Yet, in light of the above facts, President Trump, surely with fingers crossed and his tongue placed firmly in cheek declared, “As we celebrate LGBT Pride Month and recognize the outstanding contributions that LGBT people have made to our great Nation, let us also stand in solidarity with the many LGBT people who live in dozens of countries worldwide that punish, imprison, or even execute individuals on the basis of their sexual orientation. My Administration has launched a global campaign to decriminalize homosexuality and invites all nations to join us in this effort!”

Therefore, we now have national acceptance of perversion as well as popular support and “people of good will” are attempting to make perversion universally accepted!

Marshall Kirk and Hunter Madsen in their 1989 book, After the Ball: How America Will Conquer Its Fear and Hatred of Gays in the 90s gave specific instructions how homosexuality could be mainstreamed. “Gays must be cast as victims in need of protection” Even if they are not the victim, they should pretend to be the victim. They were told to keep talking about “gayness” and make themselves look good and critics very bad. Stupid people have complied and a sea change has taken place. Wrong is now right, bad is now good, and corrupt is now correct.

Trump is listening to the wrong advisors. Isaiah will serve him better than any of his staff. He had better remember Isaiah 5:20, “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil.” Trump and others can promote evil but they will all be held to an account. Modern man does not want to hear a difficult truth but it is better to be disturbed by the truth than deceived by error. Those who defend perversion are out of step with God, decency, history, and common sense.

Christians and informed Conservatives are aghast at Trump’s support of the homosexual lobby who hates him with a white heat. Moreover, he does not need that vote to win in 2020. All he has to do is continue to keep his promises and build a substantial part of the wall.

No reporter had the courage to ask, “Mr. President, will you please provide three of the ‘outstanding contributions’ the LGBTQ (caution: very offensive video) crowd has made to America? That question will not be asked and I’m considered a bigot for stressing that failure of all mainstream journalists.

Even in light of the incredible public acceptance of homosexuality, the pro-family Conservatives have won the intellectual battle dealing with the LGBTQ crowd, but are losing the public relations battle. The homosexual lobby has been deficient, dishonest, and defeated in the major disputes in this quagmire. Informed people know that homosexuals were not “born that way”; that they can be converted to normal living; that many of them do recruit; that they are disease carriers; they are illegal drug users; they die much younger than normal people do; and are adding to the destruction of our health care system.

There is no argument that Conservative Christians have won the intellectual battle: homosexuality is abnormal, aberrational, and abominable. The battle is over (but the war is not won) and homosexuals are left with one arrow in their quiver: anyone who criticizes them or even questions their lifestyle is a bigot and hater. In that, the homosexual lobby has been very successful. They have made the issue one of “hate,” not of science, health, and morality. And the media and public are too uninformed to know they have been conned by the LGBTQ crowd.

Anyone familiar with logic or philosophy understands that a person’s motives have nothing to do with the reality of his assertions. However, homosexuals refuse to deal with the issue, and they are left standing with open mouth without any answers; and they concentrate on vilifying their opponents. That way, they are less embarrassed by their inability to speak to the issue.

It is my unsupported, unprovable but not unlikely opinion that Trump probably thinks sodomy is a disgusting, deviate, dangerous, even deadly practice; however, the LGBTQ crowd, while small, is powerful and has a large crowd of useful idiots who will jump when ordered, march when told to do so, throw a purse or shoe, cry on camera, and scream on cue.

Furthermore, Trump has a sordid past of disgusting, degrading, and debasing affairs (I hope they are all in the past) so he cannot legitimately discuss sexual turpitude without inviting deserved accusations of hypocrisy.

I suggest that there is an administration plan to deal with the homosexual lobby and limit their influence on the next election: Trump will support homosexual rights around the world while Vice-President Pence will speak out for pro-family positions even being lightly critical of perversion. In taking that approach, Trump throws a bone (again) to everyone. This ploy is convincing because Trump has a despicable past, yet individual Evangelicals justified their vote for him by claiming Mike Pence is a conservative, Evangelical Christian.

I know that’s true because that’s how I justified my vote for Trump along with my revulsion of voting for Hillary.

Trump is hoping that homosexuals will say, “Well, he is the most friendly President to the LGBTQ crowd so maybe he will come along with time.” No, they will not say that because they detest Republicans, Conservatives, free enterprise, family values, and an America-first agenda.

A nation’s ruling government has the primary responsibility of keeping citizens safe from aggressors and terrorists abroad and anarchist, traitors, and fifth columns within. These dangerous people are assisted in their treason by the very constitution they seek to destroy. Added to the above there is now the threat of our nation being destroyed by open borders. Open borders encourage terrorists, invite devastating diseases, increase Democrat voters, and will financially destroy America.

Homosexuality should not be encouraged for many devastating reasons. They are the most diseased group in the world and their continued repulsive practices may be as debilitating, dangerous, and devastating in the long run as an atomic bomb.

Previous US presidents have all been abject failures in this area. Beginning with and including Reagan, no president or his Surgeon General has been willing to go on record about the dangers of perversion. All have said, “Stop gaining weight!” “Stop using illegal drugs!” “Stop smoking!” But no one has been willing to say, “Stop your fornication and anal sodomy!” Had they done so we might not have a population of disease carriers.

The Centers for Disease Control reported in August of 2018, “New CDC analysis shows steep and sustained increases in STDs in recent years!” The report revealed almost 2.3 million new cases of chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis were diagnosed in the United States in 2017, marking the fourth consecutive year of sharp increases in these sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)! Gonorrhea diagnoses increased 67 percent overall from 333,004 to 555,608 cases. That’s in one year.

Obviously, there is a high cost to low living and President Trump is promoting such activity by supporting homosexuality! Sexual permissiveness has spread across America and the world like a malignant cancer leaving in its wake blasted lives, broken hearts, and blighted bodies and the official US government position is to encourage perversion worldwide.

At the rate America is decaying morally, the next president may have to change our national symbol from eagle to buzzard and if God does not judge America, some impertinent people will assume He will apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah.

Trump, in supporting the LGBTQ crowd, has climbed out on a high limb and handed his enemies a saw. I hope they are too stupid to use it.

Homosexuals hope they can spin it enough to send one of their own to the White House but if Pete and Mrs. Pete make it to the White House, they are almost inviting God’s judgment on America.

Surely, sane, sensible, and sober Americans would not send a sodomite to the White House.

I received a missive from a man who claimed to be “World’s Leading Gay BIBLICAL Theologian Who is Gay.” This was his reaction to my article titled, “Pete, Since You Brought it Up, How Gay Are You?” The “gay” theologian declared that David and Jonathan’s “first Gay marriage in the Bible is the MOST DOCUMENTED MARRIAGE and BEST DOCUMENTED MARRIAGE in the entire Bible.”

Homosexuals do much yelling but he’s dreaming, disingenuous, or delusional.

In his first 10 lines, he managed to misspell Jonathan’s name twice. However, I am not concerned with his ignorance (or carelessness) or even his arrogance but his blasphemous, dishonest, and reckless treatment of the Bible.

This dude is really ripe. He wipes the purple Kool Aid from his lips and asserts, “I especially like I Samuel 18:4 where Jonathon (sic) takes off all his clothes and shows David his naked genitals.”

But, of course, the Bible does not say anything similar to that. It is a perversion of Scripture. That perversion is reflected by homosexuals in all areas—they pervert history, sex, the Bible, and common sense. Anything to justify their chosen, wicked lifestyle.

My critic declares that this is the first “gay” marriage in the Bible and is “the most documented marriage and best documented marriage in the entire Bible, including the heterosexual ones.” He thinks that his hyperbole will impress me and hopes to appear almost normal by making the Bible say something it does not say. There was no marriage, no sex; only a brotherhood covenant between two friends.

In I Samuel 18:4, Jonathan took off his outer garments and gave them to David along with his sword, girdle, and bow continuing a very ancient practice. For sure, he did not expose his naked body to David.

David, having married Jonathan’s sister, had developed a relationship with him that was closer than a brother. This is shocking when you realize that Jonathan was the heir to the throne and David was a young, poorly dressed, awkward shepherd who was a rival to that throne. Yet, it was a friendship that grew so much that Jonathan loved him as his own soul. Jonathan was fearful that his mentally disturbed father might actually take the life of David.

Jonathan removed his robe and put it on David so that David was now clothed in princely attire instead of his rough, country attire. Such covenants of brotherhood were frequent in the East and were confirmed in the presence of witnesses that the persons covenanting would be sworn brothers for life.

For an ordinary person to receive any part of the dress which had been worn by a sovereign, or his eldest son was deemed the highest honor which could be conferred on a citizen. The girdle, being connected with the sword and the bow, was considered as being part of the military dress, and great value was attached to it in the East. Jonathan was recognizing David as a dear friend and a military hero. After all, he had recently killed a giant that no one else was willing to attempt.

If anyone in Israel had reason to dislike David, it was Jonathan. David was not trained for a royal court. He pitched aside his common staff and sling replacing them with Jonathan’s sword and bow. David was now ready for any court appearance and for any battle.

This giving of apparel by an authority is revealed in Esther 6:8, “Let the royal apparel be brought which the king useth to wear, and the horse that the king rideth upon, and the crown royal which is set upon his head.”

Another biblical example is seen in Genesis 41:42 when Pharaoh removed his ring and put it on the finger of Joseph after Pharaoh had placed him over all the land of Egypt.

The giving of clothes and military equipment was practiced in the days of Homer and the Trojan wars. This was done to confer dignity and distinction to a deserving person. Homer revealed this practice, among other examples, when Ulysses received a gift of the armor from Meriones.

Obviously, sex was not involved in the ancient practice of covenant friendship by the giving of personal items as a token of brotherhood. David and Jonathan were not homosexuals.

Obviously, homosexuals are not good Bible expositors—not even the “world’s leading ‘gay’ biblical theologian who is ‘gay’.” I wonder if our “leading ‘gay’ theologian” knows the meaning of superfluous. How about redundant? Surely he is familiar with unnecessary.

Another reason David and Jonathan were not homosexuals is because the Bible condemned David’s adultery with Bathsheba, so it would surely not be silent about sodomy. But there is no condemnation of David’s homosexuality because he was not a homosexual. You may remember that David was attracted to women especially Bathsheba. Moreover, he had seven wives plus concubines according to I Chronicles 3. David was not sexually attracted to men; however, God never approved of his multiple wives and concubines or of perversion between two men or two women. In fact, God showed hot anger at perversion as per the case of Sodom and Gomorrah.

I remind my readers that the parties have stopped in Sodom. Sooner or later, they all end.

God’s clear plan for the human race is for a man to have one wife and treat her like a queen for a lifetime.

The “gay” clown posing as a Bible scholar even says King Saul accused Jonathan of “being gay and having sex with David in I Samuel 20:30-32. And Jonathan doesn’t deny it.” All right, I’ll admit that Jonathan did not deny it but he didn’t deny it because Saul never accused him of it. There was a very important annual family dinner that David missed causing a fuss at the royal table between Saul and Jonathan. Saul tried to kill his son and Jonathan left in a huff without eating. But it had nothing to do with sex.

Have you noticed that with homosexuals everything has to do with sex?

But it gets worse because the “World’s Leading Gay Biblical theologian Who is Gay” further wrote, “David and Jonathan laid in the field having sex until David climaxed.” He made that up out of I Samuel 20:41 which does not mention sex. National events were moving fast and King Saul was often mentally unstable and had tried to kill both his son and David. Soon, Israel would be humiliated and defeated in battle and Saul, Jonathan, and his brothers would be dead on the slopes of Mount Gilboa.

Both David and Jonathan knew events were moving toward a showdown and they wept and kissed each other before they separated. The text says that David “exceeded” not “climaxed.” David was more emotional than Jonathan knowing that Jonathan would soon be dead. David knew he was about to lose his dearest friend and wept bitter tears more profusely than Jonathan.

It was a climax but not a sexual climax.

The only acceptable, appropriate, and approved sex in the Bible is between a married man and woman. All other sex is evil.

Homosexuals, peddling their hokum like the world’s leading “gay” theologian, are trying to use darkness to extinguish the light but it won’t work—light expels darkness.

That goes for Pete as well.

All state officials want a stable society where citizens can live contented lives, pay taxes, and continue to reelect them to public office. Most officials know that families influence a city or state more favorably than gangs, nightclubs, honkytonks, or even schools, art museums, and most churches. A return to the historical and Biblical approach to marriage would not mean an increase in degrading, deviant, and deadly activities since they would continue as they are now.

Moreover, if a state wanted to encourage normal, one-man one-woman marriage relationships, they could do so by the tax code, the bully pulpit, etc., or a state could refuse to make any judgment on any family arrangements. Government would still prohibit marriage between close relatives, mentally handicapped, or minors since that would disrupt society.

As to requiring a blood test before marriage, the state could nullify those laws (as some have done) and permit each church to make its own rules. Many would decide that if a person falsified a blood test and proceeded with a wedding with one partner infected with an STD, that marriage would become null and void with announcements made to the congregation to that effect. The state would be notified to deal with the divorce and prosecute the offender.

Laws must require the protection of children of any marriage arrangement since children are the future and their training and character will determine the stability of the state. Any state can give benefits to normal marriages because it is in the interests of the state to do so. It seems society gives benefits to married people because a stable family provides benefits to society. The state is interested in a stable society, so it is in the interests of the state to have productive, educated adults therefore a state can reward parents who commit to preparing children for the future. Therefore, a state may give generous benefits to every marriage that produces children. If homosexual “couples” complain, the state can simply say, “When you have babies, you will receive the same benefits.” Of course, homosexuals can do as today and adopt children although it is very unwise to permit that.

Everyone, except the willfully blind, agrees that strong families benefit society so the state can justify giving benefits to natural marriages. It is only wise to do so. Proponents of other kinds of “marriages” will scream about the “unfairness” but so be it. Let them scream, after all, it was their decision to not have a natural marriage.

Adoptions, child welfare, divorce, alimony, child support would still be responsibility of the state. Repeal of no fault divorce should be accomplished in every state but that won’t happen.

A newspaper columnist responded to this issue of state involvement in marriages: “Since I printed the letter from ‘Deceived in Arizona’ (Nov. 30), I have learned that not only individuals, but also some churches feel so strongly about separating the legal aspect of marriage from the religious that they have voted …[that] their clergy no longer sign marriage licenses. Among them are member churches of the United Church of Christ, the Unitarian-Universalists and the Quakers. Instead, the model they follow is the one used in Europe, in which couples go to a courthouse to register their marriage, and then to a church or synagogue for a religious ceremony.” Also, some independent Presbyterians and independent Baptists do likewise.

Perversion disrupts society and does not contribute to stability. If historic anti-sodomy laws were passed then same-sex “marriage” would be a moot issue. Homosexual activity would be illegal anytime anywhere. That would be a return to sanity. It would also give clout to local authorities to prohibit cruising, public sex, solicitation, etc. However, anti-sodomy laws will not pass because of anti-Bible, anti-God, anti-common sense attitudes. Frankly, many twisted young people think two homosexual men married with a license is preferable to a man and woman married without a license! Their warped thinking considers mischief in a couple without a license but nothing outrageous for a same-sex “couple” to climb into bed together!

Homosexuals admit they want the blessings of the state on their union; however, the state is not in the blessing business. They can get that from the Pope if they have the cash, clout, and contacts.

In the absence of anti-sodomy laws, if a church had no Bible convictions about sodomy then they could “marry” the “couple.” Let me remind my critics that that is what is happening right now under present laws. People are doing what they want to do and church leaders without convictions, smile upon all kinds of evil. No government agency would be approving any kind of marriage arrangements. If some Fundamentalists and Evangelicals disliked the various weddings, they could say so. Such church leaders could show their disagreement, disapproval, and disdain by not accepting such unrepentant people into their membership.

Some pastors refuse to use a state-issued marriage license and use a marriage covenant instead. Such a thought horrifies some religious leaders and I wonder why. After all, the evidence is all on the side of the covenant makers not those who think state licensure is best and necessary. A covenantal relationship is much deeper than a merely contractual, state approved one.

Do we really believe that the state should regulate marriages? If so, why? They sure didn’t in the past. The onus is on my critics to provide reasons why the state should continue to license (regulate) marriages. It is one thing for the state to recognize the existence of a marriage and another thing for them to give permission for a marriage. No state has that right.

Moreover, without a marriage license from the state, the state would lose its professed authority to have control of any issue of that marriage. The marriage license is used by some states as an excuse to interfere in training of children. Some states even boldly declare that children belong to the state! Does any sane person out there believe that the state is a partner in their marriage? Many people are shocked to hear that and even refuse to believe it is a fact but Ohio law is very clear stating in an official brochure on marriage: “When you repeat your marriage vows, you enter into a legal contract. There are three parties to that legal contract: 1) you; 2) your spouse; and 3) the state of Ohio. The state is a party to the contract because under its laws, you have certain obligations and responsibilities to each other, to any children you may have, and to Ohio.”

Most people do not know that state marriage statutes are directory not mandatory! West’s Indiana Law Encyclopedia states: “Statutes on the subject of marriage, even though penal, are merely directory, and a marriage celebrated though not in accordance with the forms of the statute, is nevertheless valid.”

Maybe we should tell the states that they have overreached their authority. They have enough to do dealing with crime, law and order, welfare (which they should also leave to others), education (see previous parenthesis), repairing streets, etc., without getting involved in any religious activity.

How to handle divorce will be considered a major objection to my recommendation; however, could anything be worse than it is now? Church groups handled divorce in the past. Do you remember King Henry VIII who asked the Pope for a divorce so he could dump his wife to free him to marry a woman who might provide him a male heir? No fault divorce should be repealed forcing married people to justify a divorce usually for abuse, abandonment, or adultery. While marriage would be outside the bailiwick of the state, divorce would not be.

It’s time to insist on total separation of church (but not God) and state. Let’s start with the wedding business. In fact, it has already started with the pastors who refuse to use a marriage license and opt for a marriage covenant instead.

However, look for a fight because the state does not like losing any of its power to control people. Instead of looking to the state for approval, let’s disapprove of the state’s intrusion into marriage! Let’s take away state power to certify, approve, or license any marriage. While it will remove the messy problem of approving same-sex marriage, it will not end same-sex “families.”

Safe, secure, and stable homes produce a steady state but one that has no authority over who marries whom.

ESPN showed the clip Ad nauseam while knees jerked in the homes of decent people, buzzards gagged from their roosting places, and champagne was uncorked in the homes and offices of politicians, poets, pundits, and perverts across the fruited plain.

Sam has tenure since he is black, gay, and has a white lover. Wow, that’s more job security than a public school teacher has. He promised that “he was not going to promote his sexuality and that he was going to focus on playing football.” However, his focus and everyone’s focus was on Sam, his lover and “the kiss.” He did exactly the opposite of what he promised. Homosexuals have told us often and with volume that it is nobody’s business what two men do in their bedroom yet they shove their perversion into our faces with impunity. What else will they bring out of the bedroom?

I would be outraged if my children or grandchildren had seen that depravity. Even if one’s sexual activities are private in the bedroom, they should not be public on national television. However, they seem not to be interested in keeping them private. When will normal people start making such hypocrites pay for their deception? No decent person should watch ESPN again. In the interest of higher ratings or, conversely, in the interest in promoting perversion, the network has earned the disdain, distrust, and disgust of the American people. STOP is suggesting that anyone with a modicum of decency stop watching ESPN and NFL games.

Sam declared on a network television show, “I have gotten messages from college and NFL players and other athletes … about how courageous I was.” Oh, yes. Those fleeing the closet are always “courageous,” “brave,” “historic,” but never narcissistic, fame seekers, or manipulative. The fascists at the Homosexual Lobby are thrilled that Sam has strolled out of the closet in support of their twisted, tangled, tawdry agenda. The homosexual leaders are the most vile, vicious, and vitriolic people in the world. However, they label as haters and bigots those of us who disagree with them, criticize them, and declare that homosexuality is wrong, has always been wrong and will always be wrong and no President, Supreme Court or Legislature can change that fact.

President Obama even magnified the gross actions by gushing, “From the playing field to the corporate boardroom, LGBT Americans prove every day that you should be judged by what you do and not who you are.” I certainly agree with that but no one wants to discuss what homosexuals do! They don’t just lock lips, hold hands, and bake cookies. Want to discuss “fisting”? No, no, not that. Too gross. How about “rimming”? No, not that, for sure. Well, how about “water sports”? No, better not. So, we are not to make a judgment based on what they do. The whole bunch are sanctimonious hypocrites.

We have witnessed in a stunning short time the normalization of sodomy in America. It is strange that homosexuals can do, say and advocate almost anything, no matter how crude or lewd and when a normal person disagrees, he is plummeted into submission. Whatever happened to the right to discuss, debate, and disagree over an issue in a civil matter? Furthermore, the use of good, time-honored words such as “sodomite,” “pervert,” and “deviant” are not uncivil, unkind, or untrue.

Note what happened when Dolphins’ safety Don Jones tweeted, “OMG…horrible.” He was forced to apologize, banned from team activities and sent to a re-education camp where he will undergo sensitive training! May I remind everyone that this is still America, but it is no longer the land of the free and the brave? Obviously we are not free since the homosexual fascists and their fellow travelers will not tolerate any disagreement and we are not brave as is proved by those who capitulate at the first volley from the thought police.

An NFL official pontificated, “We were disappointed to read Don’s tweets during the NFL Draft,” and added, “They were inappropriate and unacceptable, and we regret the negative impact these comments had on such an important weekend for the NFL.” Note that Sam’s kiss was not inappropriate or insensitive, or inane, or insane but Jones’ mild disagreement was! And some tell us the world is not turned upside down.

Michael Sam was wrong. Homosexuality is abnormal, aberrational, and afflictive and I love him enough to tell him the truth: homosexual behavior is disgraceful, dangerous and deadly. However, his supporters are greasing the skids for him as he slides further into a life of shame, sordidness and, yes, sin. And sin has repercussions!

Sam has also brought additional stigma upon a profession already known for its druggies, thugs, rapists, and killers. And now, his new team mates have to decide: to shower or not to shower.

The committee hearing room at the Capitol Building was packed, mostly with the media and opponents to my bill to reinstate sodomy as a crime as it had been in Indiana for about a hundred years. My opponents all had their allotted time to oppose my bill and one was a professor at Indiana University. He said that homosexuals “only wanted to be left alone.” I laughed.

In defense of my bill I told him that sodomy should be a crime again to give police officials authority to stop the cruising in city parks, sex in public restrooms, and discourage molesting of little boys. I ended by saying that homosexuals want much more than to be left alone. “They want respectability. They want to move into a house in the suburbs, park matching Volvos in the driveway and be accepted as normal people; but that won’t happen as long as Christians live in this state.” In recent years, homosexuals have demanded and received not only acceptance and approval, but even applause. We are told it is even commendable and courageous to practice perversion! And even Bible-oriented church leaders have joined the chorus!

Obviously, I was wrong! Evangelical church members are leading the parade for same sex “marriage” and doing it claiming they are true followers of Christ. However, sodomy is a tragedy and Christians’ defense of that sin is a tragedy within a tragedy.

Never has so much been surrendered by so many to so few. This surrender proves that when Christians’ faith and a controversial issue are at odds, weak Christians fold. After all, one must be modern, cool, and “with it.”

It’s a fact, “The Times They Are A-Changing” (just listened to it all the way through for the first time!) especially in the area of courtesy, courage, and commitment. To their credit, the Homosexual Lobby has performed an absolutely incredible coup d’état in about 20 years by changing America’s attitude about sodomy. Sodomy was defined by Noah Webster in the 1800s as a “crime against nature.” The 1833 Encyclopedia Britannica identified sodomy as “The nameless crime, which was the disgrace of Greek and Roman civilization.”

Today, one is anathematized if he even uses the words “sodomy,” “degenerate,” or “pervert.” And while “same sex marriage” was not even considered possible, even worth discussing by decent people only five years ago, one is considered unloving, unkind, uneducated, and uncivil if he advocates the quaint notion that marriage is only between a man and a woman. And he is super-quaint if he holds that marriage is for a lifetime! He may also become unemployed for his belief in biblical decency. Yes, times are a-changing.

Guide is a homosexual magazine that published a pro-pedophile editorial in its July, 1995 issue. It referred to pedophiles as “prophets” of sexual freedom! The editorial opined: “We must listen to our prophets. Instead of fearing being labeled pedophiles, we must proudly proclaim that sex is good, including children’s sexuality. . . . Surrounded by pious moralists with deadening anti-sexual rules, we must be shameless rulebreakers (sic), demonstrating our allegiance to a higher concept of love. We must do it for the children’s sake.”  Of course, always “for the children’s sake.” Hand me a barf bag!

Love is not the justification for marriage. If that were true then three or four people can be married since they “love” each other. Or, a man could “love” his goat but few sane people would approve such an arrangement. Why could not a man marry his son thereby circumventing estate taxes? While sane people find that possibility abhorrent, it can be justified with warped, wicked, and wanton thinking. After all, the most persuasive case against incest is the danger of reproduction.

But then, who knows? Many professing Christians or church members would come to his defense! And therein lies the rub. The reason the Homosexual Lobby captured society (especially the media, education, and government) is because church members have become unprincipled, uncaring, uncourageous, and are now unnecessary. Many Christians have no problem with “the love that dare not speak its name.”

Christians have been bullied, badgered, and blackmailed into accepting the homosexual lifestyle or is that death style? However, the Bible condemns this perversion; furthermore, it also condemns those who defend perversion: “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil…” (Isaiah 5:20). That’s where we are today.

So, the problem is not only with moral perversion but the cowardly capitulation of Christians who remain silent about the evil or even defend it! Above all, they must be perceived by their friends as loving, modern, cool, and hip. Such “Christians” should be kicked out their churches if they do not repent. It seems that some civic clubs have higher standards than some churches.

A good illustration of this principle was recounted in a Chattanooga area church where a mother was required to choose between her church (where she had attended for 60 years) and her lesbian daughter. The daughter had successfully advocated to make government benefits available to same sex “spouses.” Her family supported her homosexual advocacy. Church officials met with the mother and two other relatives and told them “They could repent for their sins and ask forgiveness in front of the congregation. Or leave the church.” Well finally, a church that practices church discipline. Of course, for doing so, they are called “unloving,” “haters,” and “bigots.” That’s easier than dealing with the issue.

The lesbian daughter whined, “Literally, they’re exiling members for unconditionally loving their children – and even extended family members.” Her dad told CNN, “Loving her daughter and supporting her family was not a sin.” Dad declared, “There was nothing to repent about.” He added. “They certainly couldn’t judge her on that because that was between her and her God, and it was not their place to judge her for that.”

I am not without sympathy for the family; however, Scripture must rule, not sentimentalism. Principled people do what is right even when it hurts. The family was not being judged for “unconditionally loving” but for defending perversion. Moreover, it was the church’s place or right, even obligation, to make a judgment. The family refused to repent and left the church.

The church was not demanding that the family turn their back on their daughter but to turn their back on her sin. There is a difference. We don’t make decisions about right and wrong depending on our relationship to a person.

For Christians to defend and declare homosexuality as acceptable rather than denounce it is a major tragedy within a tragedy.

I am weary of being tagged as intolerant, ignorant, and insensitive by non-thinkers while the real haters at the LGBT and GLAAD even identify me as “bigot,” “hater,” and “Nazi.” I am also weary of the liberal left wing media (and that’s sure a redundancy) jumping into the battle and singing the same song from the same page as the vile, vicious, and vitriolic dandies at the Perversion Lobby. I plead guilty to being narrow minded, but then it is not illegal to be narrow. It’s even Christian! Christ mentioned that the path to Heaven is a narrow path that Christians travel while the road to Hell is a broad boulevard.

Let’s be clear: God has spoken. There is no argument. Homosexuality, known in the Bible and throughout society as sodomy, was wrong, is wrong, and will be wrong tomorrow no matter what any state, national, or international court decides or what any politician or legislature decides. No one on earth has the authority to make wrong, right. Juan Williams’ assertion that “It is not in the Christian tradition to make judgments about them [homosexuals] and to put them in a box” is wrong, wrong, wrong. But that is normal for him since he is seldom right, right, right. No, the judgment has already been made and recorded, and homosexuals for centuries have been prosecuted. Furthermore, it has nothing to do with hate as is always claimed by permissive leftists. You see, homosexuals hope that accusation will end the discussion but it only proves their capitulation. Permissive leftists are lazy thinkers and bigger stinkers.

A young homosexual at Liberty University correctly said, “Not tolerating someone for his narrow-mindedness is perhaps the epitome of intolerance.” That’s one homosexual I agree with. I can’t get any LGBT proponent to tell me why it is reasonable for them to demand that I be tolerant of their wild, weird, and wacky sexual activities but they can’t be tolerant of my scriptural and common sense pro-family positions. After all, history, as well as the Bible, supports my position, not theirs. However, the media never expects them to defend their positions which only in recent history have been accepted by the herd.

I have become alarmed, angry, and agitated in recent years as I’ve seen various business executives cater to and bow to the Perversion Lobby as their businesses take a public stand against common sense, Christian morals, and business acumen. That unfair, unreasonable, and un-American persecution of Christians and the kowtowing to the Perversion Lobby is usually followed by national outrage from all decent people who favor decency and fairness. After a few days of bad publicity, the business executives see their errors (because their stores are as empty as a mainline church on Sunday evening) and “see the light,” “get the message,” and “have an epiphany.” Then, trying to be real Christians, we forgive the jerks, forget their transgression, and finance their “rehabilitation.” That has to STOP! No more easy forgiveness. I don’t care if they go belly up!

I have asked more than six thousand pastors to take a couple hours when called upon to inform their members and call, email, or go to a business that has taken an anti-family position and to express their plans to no longer patronize them. Hopefully those Christians, as individuals, will not back off and continue to support a superficially repentant business owner. After all, easy forgiveness would nullify our attempts to let business owners know that while they have a right to support homosexual causes they will pay a price if they do. STOP is telling them as of now, we Christians are mad as we can be and will not take it anymore. If a businessman is so insensitive, inept, and incompetent to go on record as supporting the Perversion Lobby he will forever lose our support.

Contrary to most Americans who have been brainwashed by the public school system, television, movies, the social media, and the political system, I believe that a business has the right to sell to whomever they please, pay whatever salaries workers are willing to accept, provide whatever benefits a business can afford, work as many hours as the employer and employees agree to, and hire any young person for any legal task to which parents agree! All that with no contact with the state or feds except to pay appropriate fees and taxes. Few people remember such a free America before the bungling, bossy buffoons took control.

That being said, I believe Cracker Barrel and all other businesses have a legal right to throw themselves into the cultural war on the side of those outrageous sexually permissive dandies, and to enthusiastically jump into bed with the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender group. However, those of us who believe that same-sex marriage is not marriage and is in fact a misnomer, mistake, and madness also have certain rights. Christians and pro-family people need to require business leaders to be at least as sensitive to our positions as they are to the Perversion Lobby. Or else. If they choose to support homosexuality, they will not be forgiven. Oh, yes, we will forgive them personally but we will no longer return to their “fold.” Their cash registers will gather dust and lose their jingle until they show they are thoroughly repentant.

I have contacted thousands of pastors and others who will agree to not patronize any business that continues to kick decency and kiss decadency. With the use of the Internet and social media maybe we can put a STOP to this duplicity and the taking of Christians for granted.

Rhonda quotes my old nemesis, Rev. Barry Lynn, a minister in the United Church of Christ, the most liberal denomination in America. (Barack Obama was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago.) Barry Lynn said “We have a secular government, and dogma should not and cannot be transformed into law.” Barry must not know that our main laws are based on, are you ready, the Bible. Where does Barry think we got, “Thou shalt not kill,” or “Thou shalt not steal.” Let’s really get personal and mention, “That shalt not commit adultery.” Jerry Falwell said Barry was “as reverend as an oak tree.”

History proves that criticism of same-sex marriage (homosexuality) is not of recent origin as charged in Rhonda Swan’s column. Sodomy goes back at least to Sodom as the following shows.

Today, it is common for people to discuss homosexual “love” in Greek and Roman times; however, it was not common for a male couple to prefer homosexual acts over heterosexual acts and refrain from marriage, after all, the dumbest of the dumb knew society could not continue with such a practice.
Plutarch (died 120 A.D.) was a Greek historian who became a Roman citizen and refers to homosexuality as “immorality or assault.” Plutarch was a Greek philosopher, historian, and biographer who became a Roman citizen. He was not a Fundamentalist!

Justin Martyr condemned sodomy in his First Apology 27, about A.D. 150. He was born in Israel although he said he was a Gentile. Looking at various philosophies, he finally met some Christians who were more convincing than the pagan philosophers, but he became a Christian primarily because of the bravery of Christian martyrs. He would be a “Fundamentalist” before the use of the term.

Clement of Alexandria condemned perversion in his Exhortation to the Greeks 2 about A. D. 190. He also wrote, “The fate of the Sodomites was judgment to those who had done wrong… [they were] burning with insane love for boys” The Instructor 6, ca. A.D. 193.

The famous Tertullian, sometime called “the Baptist,” wrote about A.D. 200, “The coupling of two males is a very shameful thing” Early Church Fathers, 3.509. Tertullian was not politically correct.

John Chrysostom wrote, “[The pagans] were addicted to the love of boys . . . . As for their passion for boys, whom they called their paedica, it is not fit to be named” Homilies on Titus 5, A.D. 390. Later, he wrote, “All of these affections [in Rom. 1:26–27] . . . were vile, but chiefly the mad lust after males; for the soul is more the sufferer in sins, and more dishonored than the body in diseases” Homilies on Romans 4, A.D. 391. He added, “[The men] have done an insult to nature itself. And a yet more disgraceful thing than these is it, when even the women seek after these intercourses, who ought to have more shame than men” Homilies on Romans 4, A.D. 391.

Chrysostom, who died in 407 and was known as “the golden mouth,” said that homosexual acts are worse than murder. That took courage but then he also criticized the Emperor’s wife (and other women) for dressing extravagantly! He was banished for his faithful preaching. I don’t think that has happened to any preacher recently.

Augustine wrote, “[T]hose shameful acts against nature, such as were committed in Sodom, ought everywhere and always to be detested and punished” Confessions 3:8:15, A.D. 400.

Jumping to the thirteenth century, Thomas Aquinas thought homosexuality second only to bestiality, and historian R. W. Southern opined that “the only relevant generalization which emerges from the penitential codes down to the eleventh century is that sodomy was treated on about the same level as copulation with animals.” Maybe modern preachers should be even tougher on perversion and only a loser would declare that such preaching or belief is hateful.

So, dare I say that the modern Bible haters are wrong about condemnation of homosexuality being of recent origin! Of course, real scholars are aware of the above facts.

Rhonda closes with her final shot–love, and who can argue with that? We are supposed to permit same-sex marriage in the name of love. So, why not forgive and overlook murder, rape, and thievery on the same basis? Love is one of the most important things in life but love must always be coupled with truth. (It’s interesting that Liberals never show love toward Bible-believing Christians and they are not interested in truth!) And Christ said, “I am the way, the Truth and the life. No man cometh to the Father but by me.”

Well, how about that Rhonda?

Getting desperate, Rhonda tried to grab some credibility by quoting Michael Eric Dyson, professor of sociology at Georgetown University. And he is an ORDAINED Baptist minister! Wow, that is impressive but it gets better because Mike also supports same-sex marriage! Surprise, surprise, surprise. After all, he is a professor and a Baptist. Most professors and many Baptists don’t believe anything that is traditional, reasonable, and Biblical.

She quotes Dyson, “We cannot interpret the Bible literally.” That is the mantra of all Bible haters especially not believing the first eleven chapters of Genesis. Of course, like all books, the Bible contains poetry, hyperboles, similes, metaphors, along with history and doctrine. Most Bible critics don’t like the literal truths of the Bible because it deals with a real place called “Hell.” It also tears up the evolutionary myth which would mean that thousands of professors would have to get a real job and do some productive work for a change.

Dyson then says that “Marriage is a complicated affair.” No, it is rather simple. It is a public commitment between a man and woman to love, honor, and obey (on the part of women) and to cherish, love, provide, and protect (on part of the man) until they are separated by death. In ancient times, marriage was as simple as a man taking his bride by the hand and leading her into his home in the presence of their family and friends. Often there were days of celebration.

Much later the church and state got involved and marriage has been going downhill ever since. And today, marriage is plummeting free fall to the bottom, courtesy of progressive politicians, permissive preachers, and prejudicial pundits, all originally corrupted in their formative years by public pedagogy.

The professor descends deep into the dark, damp, dismal, dreary, and dangerous swamp of heresy when he said the Bible “is filled with contradictions.” No, the contradictions are in the lives of people like Dyson. In my opinion, people like Dyson who don’t believe in the validity of the Bible, should run, not walk to surrender their ordination credentials. People with character would not use an untrue, unreliable, unnecessary Bible to make a living or to give them some credibility that they don’t deserve. The professor was wrong.

Rhonda hit bottom when she declared that God did not destroy Sodom and the cities on the plain because of sodomy but because the people were “greedy and didn’t take care of the poor.” I first heard this when a professor from Indiana University spoke to my committee at the Indiana House of Representatives in opposition to my bill that would reinstate sodomy as a crime as it had been in Indiana for decades. He sounded and looked as silly and desperate as Rhonda.

She used Ez. 16:48-50 and she was right as far as she went, but she didn’t go far enough! She and other Bible critics don’t finish verse 50 where God said the Sodomites “committed abomination before me: therefore I took them away as I saw good.” They were not only greedy but were perverted as well. Very simple explanation.

Bible scholars are clear that the Genesis 19 passage vividly portrays the men of Sodom wanting to take Lot’s two male friends (angels) so they might “know” them. Lot was horrified and went out of the house and said to his friends and neighbors “Do not so wickedly.” But what was wicked about wanting to know some strangers? The “know” was perverted sex that precipitated God’s judgment on Sodom and will do the same to America.

She then quoted Jennifer Wright Knust, another professor and author, who said that the teaching of God destroying Sodom because of sodomy is “a modern invention, expressive of modern anxieties.” Jen slapped at the Bible when she said, “there is no single biblical view of marriage and no biblical passage defends marriage between one man and one woman as we understand that today. The idea that there is something called biblical marriage is false.” Jen is also an ordained Baptist pastor. Yes, I know. Real Baptists know that women are not supposed to preach, but we’re living in a day when anything is accepted–even defended.

The fact that she is a member of the American Baptist Convention might explain some of the problem. That group has been theologically and politically corrupt for 50 years. I really hate to correct a scholar at Boston University but here goes: she was wrong, very wrong even though she is an expert on the New Testament and ancient Christianity. The pastor was wrong.

The destruction of Sodom for the sin of sodomy is not a “modern invention.” The Bible is clear and early church fathers were adamant about the evil of homosexuality as my next column will prove.

Fuller was founded by old time Fundamentalist, Charles E. Fuller, along with Harold Ockenga, and a few other “recovering Fundamentalists” who wanted to be known as “Evangelicals” or “New Evangelicals.” But now, like many Evangelicals, the seminary has drunk the toxic Kool-Aid of heresy and I doubt they will rest in peace.

Fuller Seminary and the evangelical movement were started in the late 1940s to disassociate themselves from Fundamentalism. Fundamentalists were considered too militant, too non-conformist, too separatist–in other words, too biblical. Fundamentalists made loosey-goosey preachers feel as uncomfortable as a dog in hot ashes. Many early Evangelicals admitted that they held to the doctrines of old fundamentalism but wanted to be more inclusive and intellectual. Or at least to make a pretense at intellectualism and they wanted the respectability that would never accrue to Fundamentalists. I believe the Apostle Paul said something about Christians being considered the off scouring of the earth.

After watching the compromise, conformity, and capitulation of Evangelicals such as the people at Fuller, I am thrilled they decided to separate from Fundamentalists in the late 1940s. That way, I don’t have to apologize for them or to inform everyone that I am not one of them. It is incredible that those people separated from genuine, Bible Christians but refused to separate from worldly, weird, and even wicked liberal professing but non-possessing Christians!

It is a fact that when doctrine is loosely held, everything begins to slide. That is why God commands us in Acts 2:42 to continue “stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.” Fuller Seminary has never been steadfast other than being steadfastly against Fundamentalists! They love Liberals and hate Fundamentalists!

God warns us in Eph. 4:14 to grow up; think like an adult. Don’t be “tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine.” Fuller has been tossed about since it opened its doors because it did not have a sure Anchor.

In 1 Tim. 1:10 Paul warns, “For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine.” The word “arsenokoitais” means “them that defile themselves with mankind” or sodomites. Sodomy was the sin that was a “crime against nature” and the unmentionable sin. Sodomy was common in Greece and Rome, even China–and as it is today. Sodomites are now acceptable at Fuller–as long as they are celibate!

The homosexual group calling itself, “One Table” exists to “support the LGBTQ community at Fuller Seminary,” while also offering “a safe place for dialogue between LGBTQ students and the wider Fuller community.” The student/founder wants to “carve out … acceptance for other gays in the broader evangelical community through his role as president of the nation’s first LGBT student club sanctioned by a major evangelical seminary.” He made his intentions clear and Fuller gave permission for the group to meet on campus!

But it gets worse because the LGBTQ leader has grandiose ambitions of queer “evangelism.” He said, “I really hope that people will see Fuller and One Table as a model of what the body of the church is supposed to do in this situation.” However, what the church is supposed to do is preach that perversion is sinful; consequently, homosexuals must repent, and if there is no repentance, they must be excluded from church membership as a declaration of the seriousness of their sin and as a warning to others. Such action will also be a display of love for truth and for the homosexuals as well a display of courage on the part of the church. Those who approve of “gays” hate them while those of us who disapprove of their activities love them!

The school official who approved the group declared that permitting the group on campus was not an acceptance of homosexuality; but of course, he doesn’t know the definition of the word! Acceptance means approval! Officials require group members to be celibate and cannot advocate politically for their lifestyle of choice. That naïve official has been living in a cave for 25 years. Plus, the club’s leader has already identified with the LGBTQ movement and its agenda!

Fuller’s new president, Mark Labberton, declared that the school’s position “is clear.” As a mug of mud. The “gay” club leader clearly stated his intention to affirm the rights of homosexuals in the “broader evangelical community” (that would include Fuller) yet Mark declared that the “gay” club could not be “an advocacy group to alter seminary policy nor to direct any efforts in that direction.” The seminary president and the club president are not singing the same hymn. And everyone knows the resident lesbian will be the group’s biggest supporter.

I wonder what will be the next “Evangelical” college or seminary to see the “progressive” light and welcome homosexual groups to the “table.” That “table” is sure not God’s table since only His family sits there.

Politicians, professors, preachers, pundits, perverts, and ordinary people packed the committee room at the Indiana State Capital in October of 1978. The occasion was the introduction of my bill to make sodomy illegal again in Indiana, as it had been for a hundred years. In fact, I used the same language that was the original law before radicals repealed it a couple years before I was elected to the Indiana House of Representatives.

After I made my case for the bill, quoting classic studies from highly reputable experts that supported my position that homosexuals are not “born that way,” do recruit, do molest far more than heterosexuals do, and are very dangerous people, the chairman asked for comments. Two preachers came to my defense then the opposition from Indiana University, the media, and academia came down hard on me and my bill. You might think that I was suggesting cameras in every bedroom and stringing up homosexuals from the maple trees on the capital lawn. Or, as Thomas Jefferson suggested, that they be castrated! No, I only suggested 12 years in prison as had been the law for many years.

A professor spoke in defense of sodomy enumerating some famous homosexuals in history. All he proved was that some famous people in history were sexual deviates! No one disputes that. Some famous people in history were drunks, child molesters, thieves, wife beaters, and killers. I could not restrain myself and laughed in his face and into the cameras when the professor declared that King David and Jonathan “were lovers,” (something I had never heard before that time). Sorry, but it was so outrageous, it was funny. He then did it again when he said that God did not destroy Sodom because of sodomy but (are you ready for this?) it was because the Sodomites were not hospitable to their visitors! I still have his handout making his position.

Perverts (perfectly good word) made the pitch that they were not looking for special rights. They only wanted to be left alone. They wanted to move to a nice suburban home with a picket fence, park matching Volvos in the driveway, and live happily ever after. “Just leave us alone.” I suggested that they wanted far more than that. I said, “You want the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval upon your wicked lifestyle, but you’ll not get it as long as Bible believing Christians are around.” (The Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval guarantees the reliability of products advertised in their magazine and has done so since 1909.)

I may have been wrong because it seems the constant assault by the media, the brainwashing by the public schools, and the failure on the part of churches to teach biblical truth have won the day for perverse living. No longer are the sodomites the bad guys corrupting society but those who warn against them are perceived as “haters” and “bigots.” I tell the truth about sodomy and am called a hater and those who twist the truth like a pretzel are perceived as noble, kind, and liberal. Homosexuals along with liberal politicians will lie, distort, connive, and conspire to make what any sane person knows is abnormal and unnatural into something that is legal, acceptable, even desirable! It is a strange, strange world!

Even many religious leaders tell us that the Bible is not clear and after all, few juries would send someone to jail for “loving another way.” However, they don’t understand that it is a matter of truth; moreover, with anti-sodomy laws, there would be prosecution for restroom recruiting, cruising, etc.

If Wisconsin had had an anti-sodomy law, the police could have saved many lives from being snuffed out by sodomite Jeffrey Dahmer who molested and killed at least 17 boys, then had sex with them, then ate some of them. One night, one of them escaped and ran into the street naked, drugged, and bleeding from his rectum. Jeff went after him and noticed that his lover had been stopped by the cops. Jeff told them his “19-year old lover” (who was really 14-years-old) and him had had a spat and the kid was returned to Jeff (who was characterized by a Roman Catholic nun as a “boy with a good heart”). Within hours, the boy was dead, his body partly eaten by the “boy with a good heart”! Seven skulls, a heart, several severed hands and penises were found in his apartment! If Wisconsin had had an anti-sodomy law, they could have arrested Dahmer.

My bill did not pass because of wimpish Republicans who joined with Democrats to kill it in committee. They also killed common sense.

The Federal Government is considering the outcome of the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Bill that would penalize decent Christians and protect pedophiles and would make this column illegal and expose me to a prison term. So be it.

Bring back anti-sodomy laws in each state. At least it might keep some of them deep inside the closet if they aren’t in prison and that’s better than nothing.
