In no particular order, I refuse to be vaccinated because:

The CDC admitted last week that the COVID deaths have been inflated, as CDC Director Robert Redfield said could happen back in August of 2020. We now know that health officials have identified on death certificates anyone dying with COVID symptoms listed as dying from COVID. This current CDC report says, “For over 5% of these deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned on the death certificate.”

The vaccine has not been tested for long-time side effects, so it is irresponsible to say it is “safe and effective.” It is disingenuous to make such an outrageous claim that is not supported with facts. No COVID-19 vaccine has been approved by the FDA, only given a temporary emergency approval.

When all other vaccines have taken many years to produce, we are expected to believe this rush job is “safe and effective,” even “rigorous”! Moreover, we still don’t have a vaccine for the common cold or AIDS, yet the four COVID vaccines were done in a few months.

No one on the face of the earth can accurately declare any vaccine is “safe” and “effective.” We now know that COVID vaccinations are not always safe since many people have died and others have experienced bad reactions. The CDC admitted on April 15, 2021, “5,800 fully vaccinated people have contracted the China coronavirus and 74 of them have died” in America. That doesn’t sound as if the vaccines are safe or effective. But what do I know? I’m only a lowly Ph.D. I wonder what the families of the dead vaccinated patients think about taking the risk with the jab.

Moreover, I suggest that there will be many thousands of dangerous delayed reactions in the next six months.

We are told that the negative reactions are minimal in the aggregate—only a handful, but it must be remembered that only a very few bad reactions are reported. However, why take the chance of permitting an unnecessary and potentially dangerous substance in your body?

I don’t believe in playing Russian roulette.

Every honest, sane person knows that anybody may react negatively to any shot, drug, medicine, peanuts, shellfish, etc. If your physician says otherwise, run from him/her as if your hair were on fire.

Health experts like Fauci tell us, “The vaccine is working as expected.” Not as I expected and not as the diseased, disabled, and deceased expected.

I also would not get a COVID vaccination because the Johnson and Johnson and AstraZeneca vaccines are using fetal cell lines, according to Dr. James Dobson.

I refuse to be vaccinated for COVID because the CDC admitted that a vaccinated person can still get COVID. Hey, I thought the reason for vaccinations was to keep me from getting infected.

I will not permit a COVID vaccination, even if required by federal or state law, because of very effective early treatment drugs such as Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and ivermectin. I have been taking HCQ for a few months as a prophylactic, and my longtime minor shoulder pain ceased within a week of taking two or three pills per week. I now take one HCQ, one azithromycin, and one zinc per week. Of course, each day I get plenty of sleep, lift weights, take a dose of colloidal silver, and take various supplements and have been for decades to keep a robust immune system.

I had to purchase HCQ from India, where it is an over-the-counter drug. It is also over-the-counter in most of Europe, New Zealand, Mexico, and most South American nations, and in 48 of the 54 countries of Africa. Evidently, it is not a “dangerous, very dangerous” drug, as my personal physician foolishly said. I know people in Africa who have taken HCQ for decades for malaria. One of my daughters took it for arthritis.

Wonder why no one made an issue of HCQ until Donald Trump recommended it? Non-thinking, herd-following physicians have denigrated HCQ because of politics, not because of science. It’s also interesting that on April 16, 2021, the FDA lifted restrictions on access to the abortion pill. A woman can have a teleconference with her physician and get the killer pill in the mail. But you can’t buy the safe, cheap, effective 70-year-old over-the-counter drug, HCQ!

Shocking, and it will be more than shocking when hundreds of thousands of people realize their relatives died needlessly.

I suggest my readers check out America’s Frontline Doctors – Restoring Peace and Protecting From Harm where 18 physicians defend HCQ for treatment of COVID-19 in its early stages. Many famous physicians have used this drug successfully without losing a COVID-19 patient!

Also, renowned epidemiologist Dr. Didier Raoult, leader of a French research team, administered HCQ and azithromycin to 80 patients and observed improvement in EVERY CASE except for a very sick 86-year-old with an advanced form of coronavirus infection.

The following intriguing report is by Harvey A. Risch, M.D., Ph.D., professor of epidemiology at Yale School of Public Health; most of this information was published in Newsweek on July 23, 2020:

“As professor of epidemiology at Yale School of Public Health, I have authored over 300 peer-reviewed publications and currently hold senior positions on the editorial boards of several leading journals. I am usually accustomed to advocating for positions within the mainstream of medicine, so have been flummoxed to find that, in the midst of a crisis, I am fighting for a treatment that the data fully support but which, for reasons having nothing to do with a correct understanding of the science, has been pushed to the sidelines. As a result, tens of thousands of patients with COVID-19 are dying unnecessarily. Fortunately, the situation can be reversed easily and quickly.

“I am referring, of course, to the medication hydroxychloroquine. When this inexpensive oral medication is given very early in the course of illness, before the virus has had time to multiply beyond control, it has shown to be highly effective, especially when given in combination with the antibiotics azithromycin or doxycycline and the nutritional supplement zinc.

“On May 27, I published an article in the American Journal of Epidemiology (AJE) entitled, ‘Early Outpatient Treatment of Symptomatic, High-Risk COVID-19 Patients that Should be
Ramped-Up Immediately as Key to the Pandemic Crisis.’ That article, published in the world’s leading epidemiology journal, analyzed five studies, demonstrating clear-cut and significant benefits to treated patients, plus other very large studies that showed the medication safety.

“Physicians who have been using these medications in the face of widespread skepticism have been truly heroic. They have done what the science shows is best for their patients, often at great personal risk. I myself know of two doctors who have saved the lives of hundreds of patients with these medications, but are now fighting state medical boards to save their licenses and reputations. The cases against them are completely without scientific merit.

“Since publication of my May 27 article, seven more studies have demonstrated similar benefit. In a lengthy follow-up letter, also published by AJE, I discuss these seven studies and renew my call for the immediate early use of hydroxychloroquine in high-risk patients. These seven studies include: an additional 400 high-risk patients treated by Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, with zero deaths; four studies totaling almost 500 high-risk patients treated in nursing homes and clinics across the U.S., with no deaths; a controlled trial of more than 700 high-risk patients in Brazil, with significantly reduced risk of hospitalization and two deaths among 334 patients treated with hydroxychloroquine; and another study of 398 matched patients in France, also with significantly reduced hospitalization risk. Since my letter was published, even more doctors have reported to me their completely successful use.”

That expert did not get his medical degree from the back of a cereal box. His experience is real, not theoretical like Dr. Tony Fauci (the king of flip-flop) and other political physicians.

The medical fanatics and other critics of HCQ always refer to a negative study known as the VA study showing hydroxychloroquine was ineffective; however, for political reasons, the study results are often quoted but not the fact that the protocols were not followed! The drug must be given early in the disease, along with azithromycin (or doxycycline) and zinc, to be a lifesaver for the elderly. In the VA study, the physicians waited until the Angel of Death was standing outside the patients’ rooms before the drug (alone) was finally administered.

Of course, it was a failed study, but then it was planned to fail. After all, there are billions of dollars of vaccines in the pipeline that must find lodging in healthy arms. Those who are aghast at my suggestion that any true scientist, especially in the medical health could be driven by money, ego, status, etc., should be dragged, kicking, and screaming into the real world. I have documented here and here and here many examples of medical fraud and incompetence at the CDC, NIH, etc.

Each person is responsible for their own life or the lives of their children, and it is outrageous and irresponsible for any “authority” to force you to get the jab. After all, haven’t we been told for decades about the principle of “choice”? If a woman has a right to kill her innocent and helpless baby, surely I have a right to refuse to have a potentially dangerous substance shot into my body.

Some say that she only endangers her baby while an infected person could endanger many others. However, she chooses to kill her baby while I may or may not infect others, and if I infect others, there is no certainty they will die. Plus, the baby is totally helpless while much of the public has been vaccinated, the alleged solution to health crises.

If perchance I should get the China coronavirus and die, I’m sure the medical fanatics and government tyrants will wave this column over my grave, but remember this; I will not apologize or recant a word of this column.

And if a member of my family goes weak, wobbly, whiny, and “woke” in a pathetic apology for my decision, remember that no one speaks for me but me. That includes now and forever.

Besides, I simply got to Heaven quicker than I expected, and threatening me with COVID is like threatening me with Heaven!

And there is no vaccine even for the common cold that’s been around for millennia.

If and when a vaccine is available, there are definite indications that everyone will be required to get it. Virginia has already made that decision. And that is the problem before us. After we live through the pandemic and the arguments about masks and lockdowns, now we face the most dangerous part of the battle—telling the do-gooders what they can do with the vaccine.

Mr. Trump will make the biggest mistake of his presidency if he tries to force every American to accept the jab. Trump declared, “Our military is now being mobilized so at the end of the year we’re going to be able to give it to a lot of people very, very rapidly.” Well, Mr. Trump, to quote Samuel Goldwyn, “include me out.” Forced vaccination for the Chinese coronavirus will be divisive, dangerous, and deadly!

And dumb.

I heard Trump say that the vaccination would not be required, but I don’t trust his health advisors at the federal health agencies. Those agencies are snake pits of corruption run by political hacks with medical degrees. None have ever looked a COVID-19 patient in the eye, and few have ever looked a patient in the eyes.

I wonder if Mr. Trump will assure Americans that we will not experience the following for not getting vaccinated: will we be safe from losing a job; losing our insurance or Medicare; have our children taken from us; or be required to have some identification to permit us to buy or sell?

The World Health Organization (WHO) has an Immunization Agenda 2030, in which they’re planning to vaccinate everyone for everything across the globe: “IA 2030 envisions a world where everyone, everywhere, at every age, fully benefits from vaccines to improve health and well-being.”

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is the biggest funder of the WHO, and Gates intends to vaccinate the global population against COVID-19.

Many federal health officials’ eyes glaze over when they think and speak of financial benefits for COVID-19 research and treatment. Hospitals have been making huge profits from Medicare patients, as revealed by Senator Scott Jensen, Republican from Minnesota, on Fox News. He reported that hospitals are paid more if Medicare patients are listed as having the Chinese coronavirus and three times the normal price if they are put on a ventilator. This is what prompted the minor scandal recently when so many hospitals were listing suicide, heart deaths, etc., as COVID-19 deaths. One man died in an auto accident, another died of a heart attack, another died of gunshot wounds, yet all three were listed as having COVID-19.

Follow the money; after all, it’s yours.

However, it is not only local hospitals reaping the profits of death but federal health officials who are embedded with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the National Institutes for Health (NIH), and the World Health Organization (WHO). The CDC is the federal agency responsible for directing, developing, and deciding on safety and efficacy. In simple terms: does it work, is it safe, and is it really necessary?

And, in a jaded moment, I will suggest that another prerequisite is that it must be expensive. The history of vaccines and drugs has revealed that safety and effectiveness are sometime disregarded, but they are always expensive.

It is a fact known by all informed people that all drugs and vaccines are not safe for everyone. Many people have died or been harmed for life because of a bad reaction to drugs or vaccines. No health expert on earth will guarantee you that you will be safe by getting a vaccination. Drug and vaccine manufacturing companies are protected by law from being held legally accountable for any harmful reactions. Wonder why that is true if they are safe. A firm that needs such protection does not overwhelm me with confidence.

Moderna has been developing a COVID-19 vaccine with hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of help from the federal government. Moderna received a $483 million award from U.S. taxpayers in April, and the award could eventually be “worth about a billion.”

There is already a safe and effective treatment for the Chinese coronavirus, specifically, Hydroxychloroquine known as HCQ combined with azithromycin and zinc. To be effective, the patients must be in the early stage of the disease. Many physicians have treated hundreds of patients, many of them with additional health problems, with outstanding success. One Texas doctor has treated almost 400 patients with HCQ and has not lost a patient! Another physician has treated more than 700 patients and only lost one patient. The drug is sold over the counter in some nations and has been used safely for more than 65 years.

So, why isn’t every physician prescribing HCQ to COVID-19 patients? Dr. Fauci says that it has not had supervised clinical trials. Wait a minute. Many doctors who deal with dying patients are using it successfully. Well, yes, but the CDC doesn’t have a patent on the drug. Could that be the motive for Dr. Fauci to ridicule it at every opportunity? Moreover, Dr. Fauci and other critics have never treated a Chinese coronavirus patient.

Fauci has recommended the very expensive remdesivir drug owned by Gilead Sciences. It is declared that Fauci and the CDC have no financial interests in that company, and that may be true. However, could Fauci and the CDC downplay other drugs because they have put everything on the expected vaccine? And will any federal health agency or person have any financial benefit from its sale? Wow, that could be billions of dollars; and maybe as important, a Nobel Prize for Dr. Fauci.

The global vaccine market is showing some escalating growth, and it is expected that it will reach total revenues of nearly 60 billion U.S. dollars this year. Some of that will reach the hands of federal health officials who sit in judgment as to whether it is safe and effective! In 2016, the CDC made 137.8 million from royalty income. In total, 56 individual patents were found to be owned or shared by one or more members of the committees within the CDC. I believe that is called a conflict of interest.

If force is used to vaccinate everyone, it will make criminals out of Trump’s best supporters and may put some of us in jail. One of my readers said if Trump’s federal troops try to force him to be injected with mercury, he will inject the injecter with lead. Both mercury and lead are lethal. Forced vaccinations mean many will be shot, really shot!

Since I believe the vaccine may be worse than the disease, I will refuse to be vaccinated, although I’m convinced Trump’s advisors will recommend draconian measures to force me (in a free society) to capitulate. I would not even consider getting vaccinated if I were given the right answers to these questions: does the vaccine contain mercury, formaldehyde, or any human cells? What evidence is available that it will work? What proof is there to know it is safe? What are the full results of the tests? If you have a negative reaction such as being paralyzed, who pays, and how much? Why can’t we have religious objections since they are available in other matters?

I hope Mr. Trump will promise not to force free citizens to have a chip implanted or number tattooed on the hand or forehead.

USA Today even mocked the President declaring, “Coronavirus treatment: Dr. Donald Trump peddles snake oil and false hope.” No, the peddlers of snake oil, that includes most of the mainstream media, have been proved again to be blind, benighted bigots desperately supporting a failed political candidate, a false political philosophy, and a fake political objectivity.

The new study is additional proof that corruption at the CDC and NIH is deep and wide. That would almost always be true when piles of money in research funds, federal grants, personal gifts, royalties, and patent rights are involved. Interwoven in all this are egos, reputations, and fear of exposure. Even highly educated people lose control when they are threatened with a loss of salary, subsidies, and status.

President Trump should look at the inner sanctum of the CDC and all its affiliates and fire incompetents, grafters, and opportunists. He should look at all contracts each employee has with any university, clinic, hospital, or research group. He should have each employee disclose all past agreements or gifts, salary, expenses, or benefits of any kind from any pharmaceutical company.

Dr. Tony Fauci is the face of U.S. disease control, and recent events suggest he peddles hokum using scientific jargon. As a health expert, he has as much credibility as Jerry Springer. As a reliable health spokesman, he flashed, he floundered, he flopped. And unemployed Americans have picked up the tab for his mistakes.

In January, Fauci told us that the U.S. “did not have to worry” and the coronavirus was “not a major threat.” Then he said, it was “a bad flu.” On March 20, he corrected Trump on national television for saying hydroxychloroquine was a “fairly effective” treatment because “it was never done in a clinical trial.” Two weeks later the treatment was deemed the “most highly rated treatment” by more than 6,000 international doctors.

It is most interesting that when the critics disparage hydroxychloroquine, they cite studies that did not follow the protocols. If the treatment is used at the first symptoms, it has been 100% successful in treating about 500 coronavirus patients, according to Dr. Vladimir Zelenko in March. Zelenko said, “We have had ZERO deaths, ZERO hospitalizations, and ZERO intubations. In addition, I have not heard of any negative side effects other than approximately 10% of patients with temporary nausea and diarrhea.”

The patients received hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day for 5 days, azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days, and zinc sulfate 220mg once a day for 5 days. With no deaths.

This seems simple. If you want an effective COVID-19 treatment, then follow the proven protocols. If you want to bash Trump and see more people die, do the studies, but don’t follow the proven protocols. You can still say, “we’ve done the hydroxychloroquine treatment without any success,” but don’t reveal that you did not treat patients early in their disease and didn’t use azithromycin and zinc.

After all, you may be a bigot, a hater, and a Democrat, but you aren’t stupid.

But let’s go back to Fauci. He told us on February 29 that malls, movies, and gyms were acceptable and on March 9, cruises were safe. On April 15, he suggested that sexual hookups via the internet were acceptable!

Fauci and Birx used the Imperial College Model to convince Trump to close down the U.S. economy. Everyone now knows the Imperial College model was a total fraud, and the cure (closing down the economy) was worse than the disease threat.

Remember, people will do almost anything when their salary, subsidies, and status are threatened.

A friend of mine is a Harvard-trained lawyer who wrote to me in response to one of my recent columns. He exposed a “symbiotic relationship” between Emory University (in Atlanta) and the CDC. It seems some of the scientists were working both sides with generous salaries or grants. That has been going on for decades in many universities where professors do non-work in return for generous grants or salaries. That is similar to physicians who write (or put their names on research papers) and get them published in a medical journal for a fee. That would be in the same category as physicians who receive exotic vacations to “lecture” at annual events at vacation hot spots with accompanying fees and expenses.

The above are standard operating procedures for scientists in many professional disciplines. It is considered the way to do business; after all, one must remain friends with editors, publishers, and commercial companies and do a great deal of back-scratching. And back-scratching is far more pleasant if done on one of the Greek islands, a Black Sea resort, or a week in the Cayman Islands.

My friend reported a case where the NIH “granted liberal awards in research to Wayne State University (in Detroit) that was “bull…. research, going nowhere and pretending to go through the paces.”

There are numerous examples of forged or fallacious or fuzzy research in many fields of science—so-called—but those are rarely exposed in the scientific journals.

Furthermore, Big Pharma carries a big stick in the halls of Congress, and any member who even looks kindly at an anti-vaccine lobbyist (or even a photo of Robert Kennedy, Jr.) gets whacked over the head.

Nothing must limit the sale of vaccines or suggest any hanky-panky down in Atlanta by the boys in white coats. After all, when one gets his or her doctorate and is ordained by the medical brotherhood into the inner sanctum of a federal health position, they receive medical sainthood while still alive. He or she can do no wrong, and if they do, they may be examined, then excused, and exonerated. After all, it could be dangerous to their system if a wrongdoer is punished since everyone knows where the bodies are buried.

Maybe a slap on the wrist.

So, seldom do heads roll, and the grants, generous salaries, and national reputations continue, even blossom during times of pandemic. Americans hang on every word of Fauci, Birx, Redfield, and Associates when, in my opinion, they should be making license plates.

The CDC hypes, even inflates, the number of infections and deaths by various diseases then encourages governments to purchase a considerable amount of vaccines on which the CDC owns patents. You might think they would not be so obviously mercenary and brash. However, the Natural News quoted the AP to that effect: “The Associated Press (AP) explains in a recent report how the CDC uses these and other wildly inaccurate calculations to push its own agenda, which usually involves scaring governments into buying more emergency medications and vaccines to prevent what is commonly hyped as the potential for widespread disease and death.”

Just one of many examples of shameless profiteering took place not long ago by the top honcho at the CDC, Dr. Julie Gerberding, who became Director in 2002. Forbes magazine listed her 32nd among The World’s 100 Most Powerful Women in 2007 and 24th in 2008. She made the list in 2009 but failed to make it in 2010 and the following years.

Dr. Gerberding was the Director of the CDC when the MMR vaccine fraud took place from 2002 to 2009. It seems Dr. Gerberding looked at the charges against the CDC of covering up a vaccine-autism connection relating to the MMR vaccine made by Merck Pharmaceutical. She looked behind the curtain and basically said, “Nope, nobody there.” As Hogan’s Hero Sergeant Shultz would say, “There was nothhhhhing to it.” The MMR vaccine was safe for young children.

After giving the vaccine a pass, she left the CDC in 2009 and became President in 2010 with—you won’t believe this—the maker of the MMR vaccine, Merck’s vaccine division. After leaving the CDC, she sold about half her Merck stock options for almost $10 million. She sold more Merck stock in 2016 for a total of over $16 million but retained Merck stock worth about $9 million.

Inquiring minds want to know if Julie was hired at a very generous salary and benefits as a payoff for her favorable decision dealing with Merck’s MMR vaccine. That’s an example of the “famous revolving door” effect.

At Trump’s March 20 daily report of the pandemic, Dr. Fauci ridiculed the effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine. Is it because he has delusions of a future “Fauci vaccine” for the Chinese coronavirus dancing in his head? Surely, he would not be so crass, cruel, and classless.

President Trump was right again about hydroxychloroquine, and the experts at the CDC and NIH all have egg on their faces.

The federal health system needs Trump’s attention the way an innocent baby needs attention every few hours, and I don’t mean their need for food. To jump to a different metaphor, Trump needs to clean out the stables at the CDC.

A good start will be to tell Dr. Fauci, “You’re Fired.”

Intellectually speaking, that is hogwash, balderdash, and a generous portion of baloney.

This, and other columns, will hold officials’ feet to the fire at the CDC, NIH, NIAID, and the WHO since taxpayers fund most of their nonsense.

The WHO initially recommended that people with the Chinese coronavirus symptoms avoid ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, and others) but has since reversed that advice, and health experts now generally say most coronavirus patients can use either acetaminophen or ibuprofen to treat fevers. Experts should be slow to speak authoritatively.

Guidelines, coming out of the WHO, recommend that children aged 0-4 be taught about “masturbation” and “gender identity.” Kids are to be given “information about enjoyment and pleasure when touching one’s body. Children ages 4-6 years old are to receive “information about same-sex relationships” and “help children develop respect for different norms regarding sexuality.” But, is that topic a part of the job description of any federal health official? If so, why?

That is confusion.

President Trump should deny any funds to that corrupt world organization, including its pappy, the United Nations.

Since there is no endless supply of funds, the U.S. should be more cautious in dispensing our tax dollars around the world and across the fruited plain.

Why is much more money going to fund AIDS research each year when that virus kills fewer Americans than diabetes, Alzheimer’s, etc.? In 2017, for example, 5,698 people died of AIDS. But 55,000 died of the flu. Could it be that people with other diseases need an aggressive lobby in Washington, maybe like the homosexual lobby, to promote their cause? This inequity is even more indefensible when you realize the most AIDS carriers contracted that disease through willful, wild, even wicked behavior such as perverted sex, fornication, prostitution, and/or illegal drug use?

The CDC is the largest buyer of vaccines ($4 billion each year) yet oversees the safety of those products! Conflict of interest there? Moreover, the CDC holds 56 vaccine patents. Dr. Brian Hooker, Robert Kennedy, Jr., and others assert the CDC is “a vaccine company.” A corrupt vaccine company.

Of that, there is no doubt as proven by a senior CDC scientist who confessed, “We scheduled meeting to destroy vaccine-autism study documents.” What! No way, because the vaccine-autism connection is no longer an issue since Dr. Andrew Wakefield, who promoted that possibility in an infamous 1998 Lancet article, was crucified, then drawn and quartered, and his ashes burned outside the office of Lancet decades ago by objective, fair-minded fellow-doctors! Or something like that.

But, it seems the vaccine-autism connection has not been resolved. After getting mandated vaccinations, many normal children had their lives completely altered, even destroyed within the following days. Post-vaccination, they never speak, or make eye contact, run in circles, play with a piece of cardboard, and spend their days lining up objects on the floor. But the myth goes on and on.

During a CDC vaccine-autism study in 2004, it seems deception was committed, as revealed when a current CDC senior research scientist Dr. William Thompson publicly admitted fraud in 2014. Dr. Thompson confessed that he, and his coauthors, committed research fraud during that study! He admitted in phone calls with Dr. Brian Hooker that the CDC was “throwing evidence into the garbage.” (Hooker’s son had received the shot years earlier and displayed symptoms of autism in a few days.)

The alleged fraud was that there was an increased risk for autism when the MMR vaccine was given to black males before 36 months of age, and the CDC scientists tried to cover-up that possibility. Thompson was referring to a study published in the Journal of Pediatrics in 2004 when he said, “I believe we intentionally withheld controversial findings from the final draft of the Pediatrics paper.”

Dr. Thompson says the study co-authors “scheduled a meeting to destroy documents related to the study. The remaining four co-authors all met and brought a big garbage can into the meeting room, and reviewed and went through all the hardcopy documents that we had thought we should discard, and put them into a huge garbage can.”

Surely, this public confession was all that was necessary to initiate an uproar in America with a demand for a major congressional investigation. No, not even a whimper except Florida Congressman Bill Posey. Posey, by the way, is not anti-vaccine but very pro-vaccine, but in this day, anyone who is even willing to talk about the subject is projected by the radical leftwing media as being a rightwing fanatic anti-vaxxer. That way, no one expects them to be objective or even deal with the issue fairly.

Snopes, that paragon on virtue and defender of the un-American way, assured everyone that the main point was not about corruption at the CDC but whether collected data actually proves that the MMR vaccine produces “a 340% increased risk of autism in African-American boys?” As usual, Snopes was wrong.

That is the issue—pervasive corruption.

We will continue to discuss, dissect, and debate the vaccine-autism connection until there are no more questions about it. Still, the issue is about corruption at the organization, funded by taxpayers. Now, these board-certified scientists have so much power over our lives that they can effectively shut down America even though their knowledge of the economy, effects of lockdowns, and the societal impact would fit into the navel of a flea.

Three of the other study authors—Frank DeStefano, Marshalyn Yeargin-Allsopp, and Coleen Boyle—are still with the CDC, and Tanya Bhasin has moved on. Why didn’t heads roll into a basket when such untruthfulness, unlawfulness, and unprofessionalism happened at a federal agency? Why aren’t all these CDC scientists sweeping the floors on the night shift?

It is incomprehensible that major scientists sat around a garbage can in a federal office and destroyed government documents to cover their mistakes, misconduct, and malfeasance. I can’t imagine that, but then I can’t imagine Bruce Jenner pretending to be a woman, Mitt Romney pretending to be a Republican, Stacey Abrams pretending to be governor of Georgia and Joe Biden pretending to be alive.

There is systemic corruption in our federal health system.

But it got worse. The confusion and corruption morphed into a conspiracy.

A group of at least a dozen concerned, committed, and courageous CDC scientists calling themselves SPIDER (Scientists Preserving Integrity, Diligence and Ethics in Research) admitted that a criminal conspiracy exists at the CDC. Their August 29, 2016, astounding statement says, “We are a group of scientists at CDC that are very concerned about the current state of ethics at our agency. It appears that our mission is being influenced and shaped by outside parties and rogue interests. It seems that our mission and Congressional intent for our agency is being circumvented by some of our leaders.”

Wow, insurrection is in the air. Leaders must beware.

The CDC scientists continued, “What concerns us most is that it is becoming the norm and not the rare exception. Some senior management officials at CDC are clearly aware and even condone these behaviors. Others see it and turn the other way. Some staff are intimidated and pressed to do things they know are not right. We have representatives from across the agency that witness this unacceptable behavior. It occurs at all levels and in all of our respective units…We are asking that you do your part to help clean up this house!”

These CDC scientists corroborate the explosive findings in the documentary film Vaxxed as they continually drive the point home with various statements throughout their public statement as follows. “[S]taff are intimidated and pressed to do things they know are not right…Data were clearly manipulated in irregular ways…this ‘climate of disregard’ puts many of us in difficult positions…We are often directed to do things we know are not right….The lack of respect for science and scientists that support CDC’s legacy is astonishing.”

The SPIDER scientists were critical concerning the lack of overview of the CDC’s willful corruption and fraud involving the Wise Woman Program. “There was a coordinated effort by that Center to ‘bury’ the fact that screening numbers for the WW program were misrepresented in documents sent to Congress; screening numbers for 2014 and 2015 did not meet expectations despite a multimillion dollar investment; and definitions were changed and data ‘cooked’ to make the results look better than they were.”

It seems the CDC does not stand by its pledge “To base all public health decisions on the highest quality scientific data, openly and objectively derived.”

According to the twelve clearly discouraged, dissatisfied, and disgruntled SPIDER scientists, the CDC kept the issues and research fraud in-house to protect the CDC while describing how the incident was handled.

Meanwhile, the British Medical Journal (BMJ) pointed out that the fox was appointed to guard the chicken house. It appears that some pharmaceutical companies involved in the production and marketing of antiviral drugs provided funding to the CDC Foundation to support qualitative research into influenza prevention and treatment messaging. So, the makers of vaccines and drugs sent truckloads of dollars to the CDC, who was to make the final decision as to approval or disapproval of those drugs!

The BMJ reported that although the CDC employed “the rhetoric of science, the studies underlying the policy are often of low quality, and do not substantiate officials’ claims. The [flu] vaccine might be less beneficial and less safe than has been claimed, and the threat of influenza appears overstated.”

Their assessment seems to be that the CDC has been overselling an under-effective product to make a boatload of bucks. Some would say it could be classified as a form of prostitution.

It looks like all the farmers of the world have been wrong: the fox and chickens can live together in harmony.

I think it’s time to kill some foxes, but that is only another mild opinion of someone who really likes chicken.

No doubt, many dedicated people work at the CDC; however, flawed people often become corrupted people when there is a threat to their status, their salary, and their success. This column and future columns will look closely at that possibility with federal health officials.

An attorney friend of mine who is a Harvard-trained Christian activist (not many around anymore) sent me a revealing email in response to one of my recent columns. He sued a Michigan hospital and the Centers for Disease Control on behalf of a female nurse who was fired by a Michigan hospital for declining to take a series of flu vaccinations. Her refusal was based on religious and health reasons.

She charged that the hospital, state health officials, and the CDC did not “fully disclose dangers, per Informed Consent rules.” She maintained that she had a right to be fully informed about the risks and side effects of the flu vaccine. That was not done.

The CDC estimates up to 35 million people contract the flu each year, and up to 700,000 will end up in the hospital. Moreover, “An estimated 12,000 to 56,000 people die each year from the virus.” However, another report reveals, “the highest annual average [death] toll was 48,614” in 2003-4. The numbers from 2017-2018 are “45 million infections, 810,000 hospitalizations, and 61,000 deaths” in America.

As to the vaccine’s effectiveness, a 2019 National Public Radio report reveals, “The vaccine’s ability to prevent flu cases last year hovered around 44 percent overall; it was about 59 percent effective in young children and just 16 percent in adults over 65.” You can get much better odds in Las Vegas.

Now you know why health care workers, as well as this writer, adamantly refuse to get a flu shot.

Everyone knows that some people are allergic to some vaccines; other patients may be recovering from an illness and too weak for foreign objects to be injected into a compromised body. We are assured that maybe one in a million will die of the flu shot, and others will be disabled while still others may suffer after-effects for months. However, if I am the one in a million, the odds don’t matter. I’m still dead. I don’t like the odds.

Health officials tell us that one possible problem with flu shots is the Gullian-Barre Syndrome (GBS) which results in 13% deaths and 20% or more disabilities with the inability to work for a year because of the syndrome. One does not know if he or she will die from a shot or be incapacitated or simply be uncomfortable for a few days. Does the individual take that risk, or does the all-powerful state decide that important personal decision?

No one on the face of the earth can guarantee the safety of any medicine or vaccination. A person must have the right to decide for himself or herself or their child as to what is put in their bodies. After all, anything can go wrong, and the law protects the vaccine maker and the health official who injects the victim—or patient if you insist.

Laws in all states require numerous vaccinations before a child can enter school, and many of those shots are mandated at an early age—the flu shot now given at six months! Moreover, multiple shots for childhood diseases are given at one time. Few ask if the child has been sick or is allergic to anything, nor do they inform parents of the vaccine’s ingredients. Few notify the parent of the risks and his or her legal rights for compensation if an injection goes awry.

Dr. Sherri J. Tenpenny reminds us that vaccine injuries are “rare,” but few reactions are accepted by the CDC as being caused by vaccines. They always look for other reasons, according to Tenpenny, to keep the numbers down, and if a vaccine is not on this list, it will not be permissible to sue for compensation. In a private letter, Dr. Tenpenny quotes the CDC Pink Book, “[M]any temporally associated adverse events probably represent background illness rather than illness caused by the vaccine.” If a child has an adverse reaction to the DTaP shot and has brain swelling within three days of the shot, a parent can sue; however, if the symptoms start on the fourth, fifth, or sixth day, there is no resort in the courts. Many times a physician illegally refuses to inform the CDC of any vaccine reactions.

Vaccine refusers are ridiculed and characterized as rebels, lawbreakers, and know-nothings who need to be dragged, kicking and screaming, into the 21st century. I’m not going. I have a civil, human, religious, and legal right to decide what goes into my body. Thugs, tyrants, and totalitarians tell me I don’t. Most states have removed religious and philosophical reasons for refusing vaccinations, keeping only medical ones.

However, those same people tell me that a fornicating woman has a right to chop up, poison, or rip an unwanted child out of her womb, but I can’t decide what goes into my body.

That is atrocious!

We are told that an American has a right to decide to blow out his brains or to take a simple pill and go quickly and quietly into the dark night of eternity. He or she has a right to die but does not have a right to refuse a shot that may kill or injure him.

That is abhorrent!

We are told a boy, pretending to be a girl, against the wishes of a parent, has a right to take body-changing hormones, and have various organs chopped off, followed by further physical and emotional mutilations. But he does not have a right to refuse a shot.

That is appalling!

But the shot must go on. After all, very big bucks are involved. Plus, petty tyrants don’t like to hear the word no from their subjects.

Ordinary, decent people can disagree about vaccinations as to the age and health of the recipient, the number of shots given at once, the vaccine ingredients, reasons for refusing the shot, etc.; however, no sane person can agree with the legitimacy of a shot being forcibly administered. Now, a short dude (not referring to Dr. Fauci) in a fancy uniform, a funny mustache, and a foreign accent might argue such a case, but no rational person would do so.

My former lung specialist always closed our appointment with chart in hand as he smilingly said, “I assume you’ve already had your flu shot”—knowing for years my decision not to get shot. My current specialist doesn’t even ask the question.

ABC News reported on January 3, 2012, about Indiana University Health Goshen Hospital firing eight employees, “including at least three veteran nurses, after they refused mandatory flu shots.”

The hospital said they were concerned about “patient safety based on recommendations from the American Medical Association, the American Nurses Association, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.” The hospital said 95 percent of their 26,000 employees statewide complied with the order. The math reveals that 1,300 employees did not comply, but only eight were fired. No reason was given. Why the erratic treatment?

Dr. William Schaffner, chair of preventive medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., said, “I cannot think of a reason for any health care professional to decline influenza immunization that’s valid.” Well, this is America, and each person should have the right to choose what goes into his or her body.

Or, maybe shot-decliners simply want to take a stand for their own independence and tell arrogant authorities and employers that the patient will make their own health decisions. It might be a religious objection. Or, maybe they are concerned about some of the vaccine’s ingredients such as mercury, formaldehyde, aborted baby material, etc.

Physicians and nurses are supposed to follow the first rule of medicine: “First, do no harm,” but they defend forcibly injecting a patient with a Jim Jones Kool-Aid concoction blended and produced by Jim Jones and Associates.

Final thought: since health experts can be (but are not always) lazy, stressed, angry, incompetent, dishonest, or arrogant pains in the posterior, you must take care of your health and always get a second or even third opinion.

I am pro-choice when it comes to vaccinations since it is my body or the body of my child. After all, if a woman has the right to choose to kill her unborn child then I have a right to choose not to have my child vaccinated since many health professionals consider shots dubious, dangerous, even disastrous.

Frankly there appears to be hysteria even missionary zeal on both sides of the vaccine issue. It seems to be a medical reaction whereby screaming at opponents closes the hearing canal rendering one deaf but not dumb! Moreover, there are experts on both sides of this issue and for establishment physicians to characterize anti-vaccine people as quacks is unfair, untrue, and unprofessional. It’s also unnecessary.

Parents should be aware that all medical people are not excited about vaccinations; in fact some are very critical. Furthermore, it is parents (not physicians) who should decide what is best for their children.

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) passed a resolution at their 57th Annual Meeting calling for the elimination of laws that require vaccinations for children. According to Jane M. Orient, M.D., the association’s Executive Director, “Our children face the possibility of death or serious long-term adverse effects from mandated vaccines that aren’t necessary or that have very limited benefits.” That was a courageous statement from a medical professional group! However, her critics stoop to accusations of quackery rather than provide a rational reply.

Let me remind my readers that the medical establishment should not throw stones (or smears) with their spotty historical record. These were the people who ridiculed citrus as a cure for the deadly disease of scurvy when every sailor in the western world knew the curative benefits since before 1700. Dr. James Lind, a ship’s surgeon discovered that when a ship’s crew drank lime juice, scurvy was never a problem. By the end of the century all British sailors ate the fruit or drank lime juice. That is why British sailors have since been known as “limeys.”

As early as 1498 Vasco da Gama sent a man to “bring off a supply of oranges” for his men suffering from scurvy. However, many physicians refused the new information for decades preferring to stay with the old, unsuccessful treatment. Nutrition Reviews (Vol. 67(6):315–332) reveals that “most physicians ignored this lay therapy in favor of ancient theories and useless polypharmacy.”

Further proof that the medical establishment refused to surrender old failures for new facts is the famous case of Dr. Ignaz Semmelweis who proved in 1847 that if physicians simply washed their hands after handling the dead (before examining pregnant women) the death rate would plummet. Physicians fought and resisted his instructions. In fact, Semmelweis became insane because of the ill treatment received from his peers, was confined to a mental institution where he was beaten by guards, and died at age 47 a few days after admission!

Many physicians and health care workers still refuse to wash their hands!

I would be remiss if I did not remind you of the U.S. Public Health Service’s infamous Tuskegee Syphilis Study in Tuskegee, Alabama between 1932 and 1972. It involved 600 black men, 399 with syphilis and 201 were disease-free. Each participant received free health care, free food, and free burial but were not even told they had the disease! By 1947 penicillin was common treatment for syphilis yet the carriers were not treated! Wonder if the medical establishment would have done that if the men had been white? Yes, that is a legitimate use of the race card!

However, let me say that to investigate an issue we must follow the inexorable rule: follow the money, honey. That is the first step in any investigation. Billions of dollars are involved with physicians, public health officials, and pharmaceutical companies who manufacture the many vaccines. I am not suggesting that everyone involved is motivated by money instead of the health of children, but those who refuse to consider the possibility of greed are very naïve people whose mail should be addressed to the local cave.

I’m pro-choice about vaccinations but most health professionals are pro-cash.

If the corruption charges are true as preliminary facts appear to support, the explosion will be nuclear! The CDC’s historic reaction to criticism has been to mock, malign, and manipulate while staying far from the truth. The obvious truth is that an increasing number of children are afflicted with autism and other neurological disorders. Moreover, a whistleblower at the CDC has admitted he lied along with other authors in a CDC study that was cooked to assure parents that there is no connection with early MMR vaccinations and autism. The study actually revealed that there is danger is such vaccinations!

The fallout, when the explosion occurs, will mean disgrace, loss of jobs, and maybe pokey time for top scientists! Almost everyone reacts the same in such circumstances: hunker down–deny, defer, deviate, and distort. Do anything to obfuscate the truth.

This is not a new issue. A longtime friend of mine and former, powerful U.S. Congressman held hearings on the subject of childhood vaccinations in 2001 and 2002 and internationally exposed the issue. He told the media and the members of his committee of his own once healthy grandson, who, following multiple shots ran in circles, banged his head on furniture, screamed for hours, and refused to speak or look anyone in the eye. Many experts also testified of their experiences with vaccinations and autism. Congressman Burton is a hero to all parents with autistic children.

I wrote a lengthy article in 2006 titled “Should Children be Vaccinated?” that dealt with the charge that vaccinations, especially the MMR and all mercury-laden vaccines could be the cause of autism and other neurological disorders in babies. I did not tell parents to refuse vaccinations but to know the facts and ask some questions of their pediatrician. But then, most physicians don’t want to be questioned about anything and most patients are afraid to ask, let alone demand, anything from medical personnel.

My concern was not to be critical of vaccinations per se but to ask some pertinent questions: does the vaccine contain mercury and can small children’s fragile system handle many powerful shots? I contended that “too much too soon” can destroy some children. Not all children are at risk but many are. Are the children sick? Have they been sick recently? Have they had reactions to previous shots? Is their immune system weak? Do they have allergies?

The issue still is: does the MMR vaccination in young children result in autism and other diseases? The charge is that the three-shot “jabs” resulted in autism among black children. The CDC and their lackeys at the major pharmaceutical companies declared authoritatively “No.” But then what would you expect?

The whistleblower and others declare that the CDC’s actions are duplicitous, dangerous, even deadly. And innocent children are paying the price. Furthermore, the CDC has deliberately cooked the books to continue increasing the number of “required” vaccinations of helpless children.

It is interesting that the CDC motto is “To save lives and protect” and there is no doubt that they have done much good in some areas of health. However, government funding is limited and many billion-dollar pharmaceutical companies are willing to pour billions of dollars into research (as long as it isn’t critical of their drugs) and to hire retiring CDC officials, so the farce goes on and on. One example is Dr. Julie Gerberding who was director of the CDC and is now President of Merck’s vaccine division. Sounds like shocking, scandalous, and sordid incest to me!

To those who affirm that no federal agency could be so careless, calloused, and corrupt, I remind them of the infamous Tuskegee syphilis study that our government conducted on black men from 1932 to 1972. Our government permitted men to die the horrible death from syphilis even after penicillin had been developed! Men from Macon County, Alabama thought they were getting free government health care when they were guinea pigs so the “experts” could observe the progression of untreated syphilis. They saw it and 399 men died without ever getting treatment for syphilis. They did get free burial insurance!

So much for a caring, concerned, and compassionate government.
