Muslim Criticism of U.S.: Like a Skunk Accusing a Rabbit of Having Bad Breath!

The Prime Minister of Turkey and other non-thinkers want us to believe that hatred of Jews for being Jews is equivalent to criticizing a group for what they believe, teach, and practice! Someone has some screws loose. They tell us the UN effort to “Ban criticism of Muslims worldwide” is a civil rights issue. No, it is a “Protect-Islam-at-all-costs-since-Islam- can’t-be-defended-rationally” issue.

It is pointed out that Pakistan and other nations have laws about speaking ill of the “prophet” or the Koran. Oh, yes, Pakistan is a great example for us! Like honor killings of daughters if they are raped! Or beheading those who convert to Christ from the “peaceful” religion of Islam! Or mutilating baby girls by removing their clitoris in what is called, “female circumcision.”

Muslims are rioting, burning, and killing. You know, they are acting like peaceful religionists seeking to honor their prophet who did the same thing all his life. Desperate, fearful politicians will push for the passage of a Defamations of Religions resolution.This is a desire to protect Islam from scrutiny by fair, decent, and concerned people. Muslims know that their 7th century pagan religion (encompassing business, government, culture, etc.) cannot be defended by sane people.

Earlier this week, United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon told reporters in New York that “free speech” has limits, especially when religious beliefs are involved. I suggest that the UN stooge keep out of U.S. business. He has no credentials to speak on freedom. If there are limits, such as yelling fire in a crowded building, then Americans will set the limits and the consequences of irresponsibility. When the First Amendment is pitched in the wastebasket, America will be gone.

Sheik Abdullah Bin Bayyah, a professor at King Abdul Aziz University in Saudi Arabia, and listed number 31 in a list of the 500 most influential Muslims in the world called upon “people of reason and understanding” to put a legal stop to statements that would offend Muslims and thereby threaten world peace. He said, “We request all religious and political authorities, as well as people of reason to join us in putting a stop to this futility that benefits no one.” Right, because he wants to forbid any discussion of the mistakes in the Koran; the child molestation of Mohammed with his nine-year-old wife; Mohammed’s beheading of more than 800 Jews; etc.

If it becomes illegal to tell the truth about Islam (or about Baptists), I will break that law on the day it is enacted. I will also recommend that every preacher in America do the same. And I find it outrageous, almost funny, that Muslim leaders think our officials are so stupid and un-American that the First Amendment would be nullified. Muslims want the oppressive law because they can’t defend their desert religion, and I laugh at their self-righteous criticism of our nation.

For Muslim fanatics to criticize and lecture Americans about civil rights and fair treatment of others is like a skunk accusing a rabbit of having bad breath.
