The script was written many years ago; the producer is a well-known, foreign-born Jewish liberal; the director has been chosen; the location is set; and the hostile actors are already committed—America will fall. The script has been written with two endings—both disruptive, destructive, and even deadly to our republic.

The first one is if Biden wins and there is no widespread voter fraud, then Trump will exit the White House and turn over the house keys to Biden. Joe probably won’t last six months until he is asked, threatened, and forced to enter an assisted living facility, making way for Harris to settle into the Oval Office. Since there are no limits to her leftist views, she will take the nation far, far left, but most sincere, sensible, and sane Americans will refuse to go.

Contrary to the thinking of many, refusal to obey government is not the unforgivable sin. It can be the only thing a principled person can do. Disobedience to an administration is not disloyalty to our nation.

Harris has promised to take charge of the gun problem if elected. She promised, “Upon being elected, I will give the United States Congress 100 days to get their act together and have the courage to pass reasonable gun safety laws, and if they fail to do it, then I will take executive action.”

The Second Amendment guarantees all the other amendments. Patriots must not fall into the false or weak argument that the Second Amendment is to protect our homes, right to hunt, plinking, etc. That amendment is to protect us against an obtrusive, obsessive, and overreaching government. The time may come when true Americans must defend our nation against our administration.

That is what harelips every leftist in government.

Face it, the leftists want your guns, but they will take them progressively. They will register all “assault rifles”; tax each one; require them to be locked up; require gun insurance; promote a massive buy-back program; and finally confiscate all remaining guns—for the good of the children, of course.

If Democrats are so stupid to try the above, the streets will run with blood, and the blood of Blacks and Whites, conservatives and liberals, Republicans and Democrats, and rich and poor all runs red. Normal Americans know what has happened in other nations where guns were taken and will not permit it without a valiant effort to stop it.

Additionally, the acceleration of Democrat-sponsored baby-killing, high taxes, offensive regulations on business owners and individual citizens, public perversion and transgenderism, invasion of our borders, etc., will only exacerbate the gun confiscation into a civil war.

The left (the BLM and Antifa crowd) wants a revolution where they are in control, the homes are decimated, the churches are powerless, and the poor are forever poor and always vote Democrat.

The second ending is if Trump wins, his tenacious, even vicious enemies, will charge election fraud and demand the election to be nullified. While election fraud happens in every election, it seems the Democrats get concerned about it only if the Republicans win. It is not wrong if the Democrats win. The stuffed ballot boxes, the dead voting from the graveyards, the lost ballots, the ballot harvesting, the forged ballots, and other shady and illegal practices are overlooked, even promoted and practiced and protected by Democrats.

So, with Trump’s win, wild charges will be hurled into the air along with firebombs, bricks, rocks, and Molotov cocktails. The radical fanatics will have their cause célèbre to justify their “peaceful” protest of burning, looting, and killing. After all, it’s a good, even great cause to revoke an undesirable election result according to the vicious, virulent, and vile social Democrats, their hordes of fellow travelers, and their useful idiots. So, they will have their justification—in their warped minds—for violence and taking over a free nation.

Radical leftists will file numerous lawsuits to keep Trump’s team off guard doing defensive work. They will make outrageous accusations to keep him, and his team occupied with trying to prove that he did not drown a litter of puppies in 1989 in the Hudson River, nor did he shove a blind, crippled, elderly Hispanic lady onto the subway tracks, nor did he ridicule a stuttering, black, female, AIDS-infected Native American midget at a birthday party for his best friend who was jailed the next day for child molestation.

Legal officials across the nation will take sides—judges, lawyers, attorneys general, and others; hundreds will resign or be removed from office, accelerating further chaos in the nation.

A challenge to Trump’s legitimacy will get on a fast track to the U.S. Supreme Court that will become a wild donnybrook. The justices will be harassed and threatened by nuts on both sides, but conservatives will be suppressed and ridiculed by the mainstream media.

If the Supreme Court rules in Trump’s favor, they will be castigated by unprincipled Democrats and the media (but then, I repeat myself.) The ruling will not be accepted by the losers. Marchers will march; looters will loot, and shooters will shoot. No citizen will be safe. Police officers will resign en mass, and cities will spiral out of control.

That’s what the leftist crowd wants—anarchy.

If the Supreme Court rules against Trump and issues an order for him to be removed from office so Biden and Harris can be ensconced, the diehard Trumpers will lose their composure and make trouble for the media, universities, and entertainers. No doubt, the extremists on the right will join with reasonable but angry Trumpers, and Trump will be blamed for any disorder—of course.

It should be remembered that the federal judicial branch is authorized to try controversies related to the Constitution, where the United States is a party or between states or citizens of different states. Since no state court would have the authority to do so, any controversy involving the President’s reliability, responsibility, or removal must be decided by the Supreme Court.

The highest Court in the land may rule against a sitting President, but who will enforce the order? It must be remembered that the Supreme Court is not the law of the land, although Americans and even Congress have assumed that misconception. Our wise founders devised a government of three almost equal branches with checks and balances to keep one branch from assuming power over the others. However, the Court is somewhat weaker than the other two branches since it has no enforcement power. Moreover, the Court assumed additional ungranted authority in 1803 with Marbury v. Madison when the Court started down a path of judicial review, which was, in reality, the path of usurpation.

Referring to the Court, Alexander Hamilton strongly declared in The Federalist Papers, it had “no influence over either the sword or the purse, …It may truly be said to have neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment.” Wisconsin strongly informed the Court that it was not all-powerful when they rejected the Court’s Dred Scott decision. President Lincoln accepted the decision regarding Mr. Scott but not as a precedent for the nation.

The extent of the Supreme Court’s power or lack thereof was evidenced when Lincoln suspended habeas corpus (illegally since only Congress can do that); arrested more than 14,000 political prisoners (the Columbia Law Review says 38,000); suppressed more than 300 newspapers, arrested and imprisoned numerous legislators, and defied a Supreme Court decision. He is now loved by everyone. Trump never came close to being unconstitutional, as was Lincoln. However, the hatred for Trump is incredible, irrational, and almost insane, demonstrating that the more society drifts away from constitutional truth, the more it will hate those who speak the truth.

The Court’s lack of power was also seen when President Andrew Jackson said to Chief Justice Marshall in a highly charged case involving Indian removal, “The Chief Justice has issued his opinion. Now let him enforce it.” Of course, Chief Justice Marshall had no power to do so, just as the Roberts’ Court has no power to remove Trump.

Any President would be a fool to pack his bags and move from the White House when there was obvious election fraud, and anarchists had taken over the cities. In fact, such action would be malfeasance of authority.

If the Court rules against Trump’s reelection, and he refuses to leave office, what can the Court do to enforce their order? In that scenario, the nation will be divided, with the military and intelligence agencies taking sides.

Under such conditions, only God knows how it ends. Whichever way it ends, it will probably end the exceptional example of a “city on a hill” as a beacon of hope for the hopeless. The greatest nation on earth who will no longer be able to honestly promise, “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.”

In that event, everyone loses and is destined to have a tyrannical foot stepping on everyone’s face forever—or until the Third American Revolution.

Everyone must keep in mind that there is a miniscule possibility that her accusations are true just as there is a small chance that there are little green men on Mars.

I have strong feelings about such issues and want justice to prevail. I’m not interested in some leftwing or rightwing agenda. I wish to go on record as saying that I have a wife, three daughters, and too many granddaughters and great-granddaughters to count, so I am very pro-female.

I’ve been called a purist, a prude, and even a Puritan. None are true but since age 15, I have kept my hands to myself and strictly followed the “Billy Graham and Jerry Falwell rule” never to be alone with an unrelated woman.

A false accusation can destroy a man’s family, finances, and future. All sexual assaults should be seriously looked at and any rapist should be executed as in bygone years and any false accuser should be branded with an L on her forehead and horse-whipped out of town (figuratively).

Only fools or fanatics or feminists (but then I repeat myself) say that all female sexual accusations against men should be believed. Period. Under those circumstances then Bill Clinton is a rapist after all. Will feminists demand accountability from him and Hillary for their shameful treatment of Bill’s accusers?

Concerning automatically believing all female accusers, comedian and writer Kurt Metzger factiously said, “ALL women are as reliable as my bible! A book that, much like a women, is incapable of lying!”

But then anyone is capable of lying.

Must I drag up the Duke Lacrosse incident (three athletes were falsely accused of raping a black stripper), the University of Virginia case (seven fraternity brothers were falsely accused of gang-raping a female student), and the Tawana Brawley case (four white men were falsely accused of raping a teenage black girl). I could go on and on but will not. Just realize that there are numerous horrific false charges that have destroyed innocent people. It is shocking that Liberals out there don’t care about justice, truth, honesty, and fairness.

According to female fascist progressives, all the above men, found innocent, are really guilty because three females said so.

The young men falsely charged will have to live with the stigma all their lives. The attorneys’ fees, the lost jobs, the lost tuition, the loss of credit hours, the stress—how are those losses to be compensated?

Some have said that false rape charges are rare; however, studies prove they are rather frequent. The Rumney study (2006) suggests that between 10-50% of rape allegations are false. The Kanin study (1994) arrived at an estimate of 40%. Other studies such as Stewart (1981) have arrived at figures as high as 90% that were false.

The FBI reports that between 4,400 and 5,100 allegations of rape every year are deemed false.

Please understand that a false rape accusation is a major attack upon a man for which few women are sentenced after the discovery of the false charge. The man usually loses his reputation, his job, friends, and often his family—yet was totally innocent. Plus, if found guilty when he is in fact innocent, he spends many years in prison where he is often raped!

If an innocent man is accused but does not go to prison, he must live with the stigma for a lifetime; it becomes a sentence without a conviction. Whether Kavanaugh is confirmed or not, where does he go to get his reputation back?

Most false accusations cause the woman no problem unless she does it a few times then usually gets a slap on the wrist. Maybe a large brand on their forehead might be a good warning for others who are loose and free with their lips. Maybe the L should be real!

Some common sense definitions are necessary regarding this accusation. Rape is having sex with a woman while she screams for help. No scream, no rape according to Deuteronomy 22:23-24. Ford says Kavanaugh held his hand over her mouth so did she scream for help when his hand was elsewhere?

After all, it was in a bedroom of a house; surely, one of the other 4 teens could have heard him scream when she bit his hand. Did she bite his hand? Poke him in the eye? Women know instinctively how to protect their honor: screaming, shouting, slapping, spitting, slugging, and stabbing with a finger, pencil, or hat pin. Since she did not cry out or stab him, I will not believe her without a film of the event.

Moreover, Matthew 18:16 clearly commands that there must be at least two witnesses to validate a charge against a person. This is a repeat of Old Testament law. Ford has no witnesses. The other man who was allegedly there, Mark Judge said, “It’s just absolutely nuts. I never saw Brett act that way.” This week, another teen that was supposed to be there Patrick J. Smyth said the incident did not happen. That should settle it; now let’s all go home, pull down the shades, and get some sleep.

Well, we all know about Potiphar’s wife who falsely reported to her husband that Joseph tried to rape her. She had tried in vain to get Joseph into her bed, then she sought to characterize him as rapist to her husband. In that, she succeeded. No doubt she felt resentful because she felt repelled and reproved by Joseph’s virtue. She accused him to his peers who no doubt resented Joseph’s high esteem from his master.

Not everyone who has a spotless conscience can keep a spotless name if a conniving woman is determined to smear him. It is no new thing for the best of men to be falsely accused of the worst of crimes by those who themselves are the worst of criminals.

Joseph, although totally innocent, was sent to prison for many years; but after a difficult time he became the number two man in Egypt, second only to Pharaoh!

Lessons to be learned are many. Brett Kavanaugh should not have been drinking let alone been drunk if he was there. And why was a 15-year-old girl at such a party? Why did she go to a bedroom with two drunk or sober boys? Was she drinking? Had she been sexually promiscuous?

Has she or her Washington-based attorney received any substantial sums of money from any person or group? Why did she wait so long to make the charges? Why make the charges anonymously? And why wait until this time to make her charges? Has she supported radical leftwing causes other than the Democrat Party, ActBlue (partly funded by George Soros) and the presidential bid of Bernie Sanders?

Why should she be more credible than the judge who has a lifetime of impeccable service?

Ford said the other boy jumped on top of Brett putting considerable weight on her and the two boys “scrapped with each other.” Wait, in middle of an attempted rape, with hormones raging, Brett allegedly interrupted his rape to tussle with a friend! Doesn’t pass the smell test.

USA Today reported that “more than 200 former students of the school signed a letter in support of Ford,” but the paper did not reveal that many of those people were at the school long after she was there. The article did not mention that of 65 female high school contemporaries of Kavanaugh’s signed a letter vouching for his integrity. Plus all the female law clerks that worked for the judge have vouched for his integrity and character.

A horrific thought: if Dr. Ford is telling the truth and can convince the committee of that then a sexual groper will return to the Circuit Court!

Come on, let’s have some transparency and accountability. Being a woman is not, absolutely not, enough reason to accept her word over Kavanaugh’s.

Senator Orrin Hatch suggested that maybe it is simply that Christine Blasey Ford, in her recollections, must be “mixed up.” It is reported that she passed a polygraph test given by “a former FBI agent” but I want to know more about that.

Even if she passed the polygraph test, that does not prove her accusations valid. She may honestly believe what she is saying is reality when it is not.

I’ve had some experience with being deceived. My daughter and I were alone one afternoon when I heard something break. I yelled, “Tammy, what happened?” What had happened was my small daughter broke an expensive vase I had purchased in Athens, Greece. She pretended she did not know what happened. “It just fell off the table,” she said. I can still see her standing in the door of my office with guilt all over her face. Like most people, she wanted to blame others instead of taking the responsibility. I have told that story all over the world, but it didn’t happen that way. It wasn’t Tammy; it was Suzan. Suzan is adamant that it was her not her younger sister who was the culprit.

However, I can clearly see Tammy in my doorway. I could pass a polygraph test; but it would still not make Tammy guilty or Suzan innocent. I have been wrong about that vase for 35 years until I was proved wrong. Doesn’t matter what a test might show. Whatever the test results, “It Ain’t Necessarily So!”

Same with Judge Kavanaugh.

The Senators should listen to Dr. Ford politely then vote to recommend to the full Senate that he be the ninth justice on the U. S. Supreme Court.

Even with the miniscule possibility that Kavanaugh is guilty which I admit could be true since everyone involved is human, he should still be on the highest court. After all, isn’t redemption possible anymore? Can’t a man see the error of his evil ways and change? Yes, but we are told that would mean we would have a liar on the U.S. Supreme Court! Big deal. You think the other eight are innocent?

Let’s stop the charade. Tammy didn’t do it; neither did Brett.

Former U. S. Supreme Court Justice Robert Jackson said about the Supreme Court’s authority, “We are not final because we are infallible; we are infallible because we are final.” That attitude is not only arrogant but audacious and asinine. However, the Supreme Court is not infallible (as only a fool would say) nor is it final (as only a fanatic would say). I remind you that their decisions are called, “opinions” and do not reach the level of the Ten Commandments–or even the Ten Recommendations. Same-sex “marriages” will continue to be abnormal, abominable, and aberrational even as shallow people applaud them.

Some have said, “The Court has spoken. That settles it.” Oh, really, what about Dred Scott? The Court, consisting of appointed, flawed individuals, has reversed itself over 200 times and it must be remembered that the Court is illegitimate when it usurps the position of legislatures. If the Court wants to write laws, they should resign, run for Congress, expose their financial souls and seek approval from the voters. The Justices are rogues in black robes drunk with power. The Court thinks it is omnipotent and omniscient and it seems to be almost omnipresent in our lives.

If laws that are contrary to the Constitution can be written by unelected officials then why do we have a Constitution? It means we are living under tyranny.

As a consequence of this opinion, everyone and all organizations will react. U.S. legislators must consider the “good behavior” clause in Article III, Section I of the Constitution that requires them to remove an erring justice from the court. That will happen when Hell has an enormous drop in temperature which can’t happen according to my theological beliefs. America will be free from the tyrants only when some of them reach room temperature.

State governors have an opportunity to affirm their sovereign authority and say, “We will not comply. You gave an opinion over something beyond your responsibility. We will not permit or give approval to behavior that is a threat to civilization. Same-sex ‘marriages’ will not be recognized in this state.” Then, the Court will charge the governors with contempt (which the governors will be guilty of as I am but I’m doing my best to conceal my contempt) and send U.S. Marshalls to arrest them. The governors can choose to use state troopers in their defense or choose not to do so. Bad position to be in but then no one asked for this except homosexuals and those whose highest ambition and reason for living is to satisfy homosexuals.

I don’t know what governors will do but I know what I will do and recommend other preachers do. I will not comply. I will live as if the decision was never made.

Pastors should inform everyone that they will never perform a same-sex “wedding.” Nor will the church ever be used for such activity. It is not enough for pastors not to perform such weddings; they must go on record of that decision.

Pastors should make it clear that unrepentant homosexuals will not be accepted as church members just as unrepentant fornicators, adulterers, thieves, abortionists, killers, and radical Liberals are rejected. Surely no pastor has to be convinced that he should never permit any secular authority to dictate to his church.

Pastors should prepare to lose the 501 (c) (3) tax status. Pastors have been negligent if they have not prepared church members for that event. The loss really should be no big deal since sincere Christians give 10 to 15 percent of their total income because they want to–not because of a tax advantage.

Preachers should continue to preach that homosexuality is perversion and if homosexuals do not repent they will be cast into Hell as will fornicators. At the same time the homosexual, like the adulterer, must understand that God loves him and is willing to forgive him at any time. And so is the church.

Pastors must warn members not to attend same-sex “marriages” of close friends or family members and refuse without alienating them if at all possible. With many, it will not be possible and the loss will be heartbreaking; however, any kind of approval will make one “a partaker of his evil deeds.”

Sunday school teachers and Christian school teachers should continue to teach that any sex outside of man-woman marriage is sinful requiring genuine repentance.

Christian colleges should continue to refuse homosexuals as students so housing for same-sex “couples” on their campus is a moot issue.

If the Court should rule that gun ownership was illegal or that freedom of the press was now illegal, would any sane person comply? It is ridiculous to suggest that the Court can write law as in this case and in the Obamacare case then declare that the newly written laws are constitutional! No one gave these birds such carte blanche authority.

In 1804, Jefferson wrote: “The opinion which gives to the judges the right to decide what laws are constitutional and what not, not only for themselves in their own sphere of action but for the Legislature and Executive also in their spheres, would make the Judiciary a despotic branch.” That’s where we are today: despots reign.

Abe Lincoln said in his First Inaugural Address “that if the policy of the Government upon vital questions affecting the whole people is to be irrevocably fixed by decisions of the Supreme Court, the instant they are made in ordinary litigation between parties in personal actions, the people will have ceased to be their own rulers, having to that extent practically resigned their Government into the hands of that eminent tribunal.”

In 1832, President Andrew Jackson’s contempt of the Court’s decision in Worchester v. Georgia was on full display when he allegedly replied, “John Marshall [Chief Justice] has made his decision; now let him enforce it!” He was acknowledging that the Court does not have an army to enforce its decisions although it does have a few U.S. Marshalls that can arrest offending individuals.

The Court Jesters have made their ruling, now let them try to force thinking and committed Americans to accept perversion as normal, natural, and noble.

Because of the failure of America’s Christians to impact the culture and impress upon the Supreme Court a sense of decency and law, we are about to see the equivalent of a world war: the clash between the nation and the churches. When the nation and faith have been in conflict, American Christians have often modified their faith rather than confront the authorities. This is not the time to modify anything. It is a time for courage, commitment, and confrontation.

Recently the U.S. Supreme Court declared, contrary to thousands of years of almost unanimous belief, that same-sex “marriage” was constitutional. Well, if everyone agrees that it is constitutional, it is a convoluted, controversial confrontation with a holy God who spoke authoritatively long ago. Moreover, all dedicated Christians who are more concerned about offending a sovereign God than offending pathetic pompous politicians and judges will disobey that illogical, illegitimate, and illegal ruling.

Here is one citizen who, on the first day it becomes illegal to preach that homosexuality is an abomination or that Islam is a politically protected religion, will preach on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court (or declare on a national television talk show) that the U.S. has overstepped its bounds and is a rogue government. Resistance may mean persecution, prosecution, and prison so I’ll have my toothbrush with me since I may be dragged off to jail. Maybe Christians should “fill the jails” in civil disobedience as they are obedient to the Bible.

Preachers and church leaders have been bowing before the golden calf of tax deduction for many years and the idolatry must stop. While no church should ever pay a tax to a government (since a sovereign never pays taxes to another sovereign), the personal tax deduction is not a biblical principle. Some churches have already repudiated their 501 (c) (3) status and are continuing without problems. Many nations don’t permit citizens to deduct gifts to their churches when figuring taxes and that policy hasn’t harmed churches. In fact, it liberates church leaders from bowing before the golden calf. Let’s stop all, and I mean all, tax deductions for all charitable (religious and secular) giving! No Christian should give because of a tax advantage anyway.

The Chinese philosopher Confucius (551-479 B.C.) and some of his disciples were expelled from one state and traveled to another, and came upon a woman weeping beside a newly dug grave. Confucius asked her why she wept, and she told him that a tiger had killed her husband, father-in-law, and now her only son. Confucius asked why she lived in such a dangerous place, and she replied, “Because there is no oppressive government here.” Walking away, Confucius told his disciples, “My children, remember that oppressive government is worse than a tiger.” That is one time that what “Confucius say” is what I say. Governments in Canada and the U.S. are getting more and more oppressive.

I’m not surprised at the arrogance of Canadian and American politicians and judges, but I am surprised at their lack of shame. Proponents of such laws strut through government buildings wearing jackboots and Canada and America are only a goose step away from the formation of miniature Mussolinis who will try to control all churches. Even those who reject 501(c) (3) will not be safe for long.

An old dog may not learn new tricks but a dedicated Christian can and should learn to do right rather than wrong. It’s a matter of the will not the mind. Maybe our failure is a result of a faulty mind and a feeble will.

No, church leaders must not always obey intrusive laws and it is time to fill the jails in peaceful protest. Like the Disciples in Acts, we must obey God rather than man.

Does a Christian business person have the right to choose whom he will serve? Most sane people will agree that no one has absolute rights. In this matter, both the owner and customer have rights, but which right is superior? If we eliminate the possibility of the owner using tax dollars to start the business, it becomes a little less confusing, less contentious as well as less conflicting. It is also to be understood that a customer has the opportunity to do business elsewhere since there are similar businesses available. And it isn’t a life and death matter.

The business owner takes a huge risk putting his own money into the business, working long hours, often without salary and the customer risks nothing. No one will argue that there are some legitimate restrictions: a bar does not have to serve a customer already drunk; nor will a store have to sell a butcher knife to a five-year-old who wanders in with a twenty-dollar bill. Alright, there are exceptions but what about homosexuals who want a Christian photographer to take pictures of their “wedding” or want a baker to make a cake for their wedding reception? That is a sticky wicket! There are similar cases on file of these conflicts; the most famous is the Christian couple in Oregon who got in legal trouble because they refused to bake a cake for two lesbians.

Customers discriminate (make choices) all the time so why not a business owner? The bakery sells to adulterers, homosexuals, tax cheats, etc., but will not bake a cake for a “gay” wedding. Obviously, they don’t hate gays since they sell them birthday cakes but not wedding cakes. The bakery owners do not support same-sex “marriage.” That is their right and responsibility as Christians. What if a pedophile group wants a cake for their annual bash promoting sex with kids? Motto: “Sex by eight or it’s too late.” This is not about a cake but forcing a perverted agenda on others just as the Supreme Court did. I would bake homosexuals a birthday cake but not a wedding cake. I would sell a cake to an abortionist but not to celebrate his 10th anniversary as an abortionist.

What about a Jewish baker refusing to make a cake for a meeting of holocaust deniers? How about a black baker who refuses to bake a cake for the KKK? Can a Muslim business refuse to serve a Jew, or a Muslim caterer refuse to provide pork for a Christian organization? How about a gun-hating baker refusing to bake a cake for a gun manufacturer’s annual party? What about a “gay” architect refusing to draw plans for a pro-family group? What about a radical leftist printing firm refusing to print material for an outspoken conservative cause?

My religious views do not end when they conflict with another person’s religious views. Of course, mine have priority! I can be flexible in some things but unbending in others. Only I can decide the difference. As an American, I can start a business and serve only people with red hair. Dumb but not wrong. Illegal but not immoral.

Homosexuals yell the loudest about freedom, tolerance, respect of others, yet they are the epitome of intolerance and hate when someone opposes them. The homosexual mafia, the attack dog of the LGBT lobby, demands tolerance and practices tyranny so how do you spell hypocrites: H o m o s e x u a l! A Christian couple refused to bake a cake because of religious beliefs and now they are picketed, persecuted, and could be prosecuted for their decision.

This comes from the 1964 Civil Rights Act that required a businessman to serve burgers to anyone. Any businessman whose business was started with any tax dollars is morally obligated to serve anyone; however, absent the tax support, a man could morally (but not legally) start a business and refuse to serve Blacks, Hispanics, Whites, Indians, and only serve bald dwarfs from Lithuania. He would not be in business long but that should be his right. The U.S. Congress overreached with the Civil Rights Act rightly giving legal rights to Blacks while wrongly removing basic business rights from Whites (maybe even bigoted, hateful, unreasonable rights). That part of the Act was troublesome, tragic and tyrannical.

I don’t support businesses that actively support “gay” rights such as Penny’s and Starbucks. When I think about buying a shirt at Penny’s or stopping at Starbucks, I take a deep breath, count to 10, and then have a sandwich at Chick-fil-A.

That is not bigotry but Bible! Not prejudice but principle! And if the Supreme Justices don’t like it, they can go jump in the lake.

I realize that my heading is sensational, shocking, and critics will say it is silly, but even if that is true, that would not make it imponderable, improbable, or impossible. Other nations have destroyed themselves by flaunting their wicked behavior in the face of God. Many Americans are experts at flaunting even as they profess motives of love, equality and justice. I suggest their motive is fear: fear of being laughed at; fear of being ostracized; fear of inadequate ability to defend the biblical position. So, it’s easier, and more popular, to go with the flow–even if it’s over Niagara.

It is shocking that any court, especially the U.S. Supreme Court would discuss, debate, and presume to decide same sex “marriage”! God decided it a long time ago! Even ten years ago the subject would not have been discussed in polite company, and anyone who predicted that homosexual “marriage” would be seriously discussed by sane people would have been hooted out of the market place of ideas.

Any day the highest court will decide the future of America; however, I don’t believe we have a future. The fact that same-sex “marriage” is before the court indicates our moral depravity, depression, and destiny. Disobedience to God is costly. I think payday is coming and the chickens are getting ready to roost.

I believe the above because as a nation we decided that we rejected the Bible as our standard and guide. We expelled God and the Bible from our schools making them incompetent nut factories. We have been killing innocent, helpless, unborn babies for decades even killing them after they survive abortion! The media have ridiculed genuine Christians for a generation, dismissing godly living, etc. Now we have national leaders, of both parties, who have endorsed and encouraged perversion. Maybe it would be helpful if I reminded everyone that God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah because of their evil activities.

The reason we are at this juncture is because the American people have rejected God’s standard so as to make decisions based on how they “feel” or “think” about something. When there is no absolute standard, anything can be affirmed, advocated, and approved. But where does it end? There are some things that are wrong if done by anyone, at any time, under any conditions. Murder, rape, perversion, cursing, thievery, and personal hate are always wrong. Same with drunkenness, abortion, and illegal drugs.

It matters not how one “feels,” “thinks,” or “believes.” Nor does it matter if some misfit, cowardly preacher gives such things a pass and seeks to make them “respectable.” No person on earth has the “right” to do those things even if they don’t believe in a Supreme Being. To say otherwise is to drive society to the place where “everyone did that which was right in his own eyes.” With the present debate about same-sex “marriage,” we are at that place.

Can anyone defend multiple wives or husbands; how about sex with children? How about sex with a favorite goat? Preachers of permissiveness ridicule those questions but they don’t reply to them! It matters not what I think or anyone else thinks but it sure matters what a holy, all powerful God thinks. And we will all stand before Him and give a personal account as to what we believed and how we lived. The Bible is the only safe, sure standard by which anyone can make a decision about any issue. To live any other way is anarchy and treason against God and the Bible.

When homosexual “marriage” becomes lawful (but never right) I wonder if the broadminded proponents will be broadminded and tolerant of preachers who refuse to marry Fred and Frank (and maybe Frick.) Will those paragons of equality support those churches that refuse to hire homosexuals as staff persons? Of course, they will not support resisting churches since most of proponents of perversion are hypocrites.

Therefore, those people who want to live without any restraints and support homosexuality proving their broadmindedness are defending the indefensible. They are defending a castle in ruins.

Apostles of permissiveness denounce marriage “inequality” not knowing that “inequality” came from God’s original creation as humanity was divided into separate but equal genders, man and woman. Earliest civilizations followed this pattern because it was best for society. Differences between man and woman will not go away just because some court changes some laws. And I will never adjust my convictions whatever the price, privation, pressure, persecution, or prosecution.

No Christian can choose to be exempt from this warfare and ever live in peace with his or her conscience. To acquiesce to unquestioned evil is a disgrace, disobedience, and disaster for the cause of Christ as well as the compromising person. Many Evangelicals, not wanting to “swim against the tide” of public opinion, have taken a cowardly stand; and others, including some Fundamentalists, are standing in safe shadows, having taken a vow of silence–at least on this “hot” issue.

In this case, it is so obvious that old-fashioned Christians are on the right side that it should not require any defense to thinking people. The real Christian realizes that personal honor is dearer than life itself. And personal honor is more important than receiving honors especially from a corrupt, compromising, and craven populous. Many silent preachers are not morally bad or scripturally deficient but are cowardly. Most people are afraid of someone or something. So many leaders live in fear and, on very controversial issues they stand silent in safe shadows or join the herd.

Martin Luther said, “If I profess with the loudest voice and clearest exposition every portion of the Word of God except precisely that little point which the world and the devil are at that moment attacking, I am not confessing Christ, however boldly I may be professing Him. Where the battle rages there the loyalty of the soldier is proved; and to be steady on all the battle front besides, is mere flight and disgrace if he flinches at that point.”

I stand with Luther and God. Pretty good company.
