commissions when I was [California] Assembly speaker. And I certainly helped with her first race for district attorney in San Francisco.”

However, the married Willie Brown sees nothing wrong in their fornication or in giving her positions that were not based on her ability but her willingness to fornicate. Harris was Brown’s escort at many social and political functions and even had her at his 60th birthday party where his wife was present.

Brown’s much-mistreated wife declared, “Listen, she may have him at the moment, but come inauguration day, and he’s up there on the platform being sworn in, I’ll be the b***h holding the Bible.”

One commission that Brown appointed her to paid her over $97,000 for a six-month stint, then another board paid $72,000 and met once a month. The work required little knowledge, skill, or commitment but gave her something to do when she wasn’t taking care of Willie, plus gave her a generous income. Harris is a shameless, brazen hypocrite.

More than that, she is an ingrate. After getting to the top with the help of Brown and no longer under him, she now said, “His career is over; I will be alive and kicking for the next 40 years. I do not owe him a thing.” Well, no, I suppose she has already paid him; they both got what they wanted.

Brown admits to helping other Democrats get elected or appointed to public office, but “The difference is that Harris is the only one who, after I helped her, sent word that I would be indicted if I ‘so much as jaywalked’ while she was D.A.,” Brown wrote. “That’s politics for ya.”

The Biden-Harris team declared, “There is no vaccine for racism.” I followed that with a column declaring neither is there a vaccine for lying and hypocrisy!

As to where Harris would take America, she is Hillary Clinton in blackface, according to a black pastor. She is worse than Hillary since she can always play the race card.

Will any reporter ask, “Mrs. Harris, how many different men have you slept with to gain personal or political advantage?” That question would be followed, if the intrepid reporter was still alive, by “Mr. Biden did you break up the home of Bill Stevenson because of an affair with his wife Jill, and how much money has accrued to you through the machinations of your son Hunter and his work with Ukrainians, Russians, and Chinese?”

Ah, yes, remember when real, honest, hard-hitting journalism was alive and well.

It seems America’s next President may be Dead Man Walking Biden and/or I Served Under Willie Brown Harris.

Adultery may not be a requirement to run for the Presidency, but it seems not to hurt, especially if accompanied with a generous dose of hypocrisy.

I have tried to be clear about my position in this race. I preferred Ted Cruz but Trump beat him “fair and square.” However, I would never choose to vote for Trump simply because he is now wearing the Republican label. I’m not sure what he will do as President; however, I know about Hillary and so do you. I ask the Never-Trumpers to reconsider their hostile anti-Trump position for the sake of the nation. Please hear me out.

You may be concerned of accusations that you have flip-flopped, you’re a waffler, or that you make decisions by putting your finger to the wind. Such is life. Live with it so you can live with your conscience.

It will be difficult after you have gone on record and told your family and friends why your conscience will not permit you to vote for Trump. Now, it is difficult to make a major change and go in another direction. (However, you could simply vote for Trump and no one would know that but you!) Tolstoy referred to the principle of changing one’s position when he wrote, “I know that most men…can seldom accept even the simplest and most obvious truth if it be such as would oblige them to admit the falsity of conclusions which they have delighted in explaining to colleagues, which they have proudly taught to others, and which they have woven, thread by thread, into the fabrics of their lives.”

But other men of principle have changed their positions under great odds.

Anthony Flew was known as the “most famous atheist in the world” and stated his change of position in There is a God: How the World’s Most Notorious Atheist Changed His Mind! Flew said that he followed the Socrates’ principle of going where the evidence leads. I wrote about Flew in The God Haters: “The late Dr. Antony Flew, the most influential atheistic philosopher of the twentieth century and the most famous atheist in the world (before his late-life conversion to theism), admitted, ‘It now seems to me that the findings of more than fifty years of DNA research have provided materials for a new and enormously powerful argument to design.’”

In 2006, Flew even signed a letter along with others requesting that intelligent design be taught in England’s public schools! This is not to say that Flew accepted Christ as Savior and joined a Bible-preaching church but he did make a major shift in his life resulting in his collogues and friends ridiculing and rejecting, but not responding to his position.

I wrote in Evolution: Fact, Fraud, or Faith? about Dr. Richard Lumsden, Professor of Parasitology and Cell Biology at Tulane University and former Dean of the Graduate school of Biological Sciences. He has published over 90 peer-reviewed papers.

After the professor was challenged by a graduate student for scientific reasons for evolution he said, “The culmination was finding myself before a saving altar on my knees, a stiff necked, broken inobedient [sinner] asking Jesus to come into my life and be my lord and personal savior.” Now a committed Christian and creationist, because of scientific evidence, Lumsden debates other scientists and testifies of his faith in the Christ of the Bible!

That took courage after spending his life going in the other direction.
During the First World War, Martin Niemöller was a successful German U-boat captain and also a staunch and patriotic nationalist. He welcomed Hitler coming to power in 1933; however, in 1937 he was imprisoned for criticizing Hitler’s religious policies. When the war ended, he admitted guilt over the holocaust and became a prominent pacifist. While his pacifism is not commendable, his willingness to change the whole direction of his life and even risk his life is commendable.

Niemöller was not quick to change positions and speak out against Hitler. In fact, he said, “First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.” Someday it will be too late to speak for the unborn, the innocent, the powerless, and the despised.

If anti-Trumpers stay home or do not vote for Trump, they will wake up Wednesday morning realizing they will help butcher millions of babies and pay for the “privilege.”

They will advance the LGBTQ crowd and practically have the rainbow flag flying over the White House.

Americans will be forced to live with Obamacare from now on. Do you want that in your future and can you afford it? Can you afford to pay for a huge increase in the minimum wage? Can you afford to pay for “free” college and do you really want to fund what many think are “ignorance factories”? I will vote for Trump simply because I can’t afford Hillary at the helm.

Hillary will force upon future generations two or three U.S. Supreme Court Judges that will make it impossible for churches to operate with a modicum of liberty; guarantee special restrooms everywhere even in all churches and Christian schools; and confiscate every gun in America. You can stop that.

The Never-Trumpers have not spent a lifetime but less than a year advocating against Trump so it is not like they have engraved their position in stone. It should not be a major decision to agree (for the good of America) to basically save America to provide us a few more years of relative freedom.

The philosopher Schopenhauer reportedly noted, “All Truth passes through three stages: First with ridicule, then with violent opposition, and finally acceptance as self-evident.” That has proved true in this election and Trump’s candidacy.

All principled people hold to truth wherever it leads them, no matter what it costs or how much it hurts. John Maynard Keynes, the most influential economist of the 20th century reportedly said, “When my information changes, I alter my conclusions. What do you do, sir?”

What will you do, sir and madam?

Their pastors should demand a private meeting with each, without lawyers or secret service agents present and say, “We have been flattered to have you and your spouse as members of our church; however, your Christian life has been called into question and must be dealt with. Many people may agree or disagree with your spending programs; your plans to deal with the immigration time bomb; your tax program; etc. Good people will disagree over those positions, but I am obligated to deal with you as your brother in Christ and as your pastor who must give an account for your souls. I cannot show you any favoritism because of your position as our future president.”

The pastor then should remind them that when they joined the church they knew that it was founded on the Bible, consequently, all members were expected to live according to Biblical precepts; however, both Clinton and Trump have failed to live an exemplary life and have demonstrated no responsiveness, remorse, or repentance.

Clinton’s Methodist pastor should say. “Mrs. Clinton, as your pastor, I only want the best for you and Bill. You will be our President in January and Bill will be the “First Gentleman,” but I am obligated to God and our church as well as to you to deal with you as an erring member. Hopefully, you will repent, make restitution where possible, and return to the Christian path.

“You have embarrassed our church by your fanatical pro homosexual advocacy. It may help you politically but by giving succor to that crowd that needs to know Christ in forgiveness of sins, you encourage them and are a “partaker of [their] evil deeds.” Your position also gives credence to their silly and wrong assertion that they “were born that way.” You must repent and apologize, then keep quiet on the subject. Now, you are to become our president but you don’t have authority to change millennia of Bible teaching that homosexuality is an evil that must be repented of to experience forgiveness and receive the grace of God.

“Hillary we love you but you are embarrassing our church when you indulge in boozing as we observed you guzzling a “boilermaker” with a beer chaser in an Indiana bar. Moreover, when you are in the White House, you must not have any alcohol in any private or formal dinner. If foreign dignitaries don’t like that, then you will have to tell them they can stay home–or drink the water. The Bible clearly teaches that it is wrong to provide alcohol to others. It must stop.

“Furthermore, your cursing fits are legendary especially the one where you threw your Bible at the head of a secret service agent and used the most vulgar curse word. That was one of the most disgraceful episodes in modern history. It requires a private confession and a public apology. Americans must understand that such actions are damaging and disgraceful, if not demented. Moreover, it is not seemly to curse, scream, and throw lamps at Bill. Obviously, you two should have attended our Christian Couples’ Conference last month. You would have found especially helpful the session, ‘Why a Christian Wife Should Never Throw Things at Her Husband!’ and Bill could have been helped by the session, ‘Bad Things Happen When a Man Doesn’t Control His Zipper!’

“Mrs. Clinton, God condemns lying as a horrible sin and you seem to have a graduate degree in lying. One of the Ten Commandments condemns and forbids lying. That is a command of God to the President of the U.S. as it is to the lowliest member of this church. Even if you are sorry for that sin, it must be confessed to our church so our youth and the general public will understand that Christians don’t talk that way, not even the President of the United States. You are not an exception.

“You were far from acting like a Christian when you empowered Bill in his role as sexual predator and even hurt, harassed, and harangued Bill’s victims. You added to their victimhood by your defense of him and intimidation of those innocent ladies.

“Finally, Hillary, you are one of the biggest promoters of baby killing in the world. How you can sleep at night is beyond my comprehension. You must stop any promotion of abortion and do what you can as President to stop the slaughter of the innocent ones. Your abortion position repudiates your membership in this church and frankly in the human race.

“Now, will you pray with me as you confess your litany of sins and leave this office a forgiven sinner walking the path that millions have walked before you? Hillary, where are you going?

“Well, at least she didn’t throw a lamp at me.”

Donald Trump says he is a Presbyterian although he said he attends the Marble Collegiate Church in Manhattan. He is seldom in any church as was true of Reagan. It should be mentioned that it is a sin to miss church without a good reason. In fact, churches in the seventh century brought church discipline to any member who was absent from church threes services in succession without cause!

Trump’s pastor should commend Trump for his success of late in business and politics then tell him that he must conform to Biblical teaching. “Donald, I am very glad to see you since I don’t see you in church very often. Seriously, Donald, you joined our membership and because of your high visibility, you represent us in everything you do; therefore, I must hold your feet to the fire as I do our lowliest members.

“First of all, you are a bad example for youth when you curse. Your use of hell, damn, and the like are totally unnecessary, uncivil, and unchristian.

“You also must repent of having a baby out of wedlock. It was wrong, a sin that must be repented of as an example to others. You are not above any other member of this church. Being President of the United States and leader of the free world is a temporary position but being a member of this church is spiritual in nature. You do not have a right to sleep around. You must repent and give evidence of that repentance. It will not be acceptable to say, ‘I made a mistake,’ or ‘If I have offended anyone, I’m sorry.’ No, you must admit that you broke your marriage vows, lusted after a woman, and then satisfied your lusts in an ungodly, wicked way.

Donald, you and Melania missed our Christian Couples’ Conference last month and it would have been a great help to your marriage, especially the session, “It is Good for a Man Not to Touch a Woman” based on I Corinthians 7:1.

“Donald, you are doing great damage to families with your casinos where people go to try to get something for nothing. That is not a Christian concept. Moreover, your hotels and resorts sell booze which is forbidden in Scripture. We are warned not to provide strong drink to others. So, you must sell your casinos and stop selling booze in your hotels or leave the membership of this church. Now, will you bow your head in genuine sorrow for your sin, confess that sin to God, and apologize to the church membership this Sunday night for your wicked, willful, and worldly behavior?

“Donald, where are you going?”

All right, that’s enough. I could go on and on and on. Everyone knows neither Trump nor Clinton will stand at the church altar sobbing uncontrollably, confessing sin, as did another head of state thousands of years ago when he cried, “Have mercy upon me , O God…blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin….Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.”

The two candidates’ pastors do not have the moral courage to call for their repentance, but what is shocking, even alarming is that Fundamentalist and Evangelical leaders are often silent about sin in their membership. Many pastors are critical of Clinton and Trump but permit erring members to continue in sinful living. Where are all the pro-family spokesmen and spokeswomen demanding repentance?

It is my opinion that many Evangelical churches are an appendage of the Republican Party, and their pastors are aging and graceless cheerleaders for the GOP. They are strong on preaching and soft on principle. Too many pastors are hypocrites who can’t even spell principle. Principal, yes; principle, no. Churches used to be the moral compass of America; but instead of a force to be reckoned with, they have become a farce to be ridiculed. Almost all churches fail in exercising church discipline.

Trump and Clinton’s pastor should develop a spine and tell each one, “Either get right or get out.”

Every U.S. President has the authority, after winning a national election, to appoint people of his choosing to various positions in his administration. That is only fair and proof of the adage, “to the victor go the spoils.” Obama has taken that principle and run with it far into left field. All his main appointees have been to the left of Harry Reed, yet no Democrat or media person (but then I repeat myself) has screamed about balance and fairness. No one has lectured Obama about “reaching out” to conservatives and Christians. But the lectures and interviews, and columns about “reaching out” to Democrats come fast and furious (oops) when a conservative gets elected.

Let’s say that Ted Cruz becomes President Cruz and did the same thing but only appointed conservatives and Christians–you know, normal, competent people. Maybe he could find a place for a couple of professors or graduates of Liberty University and Bob Jones University, Hillsdale, or from one of the smaller schools. I will get to what his administration might look like in a minute.

What does Obama’s list of progressive appointees look like?

Cass Sunstein is a far leftist who was appointed the Regulatory Czar who said, “We ought to ban hunting.” Rushing farther into left field he said, “Animals should be permitted to bring suit…” and he thinks government should regulate the airwaves. But Cass does not stand alone in left field.

John Holdren was appointed Science Czar and recommends compulsory abortion in event of an overpopulation crisis. He advocated government taking of newborn babies, and suggested adding a sterilant to the drinking water! Oh, yes, he wants the government to dictate the size of families! I believe that has been tried before.

Mark Lloyd as Chief Diversity Officer, FCC worked for far leftist George Soros. Lloyd has praised the late Venezuelan Communist dictator Hugo Chavez’s revolution as “incredible…democratic revolution.” He opines that there are too many white people in the media. He wants to “balance” the media by fining conservative radio stations up to $250 million and give the proceeds to National Public Radio. I suggest Mark spend his time, effort, and capital getting rid of all subsidized public communications. Left field is getting crowded.

Eric Holder as Attorney General chose not to prosecute black thugs who intimidated whites at a polling place. During his stint in office, he did what he could to promote Black extremists and denigrate white police officers. He always came to the defense of blacks who resisted police and condemned police officers who did their jobs and protected themselves.

Jeh Johnson, chief of DHS has Communist connections through his grandfather who testified before the House Un-American Activities Committee in 1949 to deny being a member of the Communist Party. Jeh compared the alleged discrimination Muslims are facing today to the 1940s and 1950s when Senator Joseph McCarthy and others charged that communists had infiltrated the U.S. government during the Cold War with the Soviet Union.

I hope Jeh doesn’t mind if I remind all my readers that Joe McCarthy was right! There were Communists in the Federal Government at the time. American Soviet spies were FDR’s closest aid, Harry Hopkins, another aid, Laughlin Currie, and top Treasury official Harry Dexter White, Alger Hiss, Ethel and Julius Rosenberg, (both executed for providing atom bomb secrets to Russia), David Greenglass, Harry Gold and other traitors.

Elena Kagan was nominated to the U.S. Supreme Court even though she had no judicial experience. As Dean of Harvard Law School her job was to raise money and make students comfortable. The Boston Globe wrote of her: “Some of her initial acts as dean were small-scale improvements, like offering free coffee in classroom buildings and free tampons in women’s bathrooms.” No, not sterling qualifications for a seat on the Supreme Court.

CBS News first reported that Elena Kagan would be the “first openly gay justice” which would please Obama’s liberal base. BAM! The network heard from the White House then CBS officials amended the report: “I have to correct my text here to say that Kagan is apparently still closeted–odd, because her female partner is rather well known in Harvard circles.” That was even worse and CBS finally pulled the report entirely! She is very comfortable in left field with or without her black robe.

Kevin Jennings was appointed Assistant Deputy Secretary at the Department of Education. Jennings founded the Gay Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) that is dedicated to making homosexuality acceptable to children as young as five years old! The news reported that Jennings told a boy who confessed to having sex with an older man that he should use a condom!

Susan Rice was appointed Ambassador to the United Nations and is known for her infamous appearance on five network shows explaining that the terrorist attack on Benghazi was really a reaction to a video critical of Mohammed. The crowd in left field is getting larger.

Samantha Power was appointed to the National Security Council and is outspokenly anti-Israel. She ridiculed the possibility of Iran having nuclear weapons! She also favored sending U.S. troops to Israel to force a Palestinian state on them. She is now Ambassador to the UN and married to Cass Sunstein.

Valerie Jarrett is Obama’s Assistant to the President for Public Engagement and Inter-governmental Affairs and is responsible for vetting all the extremists Obama has appointed! She recruited Van Jones as Green Czar knowing his longtime love affair with the Communist Party. That didn’t bother Valerie since her father “had extensive ties to Communist associations and individuals” according to FBI files. Her father-in-law “was also another big-time Chicago Communist.” All in the family.

David Axelrod, political advisor to Obama, has been a leftist all his life promoting socialism at every opportunity.

Admittedly, Obama had legal authority to appoint every leftist above and he was being consistent since he promised us that he was going to fundamentally change America. In that, he has kept his promise. Note that he has accomplished his goal without a peep from the mainstream media. No one pointed out that his appointees were far leftists, abortionists, Muslims, and Muslim sympathizers. No one suggested that he should have a few conservatives, even Christians (gasp), on his team. By Christians I don’t mean simply church members.

Now, transfer yourself into the next administration. Suppose, no let’s pray, that it is a very conservative President, maybe Ted Cruz with Mike Huckabee as Vice President. Moreover, his every appointee supports his basic positions! Do you think the media would remain silent? They would scream about reflecting the real America and he is supposed to be “president of all the people.” But he refuses to listen and appoints the following:

Surgeon General is Ben Carson; Secretary of Defense is Allen West; Attorney General is Trey Gowdy; White House Spokesman is Donald Trump; National Security Advisor is Marco Rubio, Secretary of Treasury is Rand Paul; Head of the Federal Reserve is Ron Paul; Secretary of Interior is Sarah Palin; Secretary of State is Mark Levin; Secretary of Homeland Security, David A. Clarke, Democrat Sheriff of Milwaukee; Secretary of Health and Human Services, Michele Bachmann; Secretary of Agriculture, Senator Rick Santorum; and maybe throw in a few of the conservatives from Bush’s administration.

You get the idea–a great idea! Such appointees would guarantee intelligent counsel, common sense, wisdom, and diversity. Ah, yes, the much demanded diversity. Let’s see, we have a Democrat; two Blacks; two women; a Jew; a Southern Baptist; two evangelical Catholics; at least two non-denominationalists; a lapsed Presbyterian, sometime Episcopalian (at least at Christmas and Easter); and now we need a Fundamentalist to really prove diversity.

I would suggest that he appoint me as Secretary of Education at $1.00 per year and I would dismantle that department in 30 days. Ditto the Department of Energy; ditto the Department of Commerce. I’ll look for more dittos!

According to modern mythology only white people can be racists and we must admit our racism in remorseful tones when discussing race. If we are not contrite enough to satisfy the self-appointed black leaders (who have Doctorates in Hypocrisy) then we will be hated, labeled, and drawn and quartered at sunset.

Black militants in the North, with help from liberal Whites formed the NAACP in 1909 to be a more militant, strident voice headed by W.E.B. Du Bois, a black radical Socialist who joined the Communist Party in 1961. Du Bois was probably the best educated Black in the past hundred years (first Black to earn a Ph.D. from Harvard) and a vocal critic of Booker T. Washington, a leading Black moderate–and my boyhood hero. Du Bois left America for Ghana in 1961 and died there on Aug. 27, 1963. I didn’t give a flip about his race or color. I disliked him intensely because he was a Red. But I’m not supposed to say that.

But how can I be a racist if I support Ben Carson for President? Moreover, how can George Washington Carver and Booker T. Washington be lifetime heroes of mine? How can I hate blacks when I supported Herman Cain for President and wish Walter Williams and Thomas Sowell were friends and neighbors? And how can I be a bigot when I have very close friends who are black? So, evidently, it is not racism but something else that determines whom I like, will vote for, and want as neighbors and friends. What I like is character– which is missing in most, yes, most people and most politicians.

I think Ben Carson would make an excellent President even though he is not politically sophisticated. But then, that might be in his favor. He is very intelligent so he knows he doesn’t have the knowledge and experience of seasoned politicians but he knows he can rent brains. Same with Trump, no one can be fully informed and experienced, but such people can be hired.

Most liberals are unaware that they are unaware and that’s dangerous. They usually have no knowledge that they have no knowledge. Carson is aware of his inabilities since he is an honest man. It is a good thing to be honest when honesty is popular but to be honest when it is out of fashion is magnificent. Honesty is often out of fashion in the political world.

Not too sure about Trump’s awareness. The very rich have a tendency to think that they can do anything and Trump may be that type. Since the wealthy make quick decisions, Trump may have a tendency to circumvent congress and issue executive orders willy-nilly. I don’t want that even if the orders are good ones. I’m concerned about precedent and am worried about my posterity.

I have been asked whom I support for President and since Ronald Reagan and Larry McDonald (a Democrat!) are dead, I must choose from what is available. My first choice is Ted Cruz. He is a Christian (Baptist), a Constitutionalist, and a Conservative. He has also shown commitment, courage, and character in his public and private life. I could get very excited about a Cruz-Carson ticket or a Carson-Cruz ticket. I will support Cruz if he manages to rise in the polls but as of today, I choose Carson.

Next on my list would be Mike Huckabee who probably has the same characteristics as Carson and Cruz and he is also a Baptist! Well, if I am a bigot then he should outrank Carson; however, Mike seems to be too quick to “let government do it.” I think government has done too much already. The federal government should coin money, protect us from our enemies, and maybe run the Interstate system. I don’t want a theocracy even if run by a Baptist but I do want a republic as envisioned by our founding fathers. Our republic has been totally perverted by politicians of both parties in the last hundred years, especially the last twenty-five years.

My choice may change as new revelations are made regarding other candidates but right now this “racist” has chosen a black man to be his President! Moreover, numerous other Fundamentalists and Evangelicals have made the same decision. I know I don’t hate Blacks and I assume other Christians don’t either.

We had a good example of racism when 93% of Blacks voted for Obama but it is not polite to say such things. In 2016, let all Americans think, pray, and work to put another black man in the oval office–absent a Cruz stampede. Carson will govern as a conservative and might give us a little more peace, financial stability, and harmony.

And he doesn’t golf, so that will save us a pile of money.

Trump has had big problems with his personal life. He has been married three times and fathered a child out of wedlock with the woman who became his second wife with the birth taking place two months after the wedding. He was married the third time to a Slovenian model in 2005. While that history does not seem as bad as Presidents Kennedy, Johnson, and Clinton’s filthy flings, it is part of his résumé and must be part of the equation. It would not be precedent-setting to have such a man in the Oval Office.

Tom Jefferson had an affair with an English woman when he was Ambassador to France and many historians believe one of his slaves was his mistress with whom he fathered many children. After looking at the evidence, I have reluctantly taken that position. President Woodrow Wilson had a fling while in Bermuda; Grover Cleveland admitted to fathering a child before his election; Warren G. Harding had an affair that produced an out of wedlock baby born a year before he was elected with the affair continuing in the White House. Franklin Roosevelt’s longtime affair in now commonly known although Dwight D. Eisenhower’s affair is relatively unknown. President Kennedy had numerous affairs including a steamy, squalid, and sordid affair with Marylyn Monroe; Lyndon Johnson boasted that he had more women than Kennedy indicating that he had the instincts of a Turkish sultan in Istanbul; Bill Clinton had numerous affairs including the scandalous affair with a young intern while in the White House. Compared to those dudes, Trump seems almost virtuous!

As a manager or business magnate, Trump has proved himself although he has had four business bankruptcies. But when looking at his record as well as his bank account, there is no doubt that he can get things done on time and with a good profit. Of course, I detest his gambling association at his properties.

Trump wants to build a fence on the Mexican-American border and use predator drones; and he wants Mexico to pay for the wall. He calls citizenship for illegal aliens “suicide,” and wants to limit legal immigration as well. This position has proved a winner for him.

I like his comment that “government should do public works and safety [police and fire] and little else.” I would add that it should coin money and provide a strong military defense.

He, like all sane people, believes that ObamaCare is a “catastrophe and must be repealed and replaced.” However, in 2000 he advocated universal health care.

He wants to defeat ISIS and stop Muslim terrorists even if it means “boots on the ground,” but the “boots on the ground” should all be filled with Muslim feet. He said that “American interests come first; no apologies.” He is against the Iran deal because it “gives Iran a lot and gets nothing for us.”

He believes that welfare programs should lead to work not more welfare; food stamps should be temporary. I think he would agree with me that this nation of gutsy pioneers has turned into a nation of grabbing parasites.

He is against gun control–even has a gun permit.

On issues concerning Christians, he is prolife although he came to that position based on “personal stories” not because it is the taking of the life of an unborn child. He, like most politicians, would permit abortion for rape, incest, and life of the mother.

He is opposed to “gay” marriage–even benefits for civil unions. He bashed Rosie O’Donnell on television so he can’t be all bad.

He is tough on crime demanding that judges be held accountable; he is not for shorter sentences. He says that capital punishment is not uncivilized but letting those criminals live is uncivilized.

He doesn’t smoke, drink, or chew or go with girls that do. He doesn’t even drink coffee. Nor does he use drugs and he fired a Miss America because of drugs.

He is for school choice; wants citizenship taught; opposes dumbing down of schools; and says Common Core is a disaster. He wants to cut back on the Department of Education; however, it should be disbanded along with the Department of Energy.

Recently Trump came out for strong families which is good; but we must remember that he has been married three times.

He is a strong supporter of Israel and believes there should be strong sanctions on Iran. He recently suggested a 35% import tax at the Mexican border and a 20% tax on all imported goods.

My take on Trump’s popularity is that people want a politician to tell the truth whatever the consequences, be confident, and not be concerned with being politically correct. I believe he generally tells the truth; however his confidence comes across as cockiness and he seems to be willing to change his mind. That’s good if he is convinced that his new position is the correct position but bad, if he is being politically expedient. His arrogance is appalling not appealing and his statement, “I’ll apologize when I’m wrong” is disgusting.

Of course, Trump may go up like a rocket and come down like a rock. He is not my first, second, third, or fourth choice. I hope and pray that one of the other strong, sincere, solid, and saved candidates will soar to the top but I would vote for Elmer Fudd before I would vote for Hillary, Jo, or Bernie.

So, Trump trumps Hillary, Jo, and Bernie and if Elmer gets involved, I still may have a difficult decision to make.

Johnson had removed his Secretary of War from his cabinet thereby violating the Tenure of Office Act that was later declared unconstitutional. He was charged with bringing into “disgrace, ridicule, hatred, contempt, and reproach the Congress of the United States.” The House voted overwhelmingly to impeach; however, the trial in the Senate was short one vote for conviction so he served his term as President.

Richard Nixon was accused of obstruction of justice and abuse of power and the House Judiciary Committee voted for his impeachment; however, he resigned his office and the full House did not consider the issue. Nixon’s sin was the cover-up of a bungled robbery of the Democrat National Committee offices by the Committee to Re-elect President Nixon. Of Nixon’s guilt of trying to obstruct justice and abuse of power there is no doubt and to keep from being drummed out of the Oval Office, he resigned, the first U.S. President to do so.

Bill Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives on two charges, one of perjury and one of obstruction of justice on December 19, 1998. Sixty-seven senators were required to find him guilty but only 50 voted for impeachment. The five Republicans who refused to impeach him on both counts were all located on the political spectrum far left of The New York Times.

A blind and deaf man with the IQ of his ring-size knew Clinton was guilty but not one Democrat voted for impeachment! Gutless Republican Senator Alan Specter voted “Not Proven” but William H. Rehnquist, Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court who was presiding, decreed that it was a “not guilty” vote.

Clinton went “scot-free” proving that a President can perjure himself and obstruct justice and not pay the price. Moreover, he is still loved and respected by the American public and has received up to $500,000 per speech since leaving office! Sometimes crime does pay–very well.

Our sitting President has done more mischievous and illegal acts than all the previous presidents put together; yet the weak, wobbly, worthless, witless Congress has refused to impeach him proving that they are as culpable as he.

Obama’s appointment of left-wing socialists and Communists are myriad, mysterious, and maddening to freedom-loving Americans. It seems there is a concerted effort to destroy this nation. Maybe the Manchurian Candidate wasn’t just a novel (1959) and subsequent movies.

It is astounding that Obama’s Attorney General was permitted to disregard American values and laws especially relating to gun running (Fast and Furious) without going to prison. His crime resulted in at least the death of one Federal Agent.

Moreover, the incredible, incendiary, and insane failure to seal the southern border is mind-boggling. Mothers with children are showing up demanding the right to invade our nation! Furthermore, hundreds of unaccompanied children are flooding the border as I write!

After thousands of Americans were killed in Iraq and many thousands maimed, we fled the nation and permitted the most vicious Muslim terrorists to take control of its major cities. At this moment, they are marching on Baghdad. It seems everything Obama touches turns to failure.

The scandal at the Veterans Administration where hundreds of vets were forced onto a waiting list to receive treatment is worthy of impeachment; however, he is given a pass since the VA was also a mess under other presidents.

Finally there is much speculation about his being impeached for his other high crimes and misdemeanors:

Many intelligent, honest people have serious doubts that Obama is even a U.S. citizen! He says he was born in Hawaii; however, there is evidence that he was born in Kenya. Why not remove all doubt and provide original documents to prove his birthplace? There is evidence that he traveled to Pakistan on a passport that reveals his true place of birth but he refuses to provide the documents.

He refuses to provide the information about his education at Columbia and Harvard. Is he concerned about his poor grades or would the documents reveal he was a student from a foreign nation? I don’t know but Obama could easily settle the issue by surrendering the documents. Moreover, Donald Trump has offered to give $5 million to Obama’s favorite charity if he reveals his school and passport records. What reason could Obama have for not doing so unless it is fear?

On September 11, 2012, an attack occurred at the U.S. compound in Benghazi resulting in the deaths of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. White House hacks immediately blamed the assault on a crude video that was critical of Mohammed and Islam. But now we know that it was an orchestrated attack by a Muslim terrorist group. Five days after the tragedy, White House spokeswoman, Susan Rice appeared on five major television shows to deflect the flak from angry Americans. She lied after Americans died. The White House and Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State knew from the beginning that it was not a simple demonstration that went awry but a concerted terrorist attack upon Americans and American property.

President Obama has repeatedly refused to answer whether the four dead Americans were denied help. Of course they were, but the White House and the State Department have sought to cover their behinds instead of confessing palpable guilt and their massive cover-up. Anyone with character would have resigned their leadership positions but Obama and Clinton refused to do so.

But it gets worser and worser.

Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl walked away from camp in Afghanistan and went searching for the enemy without his gun! He is a deserter and, from the evidence, he colluded with the enemy. To equate him with brave soldiers who risk their lives every day is beyond the pale. He went after the Taliban and found them. After five years in “captivity” Bergdahl was exchanged for five top Taliban terrorists imprisoned in Gitmo. Reports reveal at that least six fellow soldiers were killed seeking to free him.

Obama was required by federal law to get permission from the Congress at least 30 days before releasing any Gitmo prisoners. He refused to obey that law. Someone needs to remind him that he is the President not the Emperor. He may rule but he doesn’t reign and he will rue the day when those freed terrorists kill more Americans.

Do the members of Congress know how to spell impeachment? Get to it. Or maybe this November’s elections will bring in better spellers.

I have never done this before, but this column is written with an “I told you so” attitude. All honest, informed people will now admit that Obama’s becoming President was the greatest mistake ever made in American history! Therefore, those Christians who voted for him should confess their sin and repent.

His anti-American, socialist/Marxist, racist, antibusiness actions are far more egregious than the litany of complaints that early American colonists made against the tyrant King George III. It is incredible that those early colonists rallied to revolution against King George while many present-day Americans still think Obama is simply a liberal Democrat. It is time to repent of the sin of gullibility and stupidity although I’m not sure one can be forgiven for stupidity. That will probably continue even after personal conversion.

I wrote the following in 2008 and reiterate it today.

Face it; if another candidate as inexperienced as Obama suggested that he was considering a run for the U.S. Presidency, he would be laughed off the stage. Why is Obama the exception? Why are not Americans rolling in hilarious laughter at his presumption? It is not because he is a Democrat or radical liberal or part of the corrupt Chicago political machine. It is because he is black; however, color (or race or religion) is not a qualification or disqualification for any office.

The thought that such an “empty suit” could even become a U.S. Senator is itself appalling and atrocious but a tribute to the effectiveness of the corrupt political system in Chicago. But for him to think he is qualified to take the gargantuan step to the Oval Office is arrogant, asinine, and audacious. Have Americans lost their minds to think this phony savior can actually fill the shoes of former Presidents like Ronald Reagan or Harry Truman?

It seems that Obama’s ambition has overrun his ability. He was in the U.S. Senate 143 days up to the time he started making noises like a national candidate. He has accomplished almost nothing except to get the reputation of being the most liberal senator in the nation! That alone should disqualify him for any office!

During the nine years that he was a “civil rights lawyer” he never handled a trial but “worked in teams of lawyers who drew up briefs and contracts” according to Obama: From Promise to Power.” While editor of the Harvard Review, he never published one article. That never happens!

As a state senator, he voted “present” 130 times! He didn’t seem to understand that he was not elected to sit in the senate but to represent his district by voting. As a U.S. Senator, he has missed more than 20% of the votes! What would happen if you missed that much work?

Obama is an impressive failure, but still a failure, and to present himself as presidential timber, is colossal egotism. He is like a 10-year-old Little League player who wants to play with the big leagues; however, he doesn’t qualify. Someone should say to Obama, “Young man, come back to see us in 10 or 12 years.” Obama needs to grow up. After he has actually done something, then the voters can look at him seriously, but today it is embarrassing that more than his family and a few close friends would even consider voting for him.

If American voters have seizures of stupidity and elect him President, he will drive this nation over the cliff at 100 miles per hour. [They did and he did!]

His wife has told us “He is going to demand that you…move out of your comfort zones…and that you engage. Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual….” Someone needs to remind her that he is not running as a king or dictator or Messiah. He will not rule, or reign but he will ruin the U.S. if he is elected. Moreover, he will not demand that I do anything and I will “engage” if I choose to engage. Furthermore, he will not tell me how to live my life.

Obama is like the rooster who struts out each morning thinking the sun had risen just to hear him crow! But a big problem is he can’t crow unless he is reading a script written by a hired hack. When he wanders away from the teleprompter, he does a great imitation of Elmer Fudd.

President of the United States of America? Surely this is a bad dream but if it becomes reality, it will become our worst nightmare.

I wrote the above in 2008 and am amazed how prescient it was; however, it was far too tame. Obama has made it clear that he is impatient with the constrictive presidency and prefers to dictate or rule. He disregards our constitution and form of government. He denigrates our country and her citizens around the world. He is trying hard to destroy America’s working middleclass. He hates free enterprise, independence, and our Christian foundation. On national television he referred to “My Muslim faith” until he was “corrected” by the host. He was born a Muslim to Muslim parents, trained in Muslim schools, and has climbed into bed with radical Muslims in total disregard of mainstream America. Is it an overstatement to suggest that Muslims are now in control of this once-great nation?

Obama, if elected again, will totally destroy our nation that is already reeling from past decisions by various presidents. Christian supporters of Obama should repent and get involved in the next election to keep Obama and what’s her name from within ten miles of Washington.

Anyone, even Elmer Fudd would be a better leader than Obama.
